  1. @PurpleTree Yeah, a bunch of them.. Weed is one of them I think, maybe quitting swimming when I was 12, or maybe not making more music through jr high and high school. I would have liked to have socialized more in highschool, dated more girls, avoided toxic relationships, knew I was lovable the whole time, been more social with student council, done better in math... made more art... smoked weed in a responsible way with people... I think my biggest regret is simply not loving myself more. Regrets though don't really make sense.... All these things were part of my process to becoming who I am becoming. In my darkest of days I dwell on a lot of regrets but they don't have much room where I am going except to be fully felt and integrated. If it wasn't for trauma and dysfunctional parenting a lot of those things wouldn't have happened... So I take it easy on myself.. Love my mistakes to death.
  2. Jesus is an idea
  3. Seems like he is just blaming everyone and being a victim... Spirituality or pursuing success looks different for everyone. Not everyone can escape slave labour thats just a fact. It's a harsh reality... But, still... people can improve their lives I think. Anyway, go provide some value if you want to. You don't need to do what other people want you to do. No shame in having a job no matter what it is. Love what is. But, listen to your intuition if you want to improve your situation. Sadly... Even the most educated doctors, nurses and architects are pretty privileged..
  4. 20 Reasons To Forgive Yourself Love to know what you think.
  5. @somegirl Ahaha, I never even think about Virgins... I'd prefer to find a good lover first and foremost.
  6. Okay I re-uploaded it and it should be about 50% louder. That is all I am doing for it. Future episodes will be louder.
  7. Wondering if the audio is too low to watch it? Should I re-upload it in your opinion?

  10. It's not like sex isn't as good the second time you have it lol
  11. I mean, it’s not obvious to me what you mean. Maybe it’s more implicit than I can grok i think my understanding of shame is more nuanced than thinking I’m less than reality. but, I’m sure that’s part of it or maybe even part of the existential basis for other aspects.
  12. What does you being part of reality do for curing your shame? what about enlightenment is connected to healing ego trauma?
  13. Sex is Sacred... waiting until marriage for sex is bad... what if you two aren't a sexual match? You need to figure out what types of sex there are and what you like before you settle down forever.
  14. I wanted to watch
  15. Still maintain a respectful relationship with your family And if you take the plunge to be on your own make sure you are doing is responsibility. It will be that harder more uncomfortable path but it will pay off in the end greater dividends.
  16. Ahaha Probably the case. Just Saying to be careful. But, enjoy yourself.
  17. @Mosess I agree with the critique for the most part. At the same time saying to someone “Just unconditionally forgive yourself” all by itself isnt enough. Examples are really useful and it wasn’t intended to be reasons like… I forgive myself because my shirt was blue… but now that it’s red… I think my examples were more objective and existential things that aren’t going to be taken away but are pointing to truths of reality something which I’ll talk about soon… that there’s nothing to forgive and you are already forgiven forever. My examples aren’t ever going to be taken away from you though… I am working to share aspects of that unconditional forgiveness. There are layers, aspects, nuances of forgiveness as well. A lot of spiritual people believe they should be unconditionally forgiving but that isn’t realistic for many of us. I personally think finding reasons to forgive yourself is useful. If you wanna really experience total self forgiveness maybe try a psychedelic. Even mystical insights require some form of rationality when applied to our lives. That will be a future video I’m gonna studying and speaking about forgiveness for years to come. Good feedback!
  18. Last night patches made me feel a little sick... 3 more nights to go but feel much clearer today.

  20. Another form is getting identified with being spiritual, buddhism, meditation, non-attachment etc instead of fully feeling, going after what you really want in life. will finish post later
  21. You may need to get creative and study aesthetics in general or study fine art courses or other courses that discuss how these things work.
