  1. Tony Robbings approach to investing and financial management is in my opinion much more progressive, than what you hear every where else. In a nutshell: You create such an abundance of wealth through your investments and businesses, so you can then channel this abundance into more philantropic projects like giving out free meals for the poor. I think this is a good first step and compromise, and from there you can work on creating higher consciousness income sources that support your philantropic projects - but you have to start somewhere
  2. This is an inevitable clash of motives and ideals. If you want to make money through investing you have to invest in these hard-orange companies. Sadly there is no way around it if you want to create an income out of stocks. If you invest into progressive and idealistic companies you invest into their ideals, but don´t expect to get much money back for it. The best way in my opinion is to totally avoid investing, if this creates a conflict within yourself. Or you should see it as a short-term solution for keeping you aflout for the next 5-20 years, while you work on yourself to become highly creative and a massive value provider.
  3. You will come to that conclusion many, many times that you know nothing about anything. But each time you relive that realization you become more aware of the enormous scale of your ignorance. It makes me smile each time I go full circle and realize it yet another time. It is just a part of the game. But this makes you humble and open for new possibilites. I think the key here is to pursue knowledge & wisdom despite the fact that you will only know a tiny fractune of reality, no matter how hard you try. It´s about living with this paradox and coming to peace with it. In the beginning it is just a subconscious feeling that you have so much more potential and that you could have a big impact on society. But you suppress this feeling until this feeling of wasting your life can´t be suppressed anymore. Often times this happens when everything else is already collapsing around you and you can´t put the truth aside anymore. At this point you start to take action, slowly. Everything from this point is just a matter of finding the solutions through the process and not giving up the faith.
  4. Do any of you guys have found a way to download Leo´s videos on his Blog? I´d like to listen to them without necessarily having a good internet connection. I am already trying the Add-On "Videodownload Helper" for Firefox, but just downloading Leo´s newest blog post about requisit variety takes several hours with this add-on, which is not really practical. If you download a "normal-sized" Leo Video on youtube it only takes a few minutes even if you are downloading it with the highest quality. Any recommendations?

Geoff Lawton - Geoff is an permaculture activist & terrafromer with the vision to create sustainable ecosystems that integrate the human as a part of the ecosystem, instead of excluding the human and seeing him as a threat to a stable ecosystem. An idea for which Goeff Lawton is known, is the idea of the foodforest. It is a forest that is specifically designed to be a stable ecosystem in which animals and species can live and be preserved, but also it is designed to produce food for us with minimal intervention of destructive agricultural approaches.
  6. This won´t be as easy as it sounds, as soon as you don´t rely on Youtube you don´t really find videos of them on Youtube. Truly mindbending haha But if we can collect some extraordinary examples, then this would be truly amazing. Also what do you @Shooby mean with authentic careers? Is it more like something bizarre, that most people woudn´t even think of? Or more like a very specific, authentic niche, like being for example a musician that focuses on creating inspirational music?
  7. Hey, due to the corona pandemic & the end of high school I found myself in a situation where I had much, much, much more free time to spend on my own projects. The problem is that over these last few months I became much more wasteful with my time. I could waste 1 or 2 hours a day without even noticing a big difference in the short-term, but I am currently working on my Life Purpose and I can see that this behavior will waste huge amounts of potential growth - if I don't get this in check very soon. And since I am now alert & receptive for productivity and time management tips & advice, I thought it would be a wise move to gain a deeper understanding of this topic, so I can prevent unconsciously wasting my time in the future. But I am still very uneducated about this topic. Do you guys have any great advice about how you deal with managing high productivity and your time? Have you recommendations for good courses that I could purchase that would give me a solid understanding? Or any great books that I could read? I am grateful and open for any advice!
  8. In my experience it took me 1 1/2 years to fully integrate the habit of standing up early (around 4 to 5 am). During these 1 1/2 years I could hold it for even 3 months without problems, but then it broke away suddenly, so it had to rebuild it. And this happened not just once but several times, so I doubt that 21 days are by any means enough to make something a habit that is second nature. At the threshold of 21 days it gets a little easier, but it isn´t solid. It just gets a little easier. I think if you are really serious about a habit that you want to integrate for the next 5-10 years then I would say that you probably need 4-6 long-lasting attempts to cement it into your behavior, so it becomes really second nature. When you´re building a habit, it doesn´t matter how often you got of track, but how often you picked yourself up again. At some point before you know it, after failing over and over again, it just became natural without you even noticing it. At that point congrats! You succeeded !
