Your life -
You’ve gotta be careful how you have them removed because if you don’t do it right you’ll leech a fuck ton of mercury into your body. Look up holistic dentists in your area. I got a quote and it’ll cost me 2K to get my 4 amalgam fillings removed so I’m saving up for that.

New party game… Take a hit of 5-Meo every time Leo says he’s reached a new level of awakened consciousness -
@Tboy there’s drug test kits you can buy. I can’t remember what brand the one I used is

Definitely a living to be made as a health coach. I was a personal trainer for 5 years. The only way to make good money is by running your own business. Great & rewarding field to get into but you’ve gotta really bust your ass if you wanna make a living doing it.

@Bojan V honestly I don’t know enough to make any sort of accurate diagnosis but it’s plain to see that he’s unfit mentally

Jesus Christ. I work in a psychiatric hospital and Alex sounds worse than most of my patients.

The collective consciousness of the world is fairly low. That’s simply reflected on social media. Try to witness it without judgement.

It’s hard to know without testing it. I’ve had some yellow looking 5meo like that before but you never know until you test

You’re not allowing yourself to be controlled by the male management and that pisses them off. Great job!

@Arthogaan I lived in my camper in Florida for 3 months then lived in it for another month as I travelled out west. The difficulties with it was sleeping if it was really hot or really cold (I didn’t have any AC/heater in it) and finding safe places to park at night while travelling. Other than that it wasn’t too hard. I hung out at parks all day when I wasn’t working & spent a lot more time with friends. Even pulled a couple girls in the back haha. Good times. (will attach a photo of it - wasn’t a masterpiece but I built it & was proud) I abandoned the fitness industry. I studied exercises science in college and was a personal trainer for 5 years. Even had my own online coaching business for a little while. It was great but my underlying value was health and helping people lose weight and gain muscle wasn’t a deep enough impact for me. Because of this I’ve switched to mental health. I currently work in a psychiatric hospital as a youth counselor. That said my 5 year vision is to become a psychedelic facilitator which will be possible in Oregon for psilocybin come 2023. But hopefully that’ll move to my state of Washington soon as well. I’m super excited for that opportunity.

1. Sold all my belongings and built a camper in the back of my truck that I then lived out of while working an unpaid internship under my long time mentor Elliott Hulse 2. Left my friends, family & home state I to move 2,000 miles across the country to a state where I knew nobody 3. Quit my job in the field that I’d studied in college and spent the past 5 years in to pursue something completely new All of which were hard decisions that took me lots of courage to pull the trigger on. Grateful I made all these changes!(:

I’m utilizing anime to help me learn a new language. Wether anime is “good” or “bad” for your life is obviously relative. Anime can be helpful and contribute to increasing your quality of life or it can be crippling and holding back your development.

The potential negative legal repercussions for psychedelic possession is a legitimate concern. As is the desire to experience psychedelics with an experienced guide or clinician. Your comment is immature.

Congrats on getting out man. I imagine that took quite a bit of courage to do.

It's been 10 years since the first Actualized.org YouTube video. I found it inspiring to watch. You've come a long way Leo. "Most people overestimate what they can do in one year and underestimate what they can do in 10 years"

Watch Leo’s cult video again. You’re checking off all the boxes… An encouraged dependency on the cult cutting off friends/family An inability to question what’s going on extremely controlling & judgmental environment The emphasis on obedience A leader who people look at like he’s a “god” The forcing of the cult ideology down you throat This is much worse than a toxic environment bro. It’s a straight cult and you need to GET OUT. You wouldn’t have started this thread if you didn’t already know this intuitively.

Yes please

Yea she’s a great counterbalance to Leo’s introverted ass discussing conceptual models and constantly intelectualizing (which we all obviously love lol)

Check out Paul Chek

Man, that’s a fucking trip. Definitely a cult. Sure a business one focused on making money rather than your traditional spiritual cult but a cult none the less. Sounds like a soul crushing environment to be apart of. There are plenty more companies out there you can develop your sales skills and make money at. Get out while you can.

Insoles are a bandaid solution. I suggest looking into minimalists/barefoot shoes. The most important thing is to retrain your foot to work as it’s meant to… Meaning, rocus on riding the outside edge of your foot. Specifically try not to put pressure on the side with your big toe. That’s why your feet are flat. Because you’re creating force on the inside edge which goes against how the foot/ankle are meant to function. Look into the movement system GOATA if you want to learn more

Yes being nocturnal is a literal carcinogen for human. We have risen with the sun for the last 200K+ years. To go against that is asking for trouble.

Some people feel safer with them on. I personally don’t wear mine unless I’m feeling sick.
