  1. @Phyllis Wagner I personally think he reaks of ego. The thing about a lot of new age type circles is imo there isn't much difference for them between reality and imagination. People want to believe in things, and Bashar wants to feel special and make a good living doing it... Which he does. People like exciting weird stuff... Is channeling real? Idk. I don't get vibes from his as wise, but really more of an ego game he plays with himself and others.
  2. I don't agree with this, but see what you are pointing to. There are many degrees of awakening. You can study Ken Wilburs 4 quadrant model of Waking up, Growing up, Cleaning up and showing up. The problem is, are you enlightened, mature or loving or not? The rest is just tools and concepts. We can only bring those to the level we are at. There is no faking being enlightened. Though, many will fool you only because they have already fooled themselves. Fools fool fools.
  3. @Leo Gura Because, when you know you know. It's just this bubble. As far as I can see it. I am still not awake yet though.
  4. Everything is okay, you are safe, I forgive you and I understand.
  5. I don't know what to think of this. Sounds like a lack of balance. But, I am judging so I don't know. I went through this path early on my awakening journey as me ego attache to this idea, attached to that idea. Starseeds might be read, but I have not directly experienced them in my own experience... I think the great thing about spiritual work is just being present and seeing that it's really just this bubble that is real, everything is just concepts. I know there have been times I thought I was something I wasn't. Personally, the only thing I know is the being. I am Yeah Way!
  6. Imagine the following and begin to work towards it. 1. Perfect skeletal alignment 2. Perfect breathing 3. Perfect lungs 4. Perfect connection to your genitals 5. Zero pain in your body 6. Perfect Qi circulation 7. No need to hide from pain with weed, alcohol, sweets, netflix, porn because you already feel perfect 8. Perfect clarity 9. Always doing what you intend to do, not out of mechanical action but out of consciousness 10. Imagine full self acceptance 11. No fear 12. No trauma 13. Nothing to do 14. No one to prove to 15. Fully accepting the sleepiness of others Perfect understanding (still on my path)
  7. You can only really be happy with enlightenment. Awakening is more than just ego, It's developing such a high level awareness of how to operate you vehicle and of reality that you create whatever you want within yourself.
  8. Vishen Laikhiani of Mind Valley He interviewed Ken Wilber recently, big fan. He also promotes substances like ausyasca etc. Great book he wrote too, Code Of The Extraordinary Mind... Other great Youtube podcasts/ interviewers Impact Theory? Lewis Howe? Simulation
  9. @WaveInTheOcean I get that. But... See, we could use some socratic method here to agree on what we mean by self.
  10. @Leo Gura I am not convinced of this at this time. Leo still have a 'self' though it may be more mature than others. As far as I can tell anyway. But, I mean... if one rock it blue and one rock is green is that the self? Idk
  11. @Leo Gura JP has been opening up a lot I think, would be interesting
  12. The Mystic Path To Cosmic Power - Vernon Howard
  13. I feel this everyday. If only I could get out of my own way long enough. I should already have so much success in my life... I will persist until I have it.
  14. @Leo Gura New Thinking Allowed is a great podcast/ channel.
  15. @blankisomeone That is a good observation. Perhaps it isn't the why that is corrupting it though, but your current system for observation as a whole. You unconscious system of observation. Maybe asking why can be an aspect of observation, and likely it seems should be. But, we want to be meta aware of our observations so we don't get lost in concepts.
  16. @Leo Gura I think that is what I like about Qigong, it seems to be holistic in that way. Works the spirit and the body all in once. In one of the Qigong books it talks about ancient sages doing Qigong and "consuming chemicals and herbs" to aid in the alchemical development. So, we on to something! ahaha I didn't realize how much tension I held in my body until I go more into Qigong. It's a great practice with so many movements and spiritual techniques for healing. My meditation is getting deeper I feel like I am going super sayan sometimes. Getting an experiential understanding of your Qi and your bioelectrical field is a pretty amazing paradigm shattering thing. When it comes to all these techniques we have at our disposal there is such a great amount of maturity, context, situation, etc that comes into play with how, when, and why we use them. I am still learning this balance as I become as wiser young man. But, I am still a fool. @Girzo I think Leo is talking about software..? at some level that duality between hardware and software collapses. But, at other points it's a solid distinction.
