  1. Acupressure and healing sounds is great in the evening.
  2. This year I will socialize and meet women. I socialized a lot this summer. But, the planting camps were mostly guys. I grew a lot this summer. I’m in a good place. But, I wanna be in a relationship.
  3. As a leader, or whatever taking feedback is key.
  4. 1.I have watched all of not most of all Leo’s videos 2. I haven’t taken written notes but contemplate and apply a lot of what has been said. For example, building a common place books, asking powerful questions, and I’ve completed all the life purpose course work. I think I can improve on this and I know I can do better doing the exercises Leo has provided. That being said, I know listening to and contemplating the videos how I have has had a deep impact in my maturity and approach to life. 3. I have started the books list and am working through it. It’s a great list of books that dovetail nicely with Leo’s videos and has helped me deepen and mature my understanding of a lot of the videos. Not even just the books themselves but the types of books, and other books by the authors on the booklist. 4. I do consider myself serious about self actualization. I am actively pursuing my life purpose and having an impact on the world. I am building a strong and holistic life infrastructure. I know there is much growth to be had. That being said I have grown and matured immensely over the years. The roots of the bamboo are taking hold. 5. For me what draws me to Leo’s work is life purpose, mastering my psychology and habits and building a powerful life. I like that Leo shares traps, and tips on how to build a profound and deep life. I am drawn to depth and breadth. I am drawn toward understanding truth to its own sake and developing a powerful, spiritual and rich life. 6. I have taken the life purpose course. Plan to review the self assessments soon. 7. I am struggling with the Politics aspect of his teachings lately. It’s a lot to handle and sometimes brings a sense of doom and gloom and helplessness. I have to remind myself to let go and focus on my sphere of influence. Really, I’d like to think less about politics and big picture for the next year or two while I build my business.
  5. Let’s Begin a discussion on applying Leo’s teachings when we interact and discuss matters on the forum. Leo’s work is complex and sprawling and it’s unclear who here even watches the episodes to completion. However, it is clear while reading through the forum that very little is being applied, or even explored actively on the forum. Here are some questions for you: 1. Have you watched all of Leo’s videos? 2. Do you take notes when watching Leo’s videos? Do you contemplate the points made from the videos? 3. Have you read or started reading the booklist? 4. Do you consider yourself serious in self actualisation work? 5. What about Leo’s work in particular do you find interesting and useful. It’s apparent to me that due to the sprawling nature of the work you may not be interested in certain subjects. 6. Have you taken the life purpose course and are you working towards your life purpose? 7. What subjects does Leo talk about that you are struggling with right now? I’d like to see more discussion on the forum of Leo’s work, or more of it being applied here. I’d like to see more maturity and earnest interest in personal growth, spiritual development and application of Actualized principles.
  6. @bmcnicho Hey, that is good to hear. This inspires and remind me to look over my stuff and redo the assessments as well.
  7. @UnbornTao
  8. External reality is a social construct. Social constructs are constructs of mind. The past and future is a construct of mind. Other is a construct of self.
  9. My sleep is super messed up right now. I think it’s from quitting cannabis. I’m feeling great, but have this insomnia. I think in a week or two it’ll improve. I’ll be embodying greater evening routine and discipline as well around sleep.
  10. These tips are very similar to Taoist ideas.
  11. Kamala Harris is an inspiring woman. An inspiring person.
  12. No, he deserves even more. You are ignorant and foolish on this topic. He has no idea how to be president, is extremely corrupt and has done extreme damage to the collective psyche of the United States. Those who worked closely with him have sounded the alarm that he is the most dangerous man in the world right now.
  13. Man, this is so absurd. "Pull the trigger and hold the grenade so you know it works on your enemies" They likely would just blame Biden anyway..
  14. The Oura ring sizing chart came in the mail today. I am wearing the sizing ring for 24 hours then will order the ring.
  15. I don't need anyone else's approval on buying the Oura ring. If I like it, I will keep it. If I don't I will return it. I want health data I can refer to on a regular basis. My ability to think, function, create relies largely on how healthy I am. Am I questioning the purchase? Obviously. It's an expensive item. I don't know if I want it, but I am willing to try it out. I have no problem investing time and money into my health. If something turns out a dead end, it's worth it to me to get the experience. If I only earned 500 a week it would different. But, I can make that in a single day of planting trees. If you aren't willing to buy an Oura ring, but want to buy mansions, ferraris, and status symbols we have very different values. People will waste 500 dollars on pizza, booze, weed, video games without batting an eye. So, shh.
  16. @Keryo Koffa Very different. A quarter million dollar status symbol vs self medical lab on my finger that if used properly could improve my health for the rest of my life. But, if your pointing to relativity in how people spend money, sure. Health is one of my top values, and 500 dollars is a small investment to make. When I buy cars, I will not buy the most expensive car, etc. "I am gonna work my ass off for the next 10 years so I can buy an Oura ring" or, "I am gonna plant trees for one day and buy an Oura Ring". Very different. If this ring helps me make positive changes in my life, increase productivity and focus it could earn me a million dollars which I will not waste on a fast car when I can only go the speed limit anyway. I am more of a used Honda CRV kind guy.
  17. I make mistakes and learn from them. Admit when I am wrong.
  18. Books and tea make me happy
  19. @Javfly33 It’s good to have someone who inspires you. I read a book called “The Millionaire Next Door” so, I guess my ideal millionaire lifestyle isn’t about Ferrari and mansions. But, something more quiet. I think that everyone is différent. Good luck!
  20. @Javfly33 Hey, I admit I don’t know how he made his money. I am actually a big Fan of How To Beast who is a fitness guy as well. I don’t think those things make you bad. But, at the same time… if that attracts you, and is authentic to you, go for it man. Trust your own intuition on this. I’m just sharing my perspective at this time. Honestly, ignorant of this guy. So, I’m sorry. But, be really careful with flashy show offs. It’s often not what it seems…
  21. @Schizophonia What are you on about? Are you applying Frued?
