  1. @Apparition of Jack I think I understand your interpretation of "corruption." It seems to me like you're looking at the image of character. However, we have to look at actions as well. Someone might appear to be a well meaning person on the surface, but their actions, sometimes hidden, show the ugliness of who they are and the dangerous acts they can commit while successfully passing off as benign and your friend. In other words, petty financial corruption. How many of those ended with the death and suffering of millions on a global scale? They know how to play dirty while having empathy/integrity/foresight at the same time? In other words, they know how to undermine democracy, screw over countries, killing millions while feeling sorry for them and being polite about it? Just as an example, Lybia became a slave trade country, so many people were enslaved, after the Obama administration intervened and killed Gaddafi. Hillary really showed empathy when she said "we came, we saw, he died!" Let's also not forget Hilary and other corporate Democrats voter shaming people for supporting Bernie or Trump over her. I wouldn't say they respect disagreements. And then they blame Bernie and Green Party supporters for her loss. They voter shamed after the fact that they colluded to cheat Bernie Sanders in the primaries! Lol In a choice between a manchild who participated in petty financial corruption and can be easily seen through and corrupt politicians who've killed millions while our country falls asleep, I think the decision of who's more dangerous shouldn't require much conscious analysis if we look past personal character.
  2. @Apparition of Jack *Facepalm* lol. Considering everything I just told you, what makes you say that?
  3. @Alyosha If we look at historical evidence, your intuition is pretty accurate in this case. What you said is spot on.
  4. Oof! There is so much you don't know. It's on purpose, though, that many of us don't know, but many of us are starting to wake up. And they all participated in each other's corruption. I reccomend looking up all the evils the Clintons did all around the world and the dealings they've done with the Clinton Foundation to f over countries like Honduras, Lybia, Haiti, and madoctrine. Look up the Clinton Foundations shady dealings with Russia and how they sold them Uranium. As well as the corporate ties many of the Clinton administration have with these foreign powers. The Bush's corruption trace back to the grandfather of W and the father of HW, who held a high position for a bank and played a key role in instigating WWII. HW was the head of the CIA when the US spread Chicago School economics through torturous shock therapy in places like Chile, Indonesia, Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay to force governments to abandon socialist practices that were benefiting the people to install coups and dictatorships that led to the death of millions. HW was also the head of the CIA when JFK died. Look up all the lies they spread about fossil fuels as their scientists in in these industries knew the damages. Not to mention the key role W played in lying us into Afghanistan and Iraq. The Clinton and Bush corruptions led to the death and suffering of millions. Trump's corruption was merely petty finance corruption by comparison. Although now Trump is participating in the genocide in Yemen and continuing to bomb Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, and Lybia, wars that were started by Bush and Obama, more people suffered and died under the Clinton-Bush doctrine and we're still living in it! All these actions were for corporate interest by spreading neoliberalism around the world by force. And this goes without mentioning the ties the Clintons have with Jeffrey Epstein and the Child sex trade and a recent statistical study that came out that concluded it's absolutely impossible for so many people tied to one person (Hillary Clinton) to have died through accidents or suicides.
  5. A perfect example of how we are living in a neoMcCartheist era perpetuated by the bought-by-elites MSM and the political establishment is analyzed by Hard Lens Media.
  6. @whoareyou Leo definitely needs to address when he was wrong and acknowledge his current blindspot or else he's going to lose credibility among his followers.
  7. @Inliytened1 The internet has helped spread more spiritual teachings. It is what led many of us to Actualized.org. With all the censorship and demonitizations happening on youtube as a result of neoliberal policies and Democratic and Republican politicians working against net neutrality, reaching more minds will become more difficult if our system continues down this pattern of center right - far right - center right - far right administrations.
  8. @Serotoninluv The point I was trying to make about impeachment objectively hurting the Democrats and helping Trump is completely different from Trump-Russia speculation. The quote I am citing above refers to Trump-Russia speculation. Trump impeachment being counterproductive for Democrats is another issue.
