  1. The safest pans are generally: 1. Cast Iron 2. Stainless Steel you wanna spend hours researching and experimenting with replacing all the toxic household items you have in your kitchen with safe and effective non-toxic ones. This also goes go things like soaps, detergents and household cleaners. there are many factors to take into account: 1. Price and procurement 2. health claims fact and fiction 3. accessibility 4. functionality (for example I may have overlooked that this thing doesn’t filter out mercury… but the website implies that it does but the third party report didn’t include and mercury. I am clarifying this with the company. I may need to find an additional filter for mercury. You may also need to develop your decision making and procurement skills when it comes to buying things. Create a wish list and be sure you have developed your personal finance administrative systems to keep track of your spending as you work on things like detoxing, fixing your diet, and replacing household items. no sense in beating yourself up, simply note the mistakes and refine. I personally realize mistake making is a Normal thing… just refine refine refine and choose to see yourself as you really are.
  2. @Leo Gura well, I tried. I remineralize it myself, so that’s a non-problem. im not sure yet, it seems like it should filter out mercury… a review said it does but I didn’t see that in the third party testing. The websites FAQ implies it does filter mercury. feel annoyed. I will clarify with the company. the third party testing looks like it does a good job. I’m going to just learn through experience. I bought it because it was over the counter and cheaper than it’s ordinary ticket price. I can’t install anything and I thought the 2 year filter was the best procurement option compared to shorter lived filters. I don’t have a way to install one, so this over the counter model works for now and filters out most things including lead. will learn from this and refine in future… all i can do.
  3. I enjoy this place, It's fun for me and I think it's the casual side of my work. I am more serious everyday.
  4. This is the danger of these teachings. Do not create a golden calf out of these things. If you are sick, you are free to do what you want to do. Gods will includes your choice to do what you want in the situation, relative to your database, knowledge, resources and desires. I think at this time. Trying to take the fact that all is God's will and then saying 'should I do this now?' is a false interpretation imo. Saying all is God's will is simply the case, but it is not prescriptive.
  5. Man, Idk but shrooms... there are different kinds with different energies... Some are mean, others kind, others infinite.
  6. Reality is just perspective
  7. As well you ARE God, so by taking care of oneself... you take care of God. You also are you, and everyone around you. So, take care of the You you have most leverage to do so.
  8. I agree. Yet, here we are. I don' think being completely selfless all the time is realistic imo. I think it has a time and place. It's also the case of how God is. So, there is a paradox here that is constant even if you are selfish. Then, there are varying degrees and qualities of selfishness... So, anyway. I think it's just false to say spirituality must be selfless when, even Leo or anyone else of the highest awakening had of course... some degree or quality of selfishness. Or, if they didn't I am surprised and assume they died. I simply don't think spirituality is 1. Monolithicly one way 2. Needs to be total selflessness.. This reality is full of money, survival, business etc. I say, enjoy it instead of creating an ideology of poverty. You are selfless, as God. So, if you were selfless its an easy choice to allow the dreamer to enjoy the dream. Or, whatever it is you choose. You are always in the middle of infinity whatever you do. There is selfless action. There need not be shame in taking care of oneself. As all others are you, you might as well take care of the one most central and the one in which you have most leverage with. And because others are you, you need not harm or steal from others. But, earn your living through high quality service.
  9. This seemed totally not true with your earlier statements calling what I was doing evil, and uh, I don't really understand this.
  10. Tell me more then. Am I just going to be homeless? Sounds more masochist than selfless... But, is this selfishness ego survival, what part of your ideology is trying to survive by feeling this way about money? Isn't that your own moral self bias? Isn't money really a neutral thing?
  11. @Gesundheit2 Alright man, I see you are set in your mindset. I simply disagree, but this is the world we live in. I am not giving you any authority to well me what spirituality is. Your just moralizing your own beliefs while ignoring the fact that reality is relative. You don't need to be poor to be spiritual. There isn't one way to do spirituality... The wheel of yoga for example should make the obvious. All your spiritual Gurus.. Guess what? They make money to survive. If they didn't they would be dead... Or working somewhere to survive while they waste their previous gifts on work that is irrelevant. It's just that, pursuit of material wealth and power for a lot of people is a distraction. Also, I am not pursiing material wealth (though it will happen as a result). I am pursuing the highest spiritual possibility I can. Self Actualization and living my life purpose through service to others. My greed is not material, but spiritual, to love others, to serve others, to inspire and heal others. This will be my true greed. And I will be financially rich as well, but that will be secondary. This money is my armour and my cushion, and my potential to create impact. My business is a major part my spirituality. Karma Yoga. Helping people solve their stress, backpain, increase energy... That is what I do for people. It's selfish to keep your awakening to yourself. It's selfish to not serve others. I think you got things backwards. Selfishness is doing nothing when you could have helped others. Selfishness is saying YOU know the truth and making moral judgements of others spiritual paths. There isn't one spiritual path. There are paradoxes when it comes to selflessness. If you were truly selfless, would you make moral judgements? Idk, I will need to contemplate this. You literally can't serve certain people if all you do is give things for free. The market simply doesn't work that way. partly related ^
