  1. @John Iverson I spend a lot of time sitting cross cross on my meditation cushion. I also sit in a seiza pose and a cowboy pose which is like a half seiza/half kneeling and rotate through. Look up the “GOATA” movement system if you’re interested in learning more about biomechanics and why sitting is so terrible for the physical structure of the body
  2. @Osaid my experience was I used to see entities all the time as a child. I was very open to it but it was often terrifying. I came across multiple malicious feeling entities and after a traumatic encounter I shut the door to communication with entities and haven’t seen one since. I feel like many people have the ability to see & communicate with entities but learn to turn these abilities off to fit into society. Hence the “children see ghosts easier” stereotype. @BenG the child I was working with this last week told me that she’s followed by this “shadow man” that tells her to hurt self or he’ll hurt her family. He takes over her body and tells her to do things like scream and bash her face into walls (which I’ve watched her do until her forehead was covered in blood). How much of this is true paranormal abilities/demonic possession and how much is simply psychological psychosis due to childhood trauma & genetics well, Im just not sure.
  3. @John Iverson Personally I have a rose gold MacBook Air. A lot of people shit on apple products but I love their simplicity & aesthetics. I have the app onenote (which is free) downloaded on my laptop and my phone. It automatically uploads to the cloud so I can seemlessly go back and forth between my phone & laptop to take notes/journal. I have a variety of things I journal about. I have a daily log that I do at the end of every day where I summarize what happened during the day and how I’m feeling at the time. I’ve done this every day for the last 4 years and have found it to be a very powerful habit. I have a similar habit of logging what I eat every day and how it impacts my body. Also extremely powerful. Then sometimes I do longer format free writings where I riff about a certain subject or where my life is at. I also use my onenote app to creat a “commonplace book” to collect these logs as well as various other ideas and note. Leo has a video all about commonplace books. I highly suggest you look into it. I also use my commonplace book (on onenote) to do practical things like creating my monthly budgets. With regards to my living space I won’t share a picture of my house just for privacy reasons but I’ll try and explain what it looks like to you. I have about 15 paintings hung up on the wall that me or someone dear to me has done, i have a huge bookcase with a few hundred books, aesthetic lights, a sword, a dodecahedron, small posters of things I like such as a jui jitsu poster & a notre dame poster, lots & lots of pictures of my friends and family, a couple whiteboards where I write my goals & calander for the month. I also have my vision board hung up that I created in Leo’s life purpose course. I have some plants, my guitar, a piano and a Japanese style floor table with meditation cushions around it (fuck chairs & sitting in them, it’s terrible for your body). So yea, hopefully that paints a vivid enough picture? I simply surround myself with art and things that inspire me. Your home should do that, inspire your. Let me know if you have any other questions. And kudos for being curious about all of this. I respect you trying to leverage technology and the infanstructure of your life to maximize creativity & wellbeing. You’re on the right path bud
  4. I work in a children’s psychiatric hospital and I’ve had multiple kids tell me they see a variety of beings. Some are (apparently) even possessive of the children and make them perform actions
  5. @John Iverson 1. Contemplation mixed with action taking is the most powerful way to increase learning (wisdom) in my opinion. You don’t need a fancy technology. You simply need to train the mind to think deeply about the word and to go out there and put your ideas to practice. Things like psychedelics and journaling are obviously helpful for contemplation. 2. I use artwork. I surround myself with art at all times. My house looks like a museum. I collect art that inspires me and surround myself with imagery that makes me feel alive. Also take psychedelics, listen to music, get exposed to new ideas by interacting with a variety of people, try new things, etc. 3. Having a common place book to collect my ideas and notes has been a game changer for me. I use one note. All that said, I get the vibe that you’re a very “heady” dude. The greatest infastructure you have is your intuition. Develop that. Learn to connect with your body and you’ll be able to “feel” into what you want out of life.
  6. @Leo Gura does that mean you’re still doing carnivore? I’ve never felt better than I do when I’m eating carnivore. It’s just so hard for me to sustain.
  7. @LSD-Rumi @amanen yea I agree first and second plateau are more akin to being drunk and therefor not useful for spiritual work (although great in a social/recreation setting) Fourth plateau imo is too strong because I’d always “black out” and struggle to remember or integrate anything from the trip. Third plateau seems to be the sweet spot for spiritual gainz
  8. I learn from even his oldest videos. They’re just taught from dif levels of wisdom is all
  9. I used to come across entities fairly regularly as a kid. Hasn’t happened in over 10 years though. Would def like to get back into it. I just bought a couple books on this subject. Going to experiment with it soon.
