  5. Hey! I needed some help about this mindfulness thing. I try to stay as much mindfull as possible throught the day. It’s easy to remove external distractions, but my mind keeps putting me of road thinking stupid stuff rather then being in the moment and being mindful what im doing, thinking, saying ect ect. Thank you.
