  1. My most profound insight
  2. I did a short breath work session this morning in between my Qigong, wow. I forgot how it shifts consciousness. I have a course to learn breath work from YogaLap I plan on taking when I can afford it. I will add breathwork to my teachings.

  5. I like White Tiger moves, their youtube channel has some good stuff. But I think the mix match of instructors and video quality makes it harder for me to get into them. But, over time I am more and more open to practicing under different people.
  6. Infinite Waters, i remember getting into his videos when I first started my spiritual seeking. He used to make you feel very loved but, it’s obvious he’s a good ball. Though, his 7 day Vegan challenge made me go plant based.

  11. @OBEler When you use Dynamite you should use protocols. I think Vape pens are a really great way to go about it.
  12. That did cross my mind. I also note there are likely different technologies for non-stick which may be more or less friendly to holistic health.
  13. @Yimpa Awakening though, isn't the end all being. Leo's teachings about Awakening, when you awaken you may no longer need. But, his practical stuff could be useful if you haven't achieved life purpose, etc

  18. Use negative visualization to see what could go wrong with negative visualization and you’ll perhaps see what I’m saying

  20. @Rishabh R Depends how you use visualization. Visualization is something you master over time. It’s not as easy as visualizing everything going the way you want it to and then that happening. You refine your visualization over time. 1. Visual 2. Experience reality 3. Self Reflect and improve repeat Visualizing that things will go badly doesn’t help either. In fact it can make things worse. Developing an optimistic view, and using visualization of how you will act, how you approach your day, your posture, your success. This helps. Pessimism is useful as well when down constructively. The point is that you are working towards improving your life, while balancing pessimism and optimism, facing the truth, visualizing your success, refining your skills and lifestyle until you are living a powerful life.
