  1. Exhaust it. Do it more. Do it more. When you have suffered enough you will naturally want to stop. Take a walk, take up Yoga, take up meditation, take up breathwork. Talk up some friend. Head to the beach. Read a book. Talk to your parents. Learn a new language/instrument/hobby.
  2. That's deep. Good on you! Practical advice- Breathword, Look up Leo's Shamanic breathwork, and do it!!! There's someone on this forum that has done it for 60 days in a row. He had some massive experiences. But thing is, holotropic(or shamanic, same thing) breathwork is to release and confront traumas head on. It's known to have great benefit! Vipassana, it's a free 10 day meditation course. It's very intense, it gave me the tools to deal with whatever comes to my life. DMT. You smoke it. Changa is my favorite, alongside Ayahuasca. It might be hard to believe, but that shit is intelligence in smokable form and if your heart is pure then you will find what you are looking for, and if not then you will find what you were looking for and didn't know. Yoga, find a proper traditional Hatha Yoga teacher, that will teach you the eastern style of Yoga. You can look up Ty Landrum on youtube, find a teacher that talks like him. He speaks about the spiralization of energy through your spine while doing the Yoga, he talks a lot about energy during the session. Do Not Do Yoga In the western, physical, workout way. Ask your teacher why you're going to do yoga, and his answer should be "For enlightenment of course". In the end the movements you make are all just circus, it's serious! but it's also just body movements. I hope you understand what I mean, look up Ty Landrum he has stuff on youtube that will blow your mind. Look up at other breathworks too. Wim hoff has an online course for it. Troy casey does some small ones on his youtube channel. All very strong, all very helpful to heal. Regarding sex. I suggest to leave sex out of your life. Make love! Here is an explaination Look him up! Barry long is one of the only spiritual masters that will talk about love making and sex. He has a whole book on it
  3. Because consciousness is reality, it's real. Philosophy is literal. It's mental, it's vocabulary. It's words. But how can words ever do justice to how real it gets? What's it? It is the mystical, what came before words. 'It', is the the idea or creative power that comes before the idea is even brought down into words. 'It' is the connection that is felt between two lovers before they even properly shared a conversation, it's elusive and escapes your mind, because your mind can only understand in words and pictures and that's the 3D world we believe we live in. But there's more, you know there is more. It's also the deep longing that we all have, the stomach that is also munchy for more food, the mind that is never quite satisfied and the heart that is ever yearning... We are mental beings, inside a physical reality, that is yearning for the transcended. Most of these philosopher's and mystics and poets are talking about it! But for us, the crowd, we are only touched on the level of feeling, as in we know that there is more to it, so we love, but we can't quite get our hands on it like the writer does.
  4. If you move out of your house, whether by your own will or not, you will become more independent, and you will mature as a person. If your parents love you, they will ask or kick you out of their house, depending on your relationship. By the way, your relationship will also improve as your parents will be able to see you more as a grown up. This doesn't mean they will stop nagging you or treating you like a baby- please, she's your mom let her mother you at 32 years old, it makes her happy. But I am totally biased I moved out at 23roughly. And although I went back one time, I would never repeat that mistake. Life is much fuller on the otherside for me.
  5. In 12 rules for life Jordan peterson gives you very strong evidence and supportive tools or, rules as he likes to call it. Although I find it hard to swallow any rules I appreciate Jordan's deep care and devotion to his work, and the few chapters I read from 12 Rules for Life those things are powerful, and they last much much longer than a lot of the other self-help and development and actualization that is out there. I also think it is a little off putting how Leo and the rest completely cancel Jordan Peterson, whatever it is about him to cause such dislike, he has helped and saved many people, and he is at least a little bit of rational in the chaotic SJW culture that is here today.
  6. You already dealt with it, you were weirded out or you responded in some way in the past when it happened, the question is why are you still unhappy? Deal with situations organically. Don't put up any façade, no mindset, clean, come empty and allow everything through and throughout. The only reason you got hurt, is because there was someone to get hurt by, who is that someone? find her, embrace her, and allow their evil to purify your heart. Whatever mindset you cultivate and develop will eventually crumble and rot, as all things come to end.
  7. Yes all thoughts are untrue. But reality in my experience includes the experiences of thought too, so thoughts are true but only in the context of reality, when considering thoughts by themselves and outside the context of the situation then they miss the point. Join a conversation, there is no threat there is there? So there is not really an aspect of survival is there? In this context thoughts play a role and are one of your means of enjoying a conversation. Otherwise you would suffer in the so-called limbo of fake-non-duality.