  9. Did anybody read some really good biographies about historic leaders/visionaries, like Julius Caesar, Augustus, Alexander The Great. I am slightly concerned, that I buy a few books about these great leaders and they turn out to be just dry historical analyses. And instead of inspiring you, they are more likely to bore you to death. haha
  10. Leonardo Da Vinci The Biography - by Walter Isaacson is amazing. After reading it, it´s like you have a 3D model of Leonardo´s character. I don´t know how to describe it, maybe I am just an obsessed Da Vinci fan. But this book demystifies Leonardo´s character and his genius, you see how his genius originated and how it unfolds over his lifetime and especially you get a sense of the costs and problems he faced because he chose to architect his way of doing things the way he did. (In the end all great achievements originate in the arrangement of habits and mindsets and in this book you get a glimpse into the architecture of Leonardo`s mind) I can only recommend it especially if you like Da Vinci.
  11. I don´t think there are exercises that can teach you these traits in a very straight-forward way. I woudn´t compare them with doing push-ups or sit-ups, where you are doing 200 reps and now you gained +5 points in strength/creativity or passion. These are more general attitudes to life, which can be applied to any field of life. We are creatures of habit. You become a creative person by doing creative things every day. You become a visionary by visioning on a daily basis. You become fearless by doing bold acts and so on. And these habits can be applied to everything you do. Just make up your mind, which aspect is missing or suppressed in your life. After you´ve done that find solutions how you could change your way of doing things so it is more aligned with this trait that you want to develop. Let´s say you want to become a more curious person with a questioning-frame of mind. One way to approach this is to grab a notebook and go through your whole day writing down questions about everything you encounter. This can also be applied to a specific field of interest like finances or personal development. It´s an approach to things and can thereby applied to anything you wish. It isn´t limited to a skill or subject.

  13. Seems like I got a bit carried away haha. I didn't really think about this easy possibility. But I have one question: At which point can you draw the line that this AI is thinking independently or just pulling from a huge database? Doesn't our human mind work in a very similar fashion? Aren't we just pulling from a huge database as well, only with the limitation that we are only able to access a small portion of this database at once? Isn't this the reason why it is crucial to watch one's own information intake since our mind works like an incubation chamber for ideas, which constantly recombines gathered data?
  14. I am not really sure where to put this topic, but I think it kind of fits the "Self-Actualization"-Category since this is one of the most used ones. If not feel free to move it to the appropriate category. Does anybody has more insight into the topic of AI, robotics and the fusion of both of them to humanoid robots? This thing right here made my eyes wide. I am aware of that AI is already able to compete and beat men in games like chess or Go as well as computer games like Starcraft2 or Dota2, but this seems to be on a different level. How likely is it that this conversation was staged in the sense that the overall questions were known in the forehand? I don´t know, but it feels so outlandish, because these answers felt kind of natural and spontaneous. Does anybody have at least some insight into how real and legit this conversation is? If this is the current standard of the AI and Humanoid development, then these advancements are reaaallly impressive.
  15. @capriciousduck Basically the fastest way is full immersion. That´s pretty much the foundation for fast learning, nevertheless there are still some interesting details that can greatly boost your language learning capabilities. Just research a bit about "hyperpolyglots". The term itself means that you are fluent in about 6 or more languages. Some people though managed to be fluent in over 40 languages.   17. Also keep in mind that you have to rewatch certain videos over and over again. More specifically you want to rewatch them again and again to get all the juice from this particular video. If you feel that you lose time when you´re reviewing some materials then maybe you´re probably not studying the right material or no high-quality material.