  10. Raves are the counter cultures way of saying fuck you to the war on drugs. At these festivals using psychedelics is as commonplace as a bottle of beer at a bar. Nobody bats an eye at psychedelic use and it’s even encouraged by many artists. The exploration of one’s consciousness should be a basic human right and we ravers said we’re not waiting for the legalization of psychedelics to do so. We’ve created our own “sacred space” where one can take psychedelics without the worry of legal repercussion. This stage green advent is one of the most beautiful things I’ve experienced in my life & im so blessed to be apart of this community of bass lovers. Clip from LSDream set this year at Lost Lands. Any other ravers on this forum?
  11. Fascinating model. After 10 years of active dating & relationships I find myself in the 4D commitment - interdependent stage. I can defintely see the evolution over this time from one relationship into the next. I cringe sometimes thinking back to the codependent relationships I participated in but they were necessary for me to be in the beautiful relationship I find myself in now.
  12. If you want to hold onto the hair you have then look into Finasteride, minoxidil, ketocortisone shampoo, micro needling and scalp massages. I started balding in my early 20s and am using these technique to hold onto and even reverse some of that balding. And if you have a few thousand dollars to shit out then you can always look into hair transplants. That said I also realize one day I’ll be as bald as Leo and I’m okay with that. I even shaved my head completely bald a couple years back just to experience the inevitable. A wig seems like it’ll just increase your level of insecurity imo.
  13. Two examples I’ve seen here in Washington state… 1. Tampons in the men’s bathrooms 2. Special close parking spots for electric/hybrid vehicles only
  14. I was essentially homeless, living out of the camper van in the back of my truck (picture below) and still pulling women. I’d take them on “free” dates like walking around downtown or hammocking in the park and they’d crawl into the back of my truck for some fun by the end of the date. Defintely don’t fall into the trap of using your financial situation as an excuse to not go out and meet women.
  15. Kudos, those are all great. Now the challenging part is going out there and actually applying these things with an intimate partner
  16. I think MDMA has the greatest potential out of all the psychs for personal growth & trauma healing It blasts your heart chakra open and fills you with love in a way that other psychs don’t With regards to the sides that is a valid concern. I’ve definitely gotten sick by using mdma over consecutive days so don’t recommend that. Now if you should wait 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months etc between trips im not sure because I’ve never seen any research on that. I encourage experimentation and your body will tell you if you’re overdoing it. My advice is to make sure any time that you do MDMA that you have two days to commit. The first day is for the trip and the second is for the integration process. MDMA has the “heaviest” body toll of the major psychedelics in my experience and that second day to rest and integrate makes a world of difference. I’m honestly surprised the Leo doesn’t talk about MDMA more considering his teachings revolve so heavily around “love”
  17. @OBEler I’ve not experienced that particular side but all drugs impact ppl differently so I’m not surprised that you would have some mild headaches after use MDMA is the psych that makes me feel like shit the day after. Ketamine has always been easy for my flesh suit to handle
  18. @OBEler yea I usually pay around 80 a g at festivals. Would love to only pay 25$ lol
  19. You should read the book Outliers by Malcom Gladwell. He actually dives into this.
  20. Myofascial release is a game changer for a lot of people. Glad to hear it had a positive impact on you!
  21. The model I’ve taught my clients is Paul Chek’s 4 doctors approach. 1. Dr Diet 2. Dr Quiet 3. Dr Happy 4. Dr Movement Dr diet is obviously everything you eat/drink. Dr quiet is finding “me time” to introspect, unwind, sleep, etc. Dr happy is your degree of enjoyment and fulfillment in life Dr movement is all about moving the body and staying physically fit. This 4 doctors approach is the most holistic yet simplistic health model I’ve come across.
  22. I wouldn’t consider 80$ a gram dirt cheap… Besides it’s a pretty pleasant drug to snort unlike most. Definitely my preferred ROA
  23. I love using drugs recreationally, including psychedelics. I’ll smoke weed a 5-10 times per year. I’ll do ketamine or mdma at some festivals a couple times per year. Acid too. I get drunk on alcohol a handful of times per year. All in good fun! Then I use psychedelics for spiritual/personal growth in a more ceremonial way once a month or so. This all seems to be a good balance of work vs play for me. I think it’s kind of silly that people say not to do drugs recreationally. I mean if you can’t moderate your own life & are prone to addiction then sure a more extremist view like that might be best but that’s not my experience.
