thousands of hours of hardcore spiritual work and contemplating in realtime for thousands of hours what your emotions are, where they come from and get direct insights into that. Practice telling the truth even when it is hard.

@Preety_IndiaJust found this. You may already know this but If you haven't already investigate some of your beliefs. Often times we develop our beliefs about what love is like through our relationships with our parents in early childhood and it gets rooted in our subconscious. This can cause us to attract dysfunctional relationships over and over again because we are unconsciously seeking a particular recreation of the relationship with one of our parents. Question any beliefs you have like that so you can free yourself from this.

I'm still in the process of losing my mind but that will take another few thousand hours on tha cushion

direct experience is king. If you have needs, meet them. If you feel happy alone, fine too.

Hey guys So I've been studying spiral dynamics and a lot of Ken Wilbur's work very deeply. I notice There are structure stages of consciousness beyond the spiral dynamics model. My current understanding is that SD stages are produced by one's life conditions/ worldview as well as that States of consciousness are distinct from structure stages. Once you get past turquoise and into what Wilbur calls the third tier, supposedly state stages become joined with structure stages. What I'm trying to grasp here is how does one consciously make those paradigm shifts into the next structure stage of consciousness for example if you peg yourself somewhere in 3rd tier or high 2nd tier turquoise? What does it mean you have to do pragmatically since every stage up on the spiral seems to have a higher capacity to grasp more perspective and has a bigger picture perspective of the relative world? What is THAT higher capacity and how does one consciously increase that? Is it as simple as contemplation, reading, and going meta on your worldview or are there more direct ways to do this?

trying to change people is futile. If you don't want the person for who they are now, leave.

Finland's education system is ahead of its time! Has a lot of green and even some yellow systemic approaches to education. This is far beyond traditional stage orange schools most of us are familiar with growing up in the US, Canada, England, etc.

this is an issue you will face constantly as you go deeper into the work. As you learn more and more about life thoughts will arise like "wow if I had only known this 3 years ago or 10 years ago I could have been so much further along!" But see you COULDN'T have possibly known that. Because you were trying your best what you knew then and you are trying your best now. Realize that you are trying your best and let go of being so perfectionistic. What makes life beautiful is your journey is unlike any other journey. It is unique. Drop this notion that you are in your "20's" so you should or should not live one way. Or you are in your "30's" and you should live another way. You are deluding yourself. You are exactly where you need to be. Your thoughts that tell you you are missing out on life are your own making! Realize that anything you think you are missing out on is a story your mind is telling you. Like people are having fun and you are the only one missing out. Where is this happening? "Behind the scenes" somewhere? If you observe these thoughts from a distance you will realize all of them are your own fabrications and that you ultimately do not know what "other people" are doing. Stereotypes are only a reality for you. They are imaginary in the absolute sense

I had this for a while. The key is understanding that everything is an infinite field of pure consciousness and the only reason we experience different LOC's is relative to our minds. Those people you are judging as conscious or unconscious are already 100 percent pure consciousness just like you. But yeah, you have to also let go of wanting to be better than other people. Becoming enlightened does not mean you become some mystical superhuman. You are washing away the entire survival process to realize what you always were. You are already whole and complete. There is no path. You will eventually reach a point in the path where spiritual ego doesn't happen at all. But also, in order to release it permanently you need to be willing to let go of wanting to be better than someone else. Your wanting to be better than someone else is also causing separation and it is very tempting for the ego to go there when you don't have the direct experience. So yeah will enlightenment mean you become superhuman and everyone bows down to you as their god while you are superhuman and blissed out? Probably not. If you desire such a thing it shows you that you have much more work to do. I hope this helped -
what are the practical action steps you took to get good at business as a skill overtime and turn your own life purpose into a business?