  18. @Anna1 Also one very helpful trick is to observe the patterns that appear when you feel the urge to snack. Are you snacking because of compulsion or are you snacking because you need more energy. If you answer the question with the ladder, then go ahead and think about What are the things that I want to eat right now? Carbs ? Fats? Protein? some other nutrients? --> Then you further investigate by slowly shifting your thoughts to different foods while you are observing your appetite. This works really wonders in my experience. Instead of eating some snacks because my body just needs some fat, I grap my coconut oil jar and take a spoon-ful. And wallah the craving is gone! If you continue this for a longer period then you have rewired your thoughts in such a way that you don´t feel the need to snack anymore. I´ve been snack-free for almost 2 years and I´m not planning to break the chain
  19. When I´m researching and studying I keep certain things in mind that kind of take care of the problem 1. the 80/20 - it isn´t necessary to whatch all the videos. Often times the videos cross-reference each other, because of that you pretty much absorbed all main ideas of this channel by watching only a fraction or half of the videos 2. You´re only partially receptive. Not all information is currently useful in your given circumstance - In practice this means, that you first become conscious of what your goal is or for which topics you´re currently receptive. Then you skim the video libary and sort the videos, which are currently of interest for you. This is your primary study list. While you´re skimming the video libary you´re also looking for topics, that might be influencial if you watch them under a different circumstance. To be more specific: you want to study a channel which has high-quality information about the brain, but like all channels they have a potpourri of videos about all kinds of topics (like economics, fitness). So what you do is to sort out all the important videos about the brain (your primary study list) then you reference all the different videos about economics or fittnes to the appropriate topic in your OneNote-Notebook 3.   20. @Thought Art I often observed in myself, that I get hindered by the need to create something great, something breath-taking. The reason why this hinders me is that I tend to see the world only in ether black or white, I lose track of all the shades of grey that I can use and work upon. Maybe you have a similiar kind of assumption deep down in your belief system like I have. I myself am very interested in programming , game dev and all sorts of coding and I also struggled with this question, what a really impactful, meaningful & high-consciousness software would look like. But I honestly coudn´t answer it, which made me uneasy every time I thought about programming. So as a solution I reframed my approach: What would happen, if I observe all the problems and limitation, that I see in modern softwares from a more conscious perspective, and compile them all together? What opportunities would open up when I have such a great libary of potential improvements for all the software I use and care about? What if I bring all these compiled opportunities of little improvements together in a own software project? Ever since I reframed my questioning I brought many ideas together how I can practically improve the new generations of software. And now with this it is much easier to construct a tangible vision of a software, which has the potential to have major impact. Currently I am pondering about how to create a very intuitive, almost second-nature-like note-taking system from all the experiences that I have collected so far. But for now I want to keep further deatils secret
  21. IMO, the best way to make a raw vegan (cleaner) diet more availible is to create a big compandium with the different ways to approach this diet & with its infrastructual requirements. So you can easily see the many ways you can go about this diet and then to tailor it to your own situation. Atleast I would have been very grateful for this when I started out.
  22. @Leo Gura If you really want to commit to a raw vegan frutarian diet, you´re very much forced to go to tropical region. Also 'Raw Vegan' doesn´t necessarily mean a 'fruitarian diet'. Markus Rothkranz for instance advocates to keep your sugar intake relatively low in comparison to most raw foodist. His eating philosphy is mainly based on high-amounts of leafy greens, nuts and some fruit. I have also seen people, who are living in the nothern hemisphere, adapting the raw vegan diet to a more fermented based diet. Personally I´m gravitating to this kind of diet-adaptation, because of the reasons you meantioned Leo. It´s expensive. Your food supply is inconsistent, the food variety & quality is insufficient. The reason why you can adapt the diet more to fermented-based version, is that through the fermentation process you´re essentially upgrading your food: Bioavailibility of nutrients rises significantly (meaning your basicly pre-digesting your food), the amount of vitamins can increase by 3x,5x and even 10x, Vitamins are created that weren´t initially in the fruit or vegetable before.
  23. This is a very wise advice. I went through this state of mind a lot in my life. It´s an intense emotional roller-coaster. The main lesson I´ve learned from going through it over and over again is, that you have to go through it. This is a part of life, it may sound cruel but I experienced that you have to fall to rise even higher. The best way to go through this face is to let go and to simply notice and observe your emotions. If you start fighting it you set yourself up for a downward spiral. My perspective on this process has changed over the years substantially, instead of seeing at as an obstacle, see it as a process through which you are unfolding a deeper aspect of yourself. You´re unravelling layer after layer of yourself by going through this process over and over again. Watch out Leo´s video on "Life Unfolds in Chapters & Phases" Also the books "The Big Leap" & "Taming you Gremlin" helped me tremendously when I went through the same phase you´re experiencing.
  24. @pluto From my experience, one gamechanger I would add to your diet would be fermented foods. The enzyme concentration becomes so high, that you really feel the impact, especially if you juice your ferments and integrate them into your daily diet. The fermented foods really feel as if they were already pre-digested, for me this makes a big difference in my energy levels. Besides you talked about, that you´re using medicinal mushrooms on a regular basis, could you elaborate a bit more please ? Like which mushrooms? How did they effect your energy levels and overall performance and well-being? Which mushrooms have the highest potency in your opinion? Have you tried different medicinal mushrooms before that hadn´t been very effective? Questions are a sign of curious mind eh
