  1. When you go "Oh, it's just my personality, it's not actually who I am" "Actually who I am is much bigger than my personality, and it contains my personality out of compassion"
  2. You're combing back to your innocence and the highest truth with semen retention. It's day 52, I couldn't stop smiling at everything. Jesus it's all so beautiful. Although I don't know if it's connected. But since I do practice a lot of spirituality in my life, maybe I am "ascending". Will only know for sure in time. I had no struggles so far at all.
  3. Day 51. Everything is going to change.
  4. Woman IS the manifestation of GOD on EARTH. Not what you think she is, but WOMAN. Not even what she thinks she is! The two bodies. They are more real than anything, closer to truth than anything. They are the peak of consciousness. All living things aim to become real, to MATERILIZE You have a body, is a miracle by itself
  5. This is 90% of this forums commentors population in the next 3-5 years. I am surprised you lasted 10 years. Congratulations. Find a woman Raise a child Watch Matt kahn. Forget about spirituality and spiritual concepts forever. See what's actually real. See the density of modern everyday life. dare to live
  6. Recognize what's happening. And instead of jumping to how to deal with it- Forfeit dealing with it, and just absorb what you can. When they are finished do this "Wait, what did you guys say again?"
  7. Personally I would never be able to pursue any life purpose, or care about success at all. I think we are living in an age where nihilism is everywhere. And it's spreading. Without the knowledge and love that is inside my heart. Without God. I am nothing. And none of this is worth it. In fact I do what I do, work, study, exercise, I feel and I think, voluntarily, I even allow for suffering. To glimpse brahman
  8. Gaze deeply, Ferociously And with unwavering courage Face the horror that torments you That makes you squirm makes your heart race~ your limbs contract~ your breath become shallow; Breath deeply into it all neither pushing nor pulling Just witness, that which is The horror is you; as is the sublime beauty; take it all in Not as a possession but as a reflection for it is only you
  9. Hey maybe this is just my protective ego since I think Martin gets it in a very deep way. Just like Bashar. Just like, idk, maybe leo. Personally I think Martin's words are more refined, and he also did THOUSANDS of weekly 5MeoDMT trips. Like seriously, Idk what you're on about. Maybe your perspective will change if you ever dare to try 5MeoDMT. But my point is... So you don't like his usage of the word energies? Martin's book CONTAINS stuff that will be slightly similar to the new age movement, this is stage green in spiral dynamics. And if you are stage Orange, then it WILL seem fake to you, it will seem like a story. Since your mind will still be half denial about 'SPIRITUALITY', spirituality does mean peace, and people praying, and vegans, and yoga, and ENERGY WORK like REIKI. See if any of these trigger you into this belief. Well then you're only half a foot in, and the other foot is dragging you back to your comfort zone. I am not saying, that this is the ultimate truth and there are no lies, just, openmindedness. Orange denies all of that, orange IS materialistic, orange CAN'T understand that. It doesn't need to. It's still in orange, but soon, it will move, it will change. and you will grow. Not to be something that you don't want to, but a deep understanding But even Martin says! look at what is REAL! If you don't have it in your experience, then it doesn't matter! He dispels a lot of the mystery and magic around shamanism and prayer! His thing about SYMMETRY, WOW! I have experienced his symmetrical movements and saw my friends have it too! I have even seen other youtubers talk about it! So for me, I don't need any other 'proof'. I recommend his Entheogenic Liberation book much much more. I consider it his Magnum Opus. He talks stricly about 5MEODMT and administration and everything about entheogens(5MEO is the best one). EDIT: If you're not intimidated by the mandalas, I recommend listening to this, it's a collection of small fragments of his non-dual art. It's sooo cool. And it feels exactly like non-duality speak, if it could It's beautiful. It makes me remember why, I love my heart, god. And yada yada
  10. Practice talking in a factual style manner, that will solve having nothing to say. There always facts- where you are, what you wear, what you're looking at... Then you gotta connect an emotion to it so it's more human and less dry. You gotta get personal.
  11. You don't need to harm yourself or to kill yourself. You just let it go, and moment by moment your self will come up, including all the parts of yourself that torment you and cause you to act unconsciously. You don't need to resist it coming up, because it is coming up to leave right out of you. Just continue and contain yourself, console yourself, however you can. This is a very important time for you. This is where things can change for you. It will be very confusing for you, and that is a good sign that you're heading in the right direction. Simply let go, and watch what is happening. Sometimes you'll suffer more and sometimes less. Breath, feel alive and do what makes you feel alive. Walking, soak yourself in water, nature, meditation. It's really hard to hear your hurting. Could you try to be more direct and honest about yourself instead of others? It's really hard to understand you. Open your own thread!
  12. Hi~ Due to corona and conditions in my country I am struggling to find a job than the one I currently have, which is doing groceries for people who shop online. It doesn't sound hard but it's not easy physically shopping for 8 hours, it really gets your back and muscles hurting. Add the the mental and emotional drain from being around rude and compulsive people all day. I am currently taking a course in programming. So in 6 months I should be able to land a job and things should work better. The issue is, I come home exhausted and I have a few hours to sit down and study and practice. It is really hard to study after doing a job you don't like for 8 hours. The mental exhaustion from repelling all the obnoxious people. The physical exhaustion... And if I find myself not studying, then I feel really anxious, since I am only working this job to support me while I wait to finish my course. So if this job causes me to study less, then it scares me! I can't quit this job, because I can't find anything else right now, corona... So I am thinking, the only way for me here is to really double down on my breathwork practice and other spiritual practices, to gain more energy. And of course, the best way to conserve and be less exhausted, is to fall in love with what I am doing. Anyone been in a similar situation?
