After I starting meditate for one year everything as changed however I was a deep prayer for 6 years. What I discovered is that meditation has negative side effects when dealing with people. Egotistical people will assume you you are naive, because you don't react to things they assume important, you simply jentle with it, and they assume you, you are weak, also with women, women mistaken aggressiveness for strength etc. What do you think?

@orpheos things that makes you emotional or Spritual. Ex Porn, sex, music, meditation, motivation, hypnosis, holotrophic breath-work, praying, movie, hanging out with friends or others, being in nature, book, etc

Yeah you can, but this my observation and a lot of scientific research on the disadvantage of meditation. You can Google it, yes meditation a technology it has a drawback, but I there is solution for that too.

@Consept perfect. After my enlightenment I discovere three no positive or negative, but a perfect reality. Thinking positive is bullshitng one self, when three is so negative stuff, assuming it as it is positive. Instead If we can work on it, It makes us strong, if you face the negative.

What do you do when you are self conscious on your thoughts, when you do activities etc?

@Knock by By the way it is not negative experience, what is matters is your projection, I will think it as God is watching and doing inside of me. So it's blessing. But I have found a solution to stop that and enjoy that.

Your thoughts, emotions, intuition should be synchronised. Otherwise you always be deluded.
