In my commonplace book I am collecting definitions. Right now I am just searching the term, then I collect a definition or two, then I add the website/ source of the definition underneath. I am considering putting them into my own words however when I am trying to collect a lot of definition that takes a lot of time. Any of you creating your vocabulary/ definition collections what are you doing and what are your tips?

Hey Folks, this is the heavy metals/ toxicity mega thread. The purpose is too list as many foods, household items etc that contain heavy metals and/ toxic chemicals that present the thread of being absorbed in our bodies. Also feel free to post news articles, videos, etc that discuss this topic. Please provide tips, product reviews and resources. We can also include things that are toxic for the consumer but also share information on toxicity anywhere throughout supply chains to increase the holistic nature/ potential of the thread. I think this is a good video where he goes through a lot of studies.

@Consilience No, I’ve just never heard of this before. I always though it was infinite fractals or nothing. leo uses it while clubbing for example so, I use the word casual for having fun with it People are allowed to enjoy their minds via different methods. you are kind of projecting? Maybe im sure what your saying has truth though People enjoy walks, foods, wine etc in a healthy way from time to time. Doesn’t mean they are craving or dissatisfied with sobriety. I generally think it best to have a serious spiritual intent. When you say it’s a distraction… distraction from what? You need not be in a serious mindset all the time. There is a time for seriousness and occasions for enjoying and experimenting safely or having fun.

@JessyA your filter lists only a handful while aqua true has a list of like 84 things it cleans for. It’s a three part filter I think yours is just a carbon filter with a mineralizer take time to study and look around it’ll be worth it

I bought the Aquatrue. It filters a lot more heavy metals and contaminates than that. Plus, it’s on sale for the holidays. (Not promoting it…. But it is an investment and I like mine so far). I had the same problem, and I wanted a traverse osmosis machine. I have another thread here that shows pics and discussed it in more detail. do your research. There are also reverse osmosis that go right on the tap that are cheaper. I would have bought it but didn’t think I could get replacement filters in Canada. (I was wrong… , bad website…)

@Average Investor Thanks for this response. I feel similar. it honestly looks and works really well. The water wastes great and I feel a lot more confident when drinking water. Plus tea tastes really great. Also, getting it for 350CND I feel pretty happy with it. my teapot has nice temperature controls on it. it should be said though that clear water is not clean water and I may do more figuring out in the future. I have more math to do for the procurement of all my systems in life. So many costs to figure out as I increase my financial awareness and mastery.