  12. Don’t take anyone else’s mental health into your hands. People will do it in their own or not at all. IMO.
  13. Me as well I think
  14. Okay, but your gonna experience that for a bit… okay there is still this finite limited plain, millions of problems to be solved for people all around the world. Getting paid your worth for creating lots of value in the world is a hard and noble thing. To judge it as less than is an error IMO. Id rather be one who has lots of money and can use it for good than be poor and useless to society. I’d also rather have money from selling a high quality service, helping people who wouldn’t be helped if I took your attitude toward reality. Which, is infinitely relative which you haven’t yet grocked. There is a quality to any action or pursuit. Success can be pursued in a high quality way. ive been contemplating some of my mystical experiences lately… I’ve died many times. My actions now are based on these insights of infinite love. The awakening is the water (like Buddha’s initial awaking) my business and service is the glass. judge me all you want. I am every day more liberated and sovereign and grounded in my truth.
  15. This. nothing wrong with earning money in a high consciousness way. Would rather do that than be spiritual and poor instead of being a player in the world. money is the life blood of playing in the social matrix. my focus is selfless impact. But, gotta actually do business to do that… and if your selfless.. you can still take care of yourself. my business is The Effortless Workweek… helping office workers develop less stress and more energy, etc using Qigong principles. im a real devil ? also, I personally have very little desire for material things. If I was selfish I would just sit on my ass at my current cushy job and just cost the easy life. But, instead I’m facing all my fears and resistance to build a powerful life and impact.
  16. Lol, if you can't survive well... You ain't gonna reach a very high spiritual level. The thing is, people have different models of spirituality. The mistake is assuming the mountain you are climbing is the "One True One" Which is false. Reality is an infinitely open ended game.
  17. @Gesundheit2 no man, Karma is a totally fine spiritual path. The higher self can engage in doing what is right for you relative to your situation. here we are talking about spirituality on a forum. Glad Leo didn’t just sit around doing nothing with his life. spirituality has to include survival. It’s the foundation. So, by skillfully mastering survival you embrace the highest potential for spiritual blossoming. Survival is part of what is… so is enjoying life. . I think life is beautiful because there is a time for action, a time for sitting, a time for dancing, a time for resting, a time for deep awakening etc… It’s all spirituality to me. there’s not one monolithic rule for what is or isn’t spiritual. I think your being a little dogmatic. you shouldn’t be labeling yourself as spiritual anyway. That’s just another mask. What is, is. you can realize what is… okay. The end… wait nope… I just don’t think ALL of spirituality boils down to renunciation and selflessness. In fact, there are many facets and aspects of spirituality. Like relationships, karma, service to others, self love, enjoying the fruits of existence… Anyway, not trying to argue. Just projecting etc. many of the best teachers like Osho or Leo respect money and purpose.
  18. Why would that mean anything? If you are eternal there is no meaning, therefore you can do what you want. seeking being antithetical to spirituality , or earning good money being antithetical, is your own logic contradicting itself. I think this because you are trying to seek a limited expression of spirituality through your dogma. But, all is spirit, all is you. So, you can express your own spirit and desires as you wish. That’s Gods love IMO. so, whatever you do your doing nothing. Might as well enjoy the experience instead of depriving yourself. also, for a lot of people we have survival needs that need to be met before we can achieve these higher levels of detachment. also, detachment and renouncing things are more the first two turns of the wheel of Buddhism… the third turning is more enjoying spirituality and indulgence once you’ve been liberated.
  19. I've had many dreams ever since I was young that happen days, weeks or months later years later in reality. Strange. Also others that had nothing to do with anything...
  20. Lol, theres nothing spiritual about being broke... Leave that dogma behind. There are many spiritual schools. Thinking that you somehow need to renounce you ability to enjoy Gods creation is actually pretty anti spiritual. If you wanna have an impact on the world, and live a deeply spiritual life thats gonna be hard if your worried about how your gonna pay rent or medical bills, or have to work a wage slave job for 35-40 hours a week. Leo puts out most of his work for free... and his course is pennies compared to what many life coaches charge. Chill bro.
