Update: First thanks for the replies. second, Leo talks about it in his newest interview with Curt Jaimungal. (Didn’t catch the time stamp) From my understanding it’s a state of zero perceptions. “Reality” vanished and “you” become nothing. But I’ve never had this happen to me so really it’s just a conceptualisation at this point. -
Dope song. I’m pretty deep into “rave culture” and from my perspective its more of a green thing than a turquoise. I don’t know of any DJ’s who are serious about spiritual work. It’s all typical hippie dippy stage green stuff on love, psychedelics, chakras, crystals, connection, limitations of capitalism, etc. And I absolutely LOVE IT. Only 2 weeks until Lost Lands?? Also, Excision is God. LOL.

”To change the vibrational state of people” Way too abstract man. What medium are you using to create this change? What do you even mean by vibrational state? Or change? Your problem isnt limiting beliefs or baggage per say… your problem is a lack of specificity. Get clearer on your goals and what change you’d like to create on this world. Go through the course again and become dead clear on these things. A five year old child should get the gist of what your mission is by reading your life purpose statement. No abstractions.

I’m looking for an affordable drug identifier kit so I can test my new batches of psychedelics before I ingest them. Recommendations? (Amazon links preferred)

Very similar to DXM if you’ve ever done that. I’d recommend sticking to pure psychedelics like LSD/Shrooms/DMT as they’re easier on the body. That said, in some states like where I live ketamine therapy is legal so it certainly has areas of application. And it’s easier to access since it’s legal although it’s fairly expensive. -
Totally relate to your story. I was dead broke and sleeping in the back of my truck at one time. I’d eat rice and beans every night and shower at my gym. Definitely reflect over what got you in this position in the first place and use it as a growth opertunity. Guess what? Now you’re forced into getting really fucking good at budgeting or you’re going to go homeless. There’s some motivation for you? But for real just keep breathing through it and have faith that things will work out how they’re meant to. And keep taking extreme action. No time for leisure. This is sink of swim buddy. Best get to working your ass off.

Western Washington (State) Too lazy to look through this thread but I’d love to connect with some other actualized.org followers out here. Hmu.

A quick intro about me: I’m a native English speaker and my target language of aquisition is French. My strategy is to first memorize ~1000 of the most common French words and then begin really focusing on comprehensive input. (I’m using Anki for my vocab) I’m already doing some semi-comprehensive inlut by watching the original season of Pokémon in French LOL. Most of it goes over my head as I’m only at about 75-100 words of French right now but it’s fun which is what matters most right? Once I get to ~1000 words then I’ll start with reading children’s books and watching other simple French media sources. To any of you polyglots out there, how does this sounds in terms of a strategy for aquiring a new language? Any advice or things I can add into my strategy?

I’ve recently decided to pick up learning a second language and was introduced to Stephen Krasher’s Language Aquisition theory. This also led me into Matt Vs Japan’s refold method. These language learning modalities have been absolutely mind blowing and I feel as if I stumbled upon a gold mine. (Much like what happened with actualized.org ?) I didn’t see any prior threads on this subject and am wondering if anyone else is familiar with the concept of language Aquisition? If you are, have you successfully used it to acquire a new language? I’d love to heard about people’s language learning stories so maybe this can become a thread where we all share our experiences in this domain.

@7thLetter why did you start the channel in the first place? To impress a few followers or to creatively express yourself? Fuck what people think. And yea, fuck your excuses too. Sing your song bro, and don’t let anything hold you back.

Feel into the frustration. I say that with touch in cheek but with a serious tone at the same time. If you want to overcome numbness then you must FEEL MORE. Stop leaning away from emotions and start leaning into them. That includes frustration, boredom, sadness, regret, pain, etc. Of course feel into the “positive” emotions as well but your issue as a numb person if your avoidance of doing that hard emotional labor…. But I empathize because I used to be in your shoes. Awareness is the first step and the fact that you’re here & aware of your situation is a sign that you’re healing. Keep doing you bro. Everything will work out as it’s meant to. P.S. Start telling people you love them. Probably been a while since you did that huh?

Your videos will be shit in the beginning. That’s part of the mastery process. Get over it and keep pushing. Perfection should never be the goal. Consistent action should be the goal. Onward.

