You are the ultimate authority. To me this work is about taking back your power and creating your own unique life. I have fallen into this trap as as well. We are creators! We serve the creator by being creative and creating ourselves.

Yeah, I mean I knew I was a fool. The video just helped me realize how much of a fool I am in more clarity. Thanks again Leo. I think the Wisdom video was one of the best videos to ground me. The last few months I've been a bit lost trying to understand my spiritual progress with everything else in my life. So much of my suffering the last years and, I can see in my parents and society at large... so much foolishness at so many levels.

As someone wit ADHD I long struggled, and sometimes even do not scratching the itch of anger or difficult emotions. Pema Chodron has a really good book on this exact thing, its really short too, maybe 70 pages so its a good one to have. I think it is called "Peace in Times of War" My experience is to continue to notice the angers, notice when you fail to not react, and keep noticing and bringing more and more awareness to these emotions. Develop tools to walk about, or even try telling the other person "Hey, I sense my lower self coming on" and then walk away until you can relax. Also, "A Guide To Rational Living is really good too". Learning what you believe about yourself, others etc is crucial here.

You can enjoy butter and cheese that is JUST AS GOOD if not better made from natural ingredients. some cheeses are from things like potato starch or butter from plant sources . I think humans will figure this out. Some countries have seen huge transitions in their milk markets. My assumption is that dairy and meat will one day be things of the past. We have seen a tipping point in recent years and I believe it will continue to grow very fast From when we were more animal or devil like. The internet, modern nutritional science and this type of footage hasn't been well shared for many many years.

I like it, it's useful. I still use the noting technique. Its useful and in combination with Adversity Quotient and Guide to rational living they work together well.

Begin to contemplate. I know for me my lack of consciousness has led to many failures. But, failures are good and in them you become more conscious. so, be careful who you listen to. Persist and keep working toward it. Welcome to your ascent! Find balance, counter balance. Conscious is central to my life purpose and my time horizion is like 10-15 years. The more conscious I become the easier living becomes. Everyone is starting from a different place. Success and finances should be foundational. I think, but free time should be spent developing higher awareness. I am still learning and growing. Have been wise fool and a foolish wise person.