Because you are a human being, with a human ego, so your efforts to be any certain way will only be partly successful, there are many many layers and parts of who you are, and even though a part of you wants to transcend and go beyond yourself and your ego, that very part does not understand that it does not truly and fully control itself, it cannot accept that fact that it does not have itself under complete control. It's as if you are trying to submit/surrender yourself, with enough force you will be successful, but at the cost of- yourself. thus you have split yourself even further. Now is when you don't have to stop your suffering, or resist attachment. You don't have to avoid pain or go into temptation. I am saying that you don't need to move anywhere, and if you are taken away by your waves of thoughts and emotions then let that happen too, just release all trying and all doing, it feels heavy, and forceful, let Stillness be the way, because after you're taken away by your mind, you will come back, and again and again this will happen, but you will always come back, just as you are present when you are reading these words, so too you will find yourself present at times and absent at other times, there is nothing you can do about all your unconscious behavior, since by definition You are absent, and since only You have the power to change yourself- Give your attention to your consciousness and stop resisting and being afraid to be absent, by going through yourself again and again(being absent) you can learn who you really are, and let this be what leads you, let stillness be the way, not yourself.
  9. Because who cares about silly understandings, and explanations? it's only us seekers, that seek those insights. Some of us don't go for psychedelics to gain mental insight. if you want to hear her insights, then you can ask her what she loves, and listen to how she speaks with love and truth.

The realizations and experiences, the understandings, they are all just achievements for the ego, there will come a time(perhaps already) that all of those experiences will be seen as as fragile as a day dream.. Your mind is already primed for Jnana(Wisdom/knowledge). Mine is like yours too, I have questioned and doubted a lot in my life. So you will get much benefit from something of the polar opposite, Do Nothing.
  11. Sometimes I wake up in anxiety in the middle of the night. Or fear just takes me over and I feel extremely insecure.. Rapid deep breathing helps me. Inducing a 'mini-panic-attack', hyperventilating on purpose to RESET your entire being, you bypass the mind, cut off the chatter and head straight home. Look up on youtube "TAKE A DEEP BREATH", they have a lot of different styles of breathing. I recommend the HARD RAPID breaths, the type that will almost make you pass out, but each to his own. Also I recommend, Troy Casey's breathing, he does different stuff too. His story with breathwork is that after his divorce he used to wake up in anxiety and hyperventilating at night full of sweat, he used breathing to RESET, REFRESH his mind body. Take control of your life. you can do it!!
  12. Hey, anyone here practice urine therapy? Aged urine therapy Sun exposure, sunset, sunrise, and mid day sun? This is what I do and it is totally transforming the way I see reality. I feel that this is so natural. So good for us. This goes against everything we were taught sadly.. But on the flipside at least we are getting to hear the truth finally!! And the best part is that it aligns perfectly with ones body and heart. It feels good.
  13. Wowwwwwwwwwww So cool I already practice shamanic by your inspiration before, which led to a deepening of how breath affects me. The resistance is strong with this technique, it's just very direct and very powerful. Not as strong as 5MEO but this is very powerful in itself.

  16. When you notice it, that you have been in dream land, and boy that dream is not even fun anymore. Then you're ready to wake up. So wake up, wake up to what is natural to you, because it is natural for you to be flowing, and chatty, and joyful. It is like that because you are another beautiful person, with a beautiful heart, who doesn't yearn for much. So wake up to what is natural to you, in the moment that you are ready. And renounce all that complex, mind-stuff, all your anxiety, all your sad stories and frustrations- Just, a, dream. It can be more frustrating or complex. But it can also be as simple as, just go about being yourself. That's what they truly mean, when they say, get out of your head. Meanwhile, until the next opportunity shows itself, practice not being in your head. Go to the beach, or take bath in some cold water. Meditate on your breath or your body. Practice some yoga. All these practices, they're all just ways to get outta your head. They're much more than that, but getting out of that, complex, problem seeking, anxious mind is a good first step
  17. Hey. I am a male. I suspect I can induce orgasms without masturbation. As I practice Semen retention and have no desire to masturbate or ejaculate. I am going to be tripping sometime, and whenever I trip I know I can rub my belly and move my spine and body and use my voice to literally reach orgasms that feel so good.   23. It's intuitive. You can just tell. It's easy, you don't need to think about it. It just makes sense. It's going to look and feel different for every person, since we are all unique. I see different levels of openness, intellectual ability, intuitive ability, listening ability, emotional vs more thinking, extraverted vs more introverted, tense, serious, playful, goofy. 90% of thoughts in our head => Projections. If you try to assess someone, then you are using your mind, which will generate exactly what you want. Assessments == projections. Sometimes even true assessments that the other party will agree on, just stronger illusions that the other person is also under.

It won't budge. Unless. This is what you truly wanted, and part of the reason you weren't born with the sexual orientation your mind prefers is so you can- change your mind But then, I propose, instead of trying to change it to what you want, release whatever is holding you back from being who you were born to be. Because if you were born to be it, then why wouldn't you want to be it? CHANGE THAT!