Over 4 million deaths from covid worldwide. How many deaths from the vaccine? A few thousand at most? You’ve got to be pretty dumb and/or have no concern for the collective wellbeing of humanity to not want to take the vaccine.

What is appealing about doing anything in life? I’m not sure, some people are innately drawn to particular things. I for example, love rock climbing. I can’t look at a large boulder, cliff or even building without the sudden urge to start climbing it. Why is that? I don’t know. We’re all wired different. Now from a survival standpoint we’re obviously wired to procreate. So that could play a big role in it.

Hard to tell since there is so many different kinds of ink out there… I know most higher end manufacturers use organic ingredients. That said literally every color is created with different ingredients and there’s an essentially infinite amount of colors sooo??♂️ But tbh it’s a price I’m willing to pay. Love my ink.

Hey everyone, I’m about a week into my heavy metal detox. I’m using an oral chelation product called “Metal-Free” by BodyHealth. I really like this product because it eliminates the bound-up metal through the liver and into the bowel. Typical pharmaceutical chelator agents push the metal through the kidneys, which can cause permanently damage. So it’s suppose to be more gentle on the body and it’s also much easier to administer. I’ve gotten a variety of side effects from it. The first few days of taking it resulted in my pee being a bright neon yellow color which was quite odd as I drink 100+ Oz of water per day. I’ll also sometimes get stomach pains and ringing in my ears. However, the most pronounced side effect by far is what it’s done to my sleep. The second day I took it I literally slept for 13 hours straight. I was exausted. But ever since then, now I have terrible insomnia. I’m averaging 4-6 hours a sleep which my typically sleep is 8-9 hours per night. I just can’t fall asleep. I have so much energy. Like even when I’m “sleepy” I still feel full of vitality. It’s a very strange double edge sword. I’m tired and really sharp at the same time. Almost like at the end of an acid trip. I’m wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience with their sleep cycle while detoxing. Does it go away? Will I have to cycle off to get sleep? I can’t do 4-6 hours per night for long or I’ll get sick Also curious what all side effects y’all have gotten from your own metal detox protocols. Feel free to share them here. I’ve heard some crazy shit. This one chick from my home town started farting and burping uncontrollably after she got her amalgam fillings taken out lol. Y’all have any wild stuff like that happen?

What are you doing for your new job, what type of activities do you do throughout the day? Sitting? Standing? Lifting? Etc.

@Danioover9000 you may not be gaining weight but you’re certainly increasing inflammation throughout your body. There so much more to health than your bodyweight. Just because you’re not gaining weight doesn’t mean you’re not doing damage. I mean just look at what’s going on with Leo and he’s a pretty lean guy.

@Vision that’s a tough one man. My best advice would be to focus entirely on you and your healing process. Forget trying to convince and change your dad in any way. Besides, paradoxically the best way for you to convince your Dad of these things is to simply embody the changes you’re wishing to make. The results will speak for themselves and once he sees those changes in you THEN he may be open to learning some of these alternative methods of health/healing that you are presenting. Focus, with your keen “vision” on your and your healing

I am a vegan carnivore. I eat honey and honey only. Yes, honey for breakfast. Honey for lunch. Honey for dinner. Sometimes I even eat honey for a snack. It’s carnivore because honey is technically made from an animal. It’s vegan because I’m not harming any type of life form. In fact I’m even more ethical and vegan because I’m growing homes for my honey bees. I am the vegan carnivore honey king. Checkmate.

He’s bit dogmatic about carnivore but a good resource nonetheless. Read his book “The Carnivore Code” and give carnivore a chance before criticizing it.

Cut out these three things: 1. Grains (wheat, oat, corn, etc) 2. Seed oils (soybean, safflower, rapeseed, etc) 3. Sugar (especially added/refined sugar)

I teach my clients a 3 part model called the health triangle. You have three main components to your physical health. 1. Sleep 2. Movement 3. Nutrition Sleep 7-9 hours per night, move the body on a daily basis and eat whole foods meaning food as close to their natural state as possible. If you want to lose weight then cut the carbohydrates and increase protein.

That’s your body telling you that bread is garbage. Valuable feedback. The body will give you that feedback with anything that you put in it. Learn to read those signs.