A few days ago, I realized that I am God and created the whole universe, and am completely alone in the universe since all my relationships were imaginary. I was playing hide and seek by myself. The point of this comment though is that the realization took me by surprise. If I didn't have the theoretical foundation from studying nondual books and watching Leo of course, I feel like I would have misinterpreted the experience, filtered it through my existing worldview, and fallen back into the culturally adopted beliefs of my ego. But since I had this awareness, I instantly realized what was happening, that I'm not going insane and that I am God, let go of my current worldview and made the shift in my life to align my life with my new found realization. I guess the whole point of this comment is that if you are pursuing awakening, studying all the various traditions and all aspects of nondual theory is sooooo important. I see so many people pursuing awakening that think "if i just sit on this cushion for 10,000 hours doing yoga or meditation without any theoretical foundation i'll get enlightened". If you think like this you will likely fail to awaken in my opinion.

Hey Guys! I recently took Leo's life purpose course. Amazing course btw. If u see this Leo you kick ass dude 10/10 Anyways I discovered my life purpose revolves around professional video editing. Like I'm really passionate about taking some mundane video clips or just some footage about any topic, and make it into a beautiful work of art using my editing skills alone. The struggle I'm having is that I'm trying to combine the following to create a real tangible niche in the market place Wanted impact: Raise the collective consciousness Zone of Genius: Vision and Create beautiful art that inspires people ideal medium: Video editing Signature Strengths Love of Learning: usually around personal development/ spirituality Judgement, Critical thinking, open-mindedness Appreciation of beauty and excellence Rough draft incomplete plan using interests, passions, strengths: Artistic edited music videos revolved around personal development Whats missing? I have no idea how to produce the raw clips/ content. I don't enjoy speaking in front of a camera very much but once I have some raw clips to work with and edit, I go to town and get in the flow state and its awesome. I've researched professional video editing a bit and it seems that most editors have clients send videos to them to edit. I'm still researching although it seems most people on the planet aren't interested in hiring a video editor who specifically wants to edit artistic videos to help raise and inspire the collective to raise their consciousness, they usually want to market a product or edit a promotional video for their business to sell some mundane product. To make my own business I figured I need to create and produce my own art somehow. However I've tried out drawing, animation, 3d modeling, but i dont seem to be passionate about any of these and they don't line up with my strengths either. What do you guys think? What have I not considered? Do you guys have any ideas how I could somehow produce my own art? I'm still in the very early phases of the research process so I appreciate and am open to all opinions and ideas.

I’ve made major progress in my search. YouTube small bet didn’t work out. Update: Strongpoint: strategic thinking and problem solving passion: learning about personal development/psychology, and spirituality Vision: being one of the scientists to help bridge the gap in understanding between science and mysticism wanted impact: change the education system to teach higher consciousness teachings planned path: become a transpersonal therapist/coach to give me some footing in the market place while I continue my research and eventually submit and present my work to the public and possibly write a book in the process What do you guys think? I’m a bit scared of this one because it’s radical but I feel like my only longing is to investigate reality and share it with the world. Education is the place I think needs most change.

Ah I had an apiffany. I remembered I’m actually pretty good at explaining about whatever I’m passionate about even though the idea if being on camera makes me uncomfortable. and one of my signature strengths is critical/strategic thinking. Combine that with personal development that raises the collective consciousness and the ideal medium of video and BOOM im a youtuber baby?? ill definitely grind out a video as a small bet and see how it goes. To hold myself accountable I will update this thread within a weeks time with the results

I thought about this deeply and you are right I think. I'm too attached to the medium of video editing. I definitely care way more about raising collective consciousness when I vision my life 10-20 years from now. I do resonate and have a passion for learning personal development+psychology/ the stuff you present here on actualized.org but thats extremely broad I guess I have no idea what I could do with that in terms of job/ niche at the moment. I'm gonna have to do some more small bets, researching, and poking around to find that needle in the haystack I guess. Thanks for your advice Leo. -Sean

yeah. I think you might be right. I guess what bothers me is I don't even have a clear picture of what kind of videos I'll be making, what content, what exacts style. But maybe I Just gotta trust the process that I will have realizations, breakthroughs, and opportunties that come my way as a result of sticking to the path. I just gotta take the leap with a vision without having to know everything I suppose. Thank you for your input.

one of my top values is contribution and impact. I feel a strong urge to raise the collective consciousness. How I combine that with a passion for video editing I'm not sure yet. Because of that, if I edit videos just for like any run of the mill business, I'm not going to feel that my work is very meaningful to me.
