Women have been given estrogen treatment as they age, for a long time now. We are not talking about building muscle. At least not me. You can find thousands of doctors that recommend aging men to do TRT for other reasons than muscle building. It's all in the dosage, I guess... Video is also false. Im 42. No need for TRT at all for that purpose.

I have also wondered about this. As we (men) get older, our testo levels get lower, and it looks like it could be healthy to do TRT replacement regimes. Not "steroid" use per se like for extreme muscle growth. There also seems to be things like metformin, resveratrol etc already that could be good for longevity/health. Eventually technology will bring even more options; stem-cell therapy, CRISPR etc.. Would it not be awake to use these options, as awakening and all its threads by itself seem to be a longevity tool?

If i remember correctly, you spoke in another thread about your $500 a month health insurance. As a Norwegian, I would consider that expensive;) Still, the American healthcare system is far more expensive than ours.

@Bodigger I wouldn't say it was easy, but for sure easier than from now on. Of course all that could change with some new leadership, but American reputation has been hurt, and the world is not as malleable to American "leadership" as it has been since the end of the ww's. And the current story is still far from over... And then you have China rising. I'm happy they have a little more historical baggage than the US. Who's the bigger devil?

When are you Americans going to realize that you have no real left in your politics? Even Bernie is middle-ground in a more developed political spectrum like most West-European countries have. Observed from outside, the US is turning into Russian style oligarchy. All industries moving towards monopolies, and forcing them upon the rest of the world. One of the few good aspects of Trumps reign, is that global respect for the empire has fallen. It wont be as easy to dominate the globe as before. A lot of goodwill has been lost.

@Spacious Where are you from? From memory, minimum wage in Norway is around USD20 (for burger flipping, I would guess). Norway is the only oil economy here. For that reason the other countries are a little lower, but still probably above USD15. Did you get your facts from mr. Peterson, as he is very uninformed/lying about the nordics ?
