When I see Arcadefire perform I think, that is what my life should be. Anything else is a joke. Yet, being a band or artist like that is out of reach for me. So, fuck actualized.org and all this self help shit because my dream is impossible. It's all fucked up. Maybe, just maybe sticking to personal development was all I needed.... Not psychedelics, and spirituality and all this shit. It was great. But, It's not authentic success. Life isn't designed for me. Eveything is stupid. I don't believe becoming a musician is possible for me. I feel like I am not way interested in being a plumber, or a massage therapist, or a programmer. Qigong, yes... I am making progress. But, when I watch Arcade Fire perform I think my life is just garbage. I know, I know this is immature and shows a deep whole in my development. But, it's true and I need to work through it. --- This is my negative inner dialogue I am experiencing and want to be mindful as I go through it.

Unfortunately there are currently two sides to me. A very mature, in tune and happy person. Then, sometimes I feel so angry I can't be a professional musician I just want to die. I hate everything and get really mad. I am working through this. I am trapped in this existence with it's dying music scene, my aging body. My fears and insecurities. I have some things going for me. But, also... Yeah.

I just it. I was surprised by how unstructured it is and honestly disappointed but what he is saying is good. He should put a little work into not just riff... Also, the "community" is dead. Lol.

The cost of getting the girl is getting your heart broken 4 or 5 times so its strong enough for love.

Ooh, baby, do you know what that's worth? Ooh, Heaven is a place on Earth They say in Heaven love comes first We'll make Heaven a place on Earth Ooh, Heaven is a place on Earth When the night falls down I wait for you, and you come around And the world's alive With the sound of kids on the street outside When you walk into the room You pull me close, and we start to move And we're spinnin' with the stars above And you lift me up in a wave of love Ooh, baby, do you know what that's worth? Ooh, Heaven is a place on Earth They say in Heaven, love comes first We'll make Heaven a place on Earth Ooh, Heaven is a place on Earth When I feel alone I reach for you, and you bring me home When I'm lost at sea I hear your voice, and it carries me In this world, we're just beginnin' To understand the miracle of livin' Baby, I was afraid before But I'm not afraid anymore Ooh, baby, do you know what that's worth? Ooh, Heaven is a place on Earth They say in Heaven, love comes first We'll make Heaven a place on Earth Ooh, Heaven is a place on Earth Heaven Heaven Heaven In this world we're just beginnin' To understand the miracle of livin' Baby, I was afraid before But I'm not afraid anymore Heaven Ooh, baby, do you know what that's worth? Ooh, Heaven is a place on Earth They say in Heaven, love comes first We'll make Heaven a place on Earth Ooh, Heaven is a place on Earth Ooh, Heaven is a place on Earth Ooh, Heaven is a place on Earth Ooh, Heaven is a place on Earth Ooh, Heaven is a place on Earth Ooh, Heaven is a place on Earth

Hey, I created my first 30 minute routine for YouTube. This was a fun project for me because it was my first time: 1. Combining Blue Dragon, YinYang and 5 Element Holden Qigong into a unique routine that has lots of benefits and feels great to do. 2. Using my DJi Neo drone to film cool intro videos. 3. Using two cameras for more angles in the exercises. 4. Using music in the intro. I think I am getting closer to the quality of content I want for my work. I think this video is a nice step forward. This was challenging to edit and I had to learn some new skills and techniques and I think it was a good push. I can make better videos with a better camera and more attention to white balance, and location in the future. But, this is a good step forward towards making world class Qigong content. Check out the video and if you try the routine Iโd love your feedback. Great routine if you are into Yoga, meditation, Breathwork or Qigong. Clear stress and tension from shoulders, activate and nourish your energy system with calm cool energy. Embrace the practice with an open mind. Remember the mind leads the Qi. Stay Healthy! (I may have to reupload because I want it to be louder)

@integral Thanks for the feedback Iโll check out that link and use it in my contemplations for making better content. Definitely I can improve on my approach to making it more relatable. Iโm still getting started. However, I know this style of routine is valuable for people familiar enough. This video is for people who have been following along for awhile, or are familiar enough with Qigong to follow along. I am not sure what you mean by cyberpunk though! I am going to redesign the thumbnail and title a bit too, maybe make it more intriguing. -

@Nilsi Interesting. We think very differently about music. For me itโs more a spiritual thing I donโt fixate m genre that much.
