@Mahyar Have you spoken to Angels? Don't you speak other people everyday? How would that prove or disprove solipsism speaking to an angel? Do you know that Kabbalah completely understands reality? or is that just an assumption you have? Why don't you deeply question the potential limitations of Kabbalah? And your third point didn't really make any sense to me? How would these experiments or beliefs prove or disprove free will? How does the unique individual soul prove or disprove free will. @StarStruck nah, Qi will move through the meridians even if you lay down. Kundalini ain’t the only energy in town. my understanding of kundalini is usually pretty hang, he wants to relax then he needs a more yin approach. Relaxing, stretching, slow deep breathing.

@Julian gabriel Ignore peoples dogma around what is the correct way to meditate. I have read enough books on meditation to know now there are different postures that all have their own pros and cons. If you are looking to deeply relax the body, then laying down is the best option. It’s best to be well rested, and maybe even take a cold shower before hand. Then use the body scan, visualization and even Tao Yin techniques to deeply relax the body and purge out toxic Wi while breathing it ‘Golden’ Qi. Qi is a good word to study and understand philosophically. You are more likely to fall asleep if you lay down. But, there’s points to be made there. Sometimes we need to sleep…. Simple explore different styles. There are different styles of meditation. As well of different postures etc 1. laying 2. cushion 3. chair 4. Standing in tree pose (super powerful meditation) etc

@Leo Gura I have no problems to that above statement. Just if you’re going to make claims about filming yourself turning into an alien is a totally different thing than unlocking your own mind. Enjoy exploring your consciousness. But, if you make claims about turning into an alien on camera… but just don’t have the right one… anyway.

That kind of special is called being a jerk. It’s not “cn” it’s “can”. Let me know if English isn’t your first language and I’ll go a bit easier on you. I know spelling “can” is pretty hard for some people. Some people “can’t’”. It’s called a typo. It was a useless critique of a typo. It doesn’t make you look smart when you do that, just rude. I understand the the proper grammar of your vs You’re. What do you do go around the forum pointing out everyone’s spelling and grammar mistakes but your own?
