  1. A lot of people over estimate it too
  2. Don’t invest more than she does
  3. I watched the whole episode Basically there is a trade off to being alone or socializing. You won’t learn as deeply about reality if you socialize all the time. And, most people aren’t highly intelligent and most human interaction is surface level and petty. But also, if you can’t socialize and rarely do you also aren’t intelligent. Spending time with others you generally have to conform to their framing. He stresses the importance of sitting alone and thinking your own thoughts. That even reading, videos, podcasts etc can make you stupid if you never think your own original thoughts.
  4. @Vercingetorix wow looks like a photo
  5. @ZzzleepingBear The reason you think a piece of art is tasteful or tasteless is subjective and up to you. If you saw a beautiful image that was AI and told it was made by hand you may like it more. Or, you may find beauty i. The image for its own sake regardless of how it was made, or even find beauty in it for being a result of AI. A beautiful example of the convergence of science and artistic expression. That’s very different than a smoothie/ pill form food simply to down it faster. At least a that how I see it. I don’t see how AI art is tasteless.
  6. @ZzzleepingBear You are right. I’m just stupid.
  7. @ZzzleepingBear If your talking about the joy of creating there’s nothing stopping you. If not, your analogy is simply flawed.
  8. @ZzzleepingBear uhhh, the food analogous makes no sense. why not make a really good smoothie with a blender instead of by hand. How you eat the smoothie (or look at your art) is totally up to you. I don’t see how AI art is like taking a food pill. You can see the results right? You can make AI generated art. Make a print and put it on a wall and enjoy looking at it for years. Nothing about how it was made says how you have to consume it. I mean, you could say that about how people consume art in the age of Instagram anyway. Your analogy makes no sense Also, There will likely always be a market for human made art.
  9. You can start small and cheap by modeling and then pitching your hardware to people who have the means. There are pitch events in that industry all the time.
  10. @BlessedLion it’s a game changer if used safely
  11. @Danioover9000 Idk, I think AI created art is as Valid as anything else. Personally, I clearly see the artistry and taste in Leo’s AI created images.
  12. you also can’t foresee how intelligent a human can become and how when using AI that persons intelligence becomes super human. Most humans are not good examples or role models of what a human can become. Even most public intellectuals are retards
  13. @Danioover9000 no, We need AI and educated humans to solve many creative and social problems because most humans are retards.
  14. I’m hoping an age of humans having free time being a norm
  15. To me the artist is the one with the vision, How they makes it is just a means to an end the end being the creation and realization of their vision.
  16. @Danioover9000 I’ll do what I want. “You are a good photographer “ “No you are not, it’s a nice camera” “You are a good painter” ”No you are not it’s a nice set of paints and brushes”
  17. Write them in your common place or whatever. Then read them sober and if they make sense share them. The problem can be that people post dumb stuff like “I am!” “I am!” “I am!” “I am!” Just clutters up the forum. Forum is a place for sober conversation. You can write up a trip report and share those insights.
  18. “Suppose a person wishes to ask only profitable questions. What must be do?” ”Ask all questions in a right spirit”
  19. Enjoy Vernon Howard’s work. Ive read about 6 of his books cover to cover.
  20. @integral could be part of it. a lot of people just go years of the ego holding tension in the muscle system. When it releases the body can relax energetically.
  21. Sounds like you went a little too high dose. But, totally agree on the release stuff!
  22. The Fine Art of Problem Solving I wonder if this book is relevant
  23. 1. So, how many doses did you take during these deep 5meodmt trips? I don't understand how you tripped or so long unless you are using some kind of other chemical 2. Why even tell us this? Why tell us about your madness, your suicidal thoughts, your loaded gun, etc it almost seems like TMI Was this super high consciousness or madness or your inability to handle such high states? This sounds like a losing of grip on reality... or illness or instability. 3. So when you come back to normal reality... whats going on? 4. This information and experience you had would send most people into a mental institution if they try to do what you do. I know you know this. 5. I resonated with your story/ poem... I can relate to it. It made sense to me yet, idk. Anyway, be careful. I have to contemplate your leadership, and your sanity after some of what you said in this video as well. It sounds like you did some dangerous and reckless things while tripping I struggle with. I've essentially cured my own suicidal/ depression thoughts by taking direct action to face my fears in life and through using of sacred plants..., yet I can relate to what you went through. Anyway, listened, glad you are safe. I simply don't know what to think about your experiences. I've experienced deep states that are similar. Anyway, this is a post to begin thinking about this episode. Let's see what comes up in the future. Sorry if this seems half baked.
