Since the population of tier 2 individuals is so small, usually they end up starting their own business/ practice. Mainstream media and education does not compute all of what tier 2 has to offer. Neither do the university systems. It would be very rare to see a company full of tier 2 people. Usually if you find a turquoise individual working for a company for instance, it will be a stage green company where they don't fully fit in but can still help raise people's consciousness through that medium. I have yet to see a large company where EVERYONE is yellow or turquoise. That would be a sight to behold in the 21st century for sure.

SD is very useful. You can see where you and various people in your community are at and see where you are going. This is extremely powerful in terms of personal development growth potential. It gives you an idea of what activities/ practices you should experiment with to hit the next level of fulfillment in your life/ consciousness.

Yellow still sees reality as imperfect and views itself as an instrument to help fix the world through self actualization. yellow has not transcended the mind and is still trying to model reality as the ultimate truth/theory of everything. while models are very useful, the map can never BE the territory/ Absolute Truth which is integrated in turquoise. Turquoise can have a harder time participating in practical survival activities like business since their high integrity makes them more caring and less ruthless. this can also make them better at business though in the long term since they do fulfilling business with soul creating more loyal consumers.

It all starts with noticing that your’e good enough regardless of what other people think of you. Instead of waiting to give yourself permission to feel good enough when other people approve, realize your’e good enough now. when life situations seem to reflect to you that you are low status or aren’t good enough, it’s not because those things are absolutely true. it’s just that when you have those limiting beliefs, you think thoughts, feel emotions, and take actions around those limiting beliefs giving off a certain energy. people and life situations reflect that energy back to you making you believe that it’s just an unshakeable reality. it all starts with choosing self love rather than self hate. Ask: what would someone who loved themselves do? and keep asking that and take action on the flash of intuition you get from that.
