  1. Relating to consciousness.... Nothing in your direct experience can be self aware... But yet YOU are aware that YOU are aware.... you label that “I”.... Thats insane in a good way.... haha
  2. Don’t try to get rid of it.... you have to find out its true reality.... locate what you call an ego.... figure out what’s it’s made of....
  3. I don’t know if anyone has posted about this band before so I’ll leave it here and we’ll I’ve been hearing this band since they first came out and guess what.... I had my awakening from hearing this song!! All the years of hearing their songs I never knew what I was going to discover!! Being aware of being aware!! Be conscious of your breath and your thoughts!!!
