I was sitting on a bus earlier and felt a bit stressed thinking about my life purpose, finance, money, mortality, life, and the desire to be successful. Also the stress of humanity ugliness and stupidity. This stress was building up, and a fatigue was setting in. Then, I saw this as an opportunity to gain more direct experience with my Qigong. Where I am sitting on a bus I thought I would experiment with acupressure. I did some acupressure on acupoints H7, P8, P7, P6 I learned from one of Lee’s workshops. It’s amazing how powerful and effective it is. Qigong, acupressure and Chinese medicine is a serious area of study and I think it could aid your epistemology, metaphysics, spirituality and health practice. Washed away my stress and anxiety, calmed the mind, brought me into the present moment. If you are into meditation but don’t have a toolkit of acupressure points and massage techniques you are missing out.

@BlueOak I would avoid sleeping medications as they affect your ability to benefit from sleep. I would find ways to block out noise, and look into sleeping herbs and habits. Avoid caffeine after lunch. See if communicating with those around you can how limit the noise.

Then, I will do singing practice, and work on some covers. I really want to improve my singing and collection of cover songs over the coming months. I have a basic recording set up created in my one note file. I will invest in some Holistic song writing courses too. I think by this time next year I will be recording my next album.
