Pro tip right there. Sometimes when the mind seems so full or the person feels overwhelmed, writing helps. Especially when it’s things that worry or stress out. And then when you do write the things down in your head that you want to get done, it usually is just a couple things that seemed like so much more because they cycled around in the mind without a proper identification. We can learn that people’s tolerance of bullshit varies. From one person not being able to tolerate something they perceive as bullshit for whatever reason... @Thewritersunion And another seeing the same thing, but not as bullshit... @Bill W So no tolerance for bullshit is a statement to filter through the bullshit. I’ve had painful pressure points on my spine, later realizing it was because the “kundalini energy” was blocked and not flowing freely. Make sure that you breath. Physical Reality is a very demanding place. You can’t find water for a day, and you be toast. Is it ego based because you are trying to avoid death? Isn’t it also ego based to give up everything? For your own peace? Using another persons energy just so you can keep yours? And if you do give it all up, in most of the world today, you won’t make it far. Sleeping in scary homeless shelters if you find one, then spend hours begging, I mean it just don’t work. Especially when you have souls that need you. And oh how you need them. I like the four life stages of Hinduism. It provides the opportunity for someone to become an ascetic/hermit or a sadhu/holy man. I guess in their head they question things like, "How do you get money to Survive?" "What are you doing with your time instead?" "Is this person lazy or unmotivated?" "Are they spoiled and don't want to work?" It is not normal for someone to not have a job in the 21st century. And when I think of someone who doesn't work, I think the thoughts above. If my thoughts don't bother you or make you feel insecure for the life that you are choosing to live, then continue doing you, enjoy and awake. But if you do feel some reaction to the questions, then you need to change it. Maybe you don't feel good about telling people that you don't have a job because the real reason is that you are using other peoples money to survive. Milking someone for their time and energy so you can keep yours. I don't know you, so maybe you are just accepting to get into debt to discover truth, which is a beautiful action. But having a job, even for one day a week is healthy and good. To experience the working world and get out of your comfort zone is all part of growing yourself into the person that you want to be. When Swim indulges too much for too long, there seems to be a blockage, a new boundary that gets set up. Similar to what happens when you smoke weed for the first time compared to smoking after being a stoner for 20 years. Also if the breath is hectic and uncontrolled, the experience matches it. Long and smooth breathes work best, even with low dosage.

Think about the type of person you want to find. Someone into being healthy and clear in their head most likely wont be looking for a man in the clubs or bars. Just like someone who is very outgoing and extroverted might not be in the library. Just go to the places where the people are that you want to be with. Festivals, Meetup Groups, Concerts, Art Shows... Focus on making Friends. Connect and experience life with a friend. Share your truths and life lessons, listen to them, and help them be who they want to be. A Relationship works better with a Friendship.
