  3. Cushion for the pushin' But honestly Whats the point of ass or titties? Other than I am a human and when I see them i feel good. They feel nice, and I enjoy them both. The joy I get seeing beautiful women... Wow The beautify of butts is mostly the shape of the hips and cheeks. I don't tend to think of the asshole that much. You know, it's less about Ass or titties for me but the whole package. I like ass, I like titties, But I also like face and proportion. When God created man and woman, it did a wonderful thing.
  4. Has anyone been diving into The Work of Byron Katie? Ive been reading the book and I know I would benefit from doing it. I think there are people I’m resenting and angry with right now, and the way I’m dealing with it is immature and shows a lack of character, integrity and consciousness. example: I feel so much resentment over the loan I was encouraged to take out a loan for this marketing course. As a result I have been leaving some negative reviews of their business. Which, actually saps my happiness because I feel I’m in conflict. But, I also feel they scammed me. Ive been read Byron’s book called “Loving What Is”. But, a problem I have with it is when I read the books and do the work I end up feeling it’s all trivial. Is it true or not true? Sometimes it feels like both. Id like to develop a more mature mind. I’m not sure if what I’m doing is right or wrong. Wondering if you have been doing the work as well.

  7. @Rishabh R I asked ChatGPT. I’ve been studying this lately and can confirm is a decent list. Having a high Adversity Quotient (AQ) involves several principles that contribute to one's ability to navigate and thrive in the face of challenges. Some key principles include: 1. **Resilience:** Developing resilience is essential. It involves bouncing back from setbacks, adapting to change, and persisting in the face of adversity. 2. **Problem-Solving Skills:** Cultivating effective problem-solving skills helps in finding solutions and navigating through challenging situations. 3. **Emotional Intelligence:** Understanding and managing emotions is crucial. Emotional intelligence helps in handling stress, maintaining composure, and making sound decisions during difficult times. 4. **Adaptability:** Being flexible and adaptable enables individuals to adjust to new circumstances and changing environments more effectively. 5. **Optimism and Positive Mindset:** Maintaining a positive outlook and optimism, even in difficult situations, can help in finding opportunities within challenges. 6. **Resourcefulness:** Being resourceful involves utilizing available resources creatively and efficiently to address problems and overcome obstacles. 7. **Mindfulness and Self-awareness:** Developing mindfulness and self-awareness helps in understanding personal reactions to adversity and making more conscious choices in response. 8. **Continuous Learning:** Embracing a growth mindset and continuously seeking to learn and grow from experiences enhances one's ability to face adversity with newfound knowledge and skills. 9. **Support Network:** Having a strong support network of friends, family, mentors, or colleagues can provide valuable assistance and encouragement during tough times. 10. **Proactive Approach:** Taking a proactive approach to challenges involves anticipating potential difficulties and preparing oneself to handle them effectively. These principles collectively contribute to a high Adversity Quotient, enabling individuals to navigate challenges, grow from experiences, and emerge stronger and more resilient.
  8. So far I don’t know. Is it the strain? Set? Setting? Some trips are warm right away. Some are tough in the beginning but open us beautifully at the end. Some trips are scary, depressing, very very challenging. Not sure…

  12. You may find “The Success Principles” by Jack Canfield a down the middle balance of the two. It’s broken into nice little sections, balances practical things with law of attraction type stuff. But, really, they all have their uniqueness. i am reading the 7 habits and it’s good but also very complicated. Going to take me time to sit with its material. Think and Grow Rich is a good book though. It’s more than just money in what it talks about.

  22. @Rishabh R I know, but you’re wondering about how to develop confidence and self esteem. It may be worth reading the best book on the subject… It may also be worth reading “High Performance Habits” by Brendan Burchard. One of the best books on mastery out there. Without it I would never have created an album and played music festivals to the degree I have.
