I think a good example is, whenever you criticize something from an identity group you get labeled “phobic”. Just shuts you down and makes you fear for being ostracized and ruined.

Start slow, really take an hour to mediate, journal, set an intention. Take the experience with great care. 99 of my experiences have been good. But, I’ve had a few that were unfortunate when trying a different method that took me deeper than I could understand. Go slow and enjoy it.