  13. learning about your feelings teaches you about everything in the universe. feeling your feelings is becoming one with god
  14. I don't have any health issues. Thanks.
  15. Yeah it's weird in general taking care of your house, chores, and such, feels very feminine. I am not kidding. Perhaps it's the service?
  16. For me it was very enlightening. I saw it as opportunities to practice kindness, to practice basic social skills. It was one of the first books I finished, at the beginning of my journey. I guess this is also why people saw Marjorie, from GoT, like that. Where in fact, this stuff is just basic politeness. Gain friends by being polite in a rude and undeserving world. It's actually quite a skill
  17. It's a muscle, it's a skill that you have to develop, fasting. Pranic intake is a stage beyond fasting, it's more like thriving. Good luck I am careful these days with fasts because they take us much further along in our spiritual development, and I think most of us are not ready, which is why we try anyway. I had a lot of backlashes and ricochet's and food feasts of all sorts of junk afterwards, addictions became stronger for a while. But it was all worth it of course. Pranic living and fasting are like psychedelics but they are also different in that they are much more powerful and they change and move stuff(karma) VERY deeply. So deeply that you might not even notice what it's doing to you! Which is what I saw in Ray's course happen to people. A common experience that happened to me and I believe to others, you become unconscious! As if you are under the influence of something! You could become unreasonably emotional too(highs or lows). And you can't explain it, but after a while it passes and you feel normal again, or just slightly-elevated. Ray had one woman, Lesley, she went from food to nothing within the course and stayed that way and she joins his course to do healing sometimes. He said she is a rare one to do a complete SWITCH that way. Some of us are ready for it. And some of us just need the experience and move on. There is also Elitom al-Amin, whom I met and interacted with, I think he has been walking the pranic life for like 20 years now, and he says that it is all about gradually lowering your intake, until you feel comfortable enough to push a little more. Which I resonate with a lot more these days.
  18. Perhaps, You can measure experience and matureness in terms of unconscious development. How old do you feel that you truly are? You're asking about the quality of the soul. Perhaps, in the relationship of your human ego and your golden soul.
  19. You're the second person I heard about that has done something so radical. I do NOT know if this is possible. I do NOT know what happens to your body after 3 and 1/2 days of not eating and drinking. Have fun! And... Remember that it's not the ONLY WAY. But it is a really good way if you know what you're doing. questions: 1. During the day, how much does your energy fluctuate? Your emotions? 2. Do you think you can maintain this AND maintain a worldly life?(Job, wife, kids) 3. How long you going to go? If forever then I fully support you. Ray Maor claims to have gone to the gym and built solid muscle(he's a big guy no joke) too. ~Bashar, 'The Masters of Limitation'.
  20. I went through the same process, with Ray Maor too. Did 3 and 1/2 days of dry fasting. With Ray's course, who derived it from the full 21 day process, you have 9 intensive sub-conscious re-programming days which are emphasized and at the same time easily missed!! You gotta get it down in your head, there is a switch inside you that allows you to feel energetic, alive, healthy, and completely sustained by the energy that is all around you, by prana, by chi, by life itself. I felt weak for 3 and 1/2 days, I saw people go 5 days dry fasting and even longer and feeling weak. While I was struggling the simple task of climbing stairs, my friends were running in the hot sun! Skip forward a year, and I try again, 3 and 1/2 days. Day 3 I wake up, and I feel alive, and pumped, I feel so light. And I realize it then and there: Food is a belief, there is so much more under my control than I ever thought possible. It really takes this kind of experience, where you feel so energetic to realize that you truly don't need food if you so desire it. ~Bashar, 'The Masters of Limitation'. I can share a lot about this kind of stuff.
  21. Hi~ During my day job I tend to forget to do 1 thing at a time, the stress and the demands of the job can quickly and easily push me over into forgetfulness and the next moment of remembrance of the present is in the midst of collective negative judgmental thoughts and anguish. Oh shit I just lost myself too deep and I am getting too invested, overthinking, judgmental and emotional. This is really inconvenient. I would really like to reduce the mental/emotional exhaustion and suffering. Another interesting element; getting in the flow allows time to pass by, and 8 hours of working can pass easily and effortlessly, how lovely! But how the hell did I activate this flow while doing a job I don't like. It's a mindfuck. Why I think it's important I don't grow the dislike anymore, as much as I can. I thought, oh mantras!~ that's a great way to bring myself back, perhaps even to build a lovely place in my headspace to which I can return to. Like going back home. Do you guys have any mantras or anything like that? What do you do when you find yourself in judgement, overly invested, and overthinking? How can I deepen my connection to my heart instead of loosening it? Feeling is the answer but feeling often leads me to feel into others exhaustion and pain which 'infects' me with it too, know this issue?
  22. @Nahm It's about back to simply being in the present moment isn't it? Pristine clear and pure, Returning and anchoring yourself in the body. And I guess flow will simply happen from time to time as a result of being in the present. This is the whole teaching???? I am baffled by how simple it turned out to be.
  23. Unless the looney bin is what you're curious after, and the therapist is experienced enough to do that with you. then really have fun
