Ego is a self concept. ego gives reality taste. ego is separation with Oneself, by separating from Oneself you separate from the universe or God, because you aren't the doer, life happens to you or the universe is the doer. to exist as a self you must separate yourself from yourself, and act like two, playing game with yourself. whatever concept you have about the reality, it's is ego. from the small mundane everyday concept you tell about yourself, to the big investment concept you did. Ego gives a sense of self. it makes you feel you have control about life, when infact you have control about anything. it gives you grounds. if you have no ego what is the point of living a life that you don't own. Don't blame, or hate it, because it's yourself. even if you do that, that is another ego, and ego hates it's ego, that creates self hate. love your ego to death. fighting the ego with itself is fighting darkness by darkness. when ego mature it evaporate by itself, you don't have to nourish it, or fight it, when it complete it's stage it crack like a shell ?. like a child used to play with toy and when he grow he simply ignore it. he doesn't need to throw it or have it, he simply leave it.

self Actualization should be done in enjoying state, you shouldn't force yourself to implement everything that being said. if it is bringing suffering you need to stop. self actualization is sometimes against your servival, your environment, your current state of living and many other factors depend. your ego needs to be erased in enjoying and easy way. it's needs to melt by itself, don't rush, take time enjoy life do it in baby step. life should be about enjoyed and growth. balance them.

You shouldn't always be against moral values, but understand them. morality are created for low consciousness people, and can serve a great thing. you don't have to tell the buddha to be moral but for the low consciousness people serve great things. then the budhaa behave morally from the essence, and the low consciousness person behave like a buddha from morality. advantages of morality it's saves you time creates a common understanding enhance civilization disadvantage of morality it's makes you robot it's creates a false knowing or ego. it's kills your essence or knowing

one of our mistakes when we do personal development and self actualization is to forget about the instinctive part and the body, in my opinion. we mostly spent our energies on mental activities more than the other. I think instinct can be harmed if we don't take care of it. here are things that develop our mind. Ex reading, lectures, contemplations, seminars, educational materials, discussion etc. but failed to develop instinct. things can develop instinct are sport activities, running, climbing, sleeping, sitting, washing etc. What are your thoughts about this?

hate is very important thing that is neglected, hate do the work that love can't do. even to be loving person is an ego. hate should come to neutralize ego love. I don't agree on the purpose of life is to be loving person. hate is Pardoxcal thing because if we love everything that we must love hate that within us also.

@Thought Art yeah. personal development ethics, I think it is a very important thing before one can start this work. For example personal development require lab environment. 1. have a lab environment to do Spritual practice. includes materials and people etc. don't practice anything on people and you. don't observe, be conscious, focus, medtatie, any kind of Spritual exercise and practice outside of your lab environment. for example Observations - People might suddenly be confused or threatened with your exercise. 2. you must not talk. This means you must not make these ideas subject of ordinary talk, without aim or purpose. you have to keep what you learn as secret, the original ideas aren't yours. the teacher or the conducter may publish his idea as book or any media so that ideas doesn't fly without permission. etc. add yours opinion.

I found energy psychology methods are very powerful for self actualization, like eft, Psych-k, emdr etc. What do you think about this thing?

why AI could not be conscious. most people these days would assume what if AI would be conscious. but they didn't understand what consciousness is. they underestimate how consciousness is very difficult it is. if we the most complicated machine found it difficult to be conscious all time, Imagine how difficult it would be for dumb machine.
