  1. Scribes ask “Printing press, unethical?” Horses ask, “cars, unethical?”
  2. @TheEnigma Maybe we don’t deserve love Real love is loving for no reason, it doesn’t need anything from you. Real love is selfless, caring, pure, beautiful. In human relationships we can only really get a finite amount of this love. I wish your friend the best, maybe he should instead buy a dating coach for older men. Far better use of his money then these disgusting scammers asking for Ubers.
  3. @Princess Arabia What is love? Baby don’t hurt me don’t hurt me no more
  4. @Princess Arabia Well, I guess we’ll never know
  5. And I was “this” close to using my private parts as parana bate. Nice save Leo.
  6. @Princess Arabia Post said he tried but got rejected a bunch. I’d say, I don’t know for sure but it’s likely most humans want a real connection. Loooking for loooove
  7. How is that anyway to approach a difference of views. Calling people fucking idiots out loud or in our mind limits our capacity to communicate, share differences of opinions and ultimately keeps both parties ignorant to certain aspects of reality. Science, materialism and Big bang theory is a very popular paradigm at this time in the world. Get used to meeting lots of people with this belief.
  8. @Princess Arabia You are very kind to me. Thank you friendo.
  9. @Princess Arabia Dang, I edited that out. Sorry for using that kinda language around a lady. Sorry forum, I said as joke but realized I need to not do that to be in integrity even with humour. Let's not derail the thread.
  10. @Princess Arabia It's pure hate affair
  11. @Princess Arabia You'll remember eventually. But, I got you.
  12. @Verg0 I guess just be patient and take it one step, one class, one module at a time.
  13. I know Leo. You did good. People just is different you know. But, it's not just that he so and so in the past that made him that way. He has a family, employees etc. Different life components.
  14. @Princess Arabia Got yaaaa
  15. @Princess Arabia Yeah, but it's sad. He really wants a real connection. Instead pays for a fantasy.
  16. @Osaid He means “are there other minds?” I think
  17. @Osaid I think Leo said it was absolute actually
  18. Hi everyone, I've been experimenting, watching through lots of different routines on youtube. I am working towards a deep experiential understanding of different teachers, techniques and types of Qigong. I thought this short routine had a lot of fantastic exercises that I think can help us as we develop ourselves spiritually. Don't overlook Qigong as a highly practical and foundational habit to have along your spiritual journey. Developing a mind-body fitness is crucial to support your spiritual endeavour. I believe that in order to maximize our capacity to love, create and remain highly conscious in a sober state is to have a tool box of techniques and practices that address different aspects of human consciousness. Our body/mind is one of the most foundational aspects. Don't let it's name, lack of popularity or it's simplicity and ease steer you away either. It's a very effective practice that promotes mindbody fitness, defined here by CHATGPT: -------- Here's a comprehensive definition: Mind-body fitness focuses on exercises, techniques, or activities that promote a harmonious relationship between mental and physical health. It involves various disciplines such as yoga, Pilates, tai chi, qigong, meditation, and certain forms of dance. These practices emphasize the importance of cultivating mindfulness, breathing techniques, body awareness, and relaxation alongside physical movement or exercise. The core principles of mind-body fitness often include: Awareness and Mindfulness: Encourages present-moment awareness, mindfulness, and conscious attention to the body, breath, and movement. Breathwork: Emphasizes controlled breathing techniques to facilitate relaxation, focus, and stress reduction during exercises or activities. Physical Exercise and Movement: Utilizes exercises and movements that integrate both physical fitness and mental focus, promoting strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Stress Reduction and Relaxation: Aims to reduce stress and tension by incorporating relaxation techniques, aiding in the release of physical and mental stressors. Holistic Wellness: Aims to enhance overall well-being by addressing not only physical fitness but also mental and emotional health. Mind-body fitness practices are believed to offer numerous benefits, including improved physical fitness, reduced stress, enhanced mental clarity, increased body awareness, and a greater sense of overall well-being. Many individuals find these practices helpful for managing stress, improving posture, increasing flexibility, and fostering a more balanced and healthier lifestyle. --- ------ I personally think Qigong is a great foundational practice for anyone who is a self actualizer, working toward becoming a sage, or someone working on spiritual develop and personal growth and health/ longevity in general. Here is a great short practice by Kseny. Note: There is a wide variety of practices, styles, techniques and schools of thought around Qigong. You may want to explore different teachers! Find one suitable for you. It's my opinion that Kseny is one of the greats!
  19. @Phil King True, Leo for example sometimes fails to acknowledge his unique situation.. No family, no kids, no employees, total creative freedom... Easy to trip whenever ya want with that set up.
  20. I may sit, and then walk every 30 minutes for 5 minutes in a walking meditation. You are basically trying to be still etc, but your body will likely ache. I personally will in the early part of the meditation do some shoulder roles and neck rotations to massage out aches and pains, smiling into the body so I can sit with more ease. You can treat this 4 hour sit as an experiment as well. Find out what works for you. Also, a bit of endurance and discipline will be usefull. You may want to sit on a cushion for part of it, and then sit on a chair for part of it. Sitting for long periods is really unhealthy. So, find a balance. I personally like training with the Headspace app. It got me to a point where sitting is much easier because it helped me train the mind.
  21. @Actualizer777 Hello my friend. Take some time to spend with friends, family, or others. This solipsism stuff, when understood intellectually is just none sense. Focus on enjoying Leo's content, socializing with others etc. Other people are real.