  9. How about I move the conversation for everyone reading to a more systemic focus: what are some of the issues that are trying to prevent progressive change from happening in this country? I'd say it's money in politics corrupting both parties. Both Democrats (except Bernie and a new small wave of others) and Republicans receive money from the same rich people who are calling all the shots. These corporatist politicians goals are to keep enriching themselves in this system, which is why corporate Democrats never implement economically progressive changes that aren't just tweaks around the edges. They have also repeatedly shown to work harder at stopping progressives from winning primaries than they do at stopping Republicans from winning. They even vote for legislature Republicans propose like increasing the military budget, bombing countries, tax cuts to the rich, fracking and fossil fuel expansion and increasing government spying powers. Republicans hardly ever compromise for progressive policies. Corporate Democrats would rather lose to a Republican than win with a progressive because a progressive would make actual change that would prevent them from continuing to enrich themselves. Who suffers in the end? We do as our insurance and student debts grow, prices raise, wages stay stagnant, pollution proceeds, and our food gets more contaminated with pollutants which then gives us autoimmune diseases. How can we invest and how can we work on Self-Actualization in this way?
  10. @Serotoninluv I have genuine curiosity about what makes you think Putin has leverage on Trump. With the answer you give I can't say objectively whether you are right or wrong, but we can speculate on what is most likely to be true. We are both theorizing here. My theory is based on evidence of Trump acting out against Putin's interests. Your theory is based on how the criminal mind works (but you have yet to explain what makes you think Putin has leverage on Trump). We can't say for sure who is objectively right, but one can say which is most likely to be true. But this is besides the point I try to make on these forums. My point about Russia and Trump speculations is that it doesn't work in hurting Trump because... 1) people like myself see more evidence that goes against this notion that he's been infiltrated than evidence that is for this notion, 2) as it currently stands, it isn't affecting anyone's lives directly, and 3) we've seen his approval ratings go up immediately post-Mueller Report and even before that when the MSM wouldn't stop talking about it. Originally why I began talking about this issue on here was to let @Leo Gura know that he was unconsciously helping Trump by repeating misinformation he heard about collusion and Russian election interference. If we want to fix the problems of this country we need to realize that Trump is not the problem and US corruption did not start on Jan 2017 nor did it get exponentially worse. What Trump is is a symptom of a much larger systemic problem that needs to be focused on more than these distractions like Russiagate, which is entirely ineffective at solving the root problems. Focusing on Russigate over the actual systemic issues is unconscious politics.
  11. @Serotoninluv I am having genuine curiosity. Forgive me if it doesn't seem like it. I'm still getting used to conversing with people with this level of consciousness as opposed to conversations in other mediums.
  12. @Serotoninluv If you want to teach someone something, expect to be met with questions. You answered my question about your interpretation of how the criminal mind works, thank you, now I'm asking you how that concept is being used in this issue with Trump and Putin. What actions has Trump committed to show they have leverage on him?
  13. @Serotoninluv I honestly want to learn what Trump has done to make you think Russia and Putin has leverage on him. I was not asking in the form of engaging in a debate, I am just presenting what I know and would like to know what you know so that I can grow.
  14. @Serotoninluv What has Trump done to show that Russia has leverage on him?
  15. @Serotoninluv I'm just pointing out flaws with your narrative and acknowledged that I might be missing something, like Trump probably committed more actions that favor Putin over the actions I listed that go against Putin's interests. Has he?
  16. @EddieEddie1995 Lol! I hope you learn a couple of things.
  17. @Serotoninluv Haha well either way, even if your theory were true, as the current circumstances stand, focusing on this issue isn't hurting Trump for the reasons I keep explaining. Maybe you're seeing something I'm not. Here's what I see: Hillary ran a horrible campaign and didn't campaign in important states she needed to win (Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, etc.) Trump pulled out of the Iran nuclear treaty, which is against Putin's interest. We also almost went to war with Iran twice. Trump staged a coup in Venezuela, also something Putin didn't want Trump is bombing Syria, Putin's ally country Trump is pushing for a pipeline through Syria and into Europe so that those countries can have more access to Saudi Arabia oil over Russia's Trump successfully implemented a coup in Bolivia, which Putin also didn't want Trump is implementing harsher sanctions on Russia than the previous administration implemented Are there some things Trump has done that you've noticed show that they have leverage on him that I've missed?
  18. @Serotoninluv I'm insisting that hyperfosuing on this issue is not hurting Trump (it's even actually increasing his approval ratings) and damaging the progressive movement. Are you talking about the supposive pee tapes of Trump and a prostitute? Because that was debunked. And again, even if they had other types of leverage on Trump, which is true that this kind of evidence would be hard to expose, why has he acted out against Putin's geopolitical interest?
  19. @Serotoninluv I see what you're saying. You're proposing that Putin and his goons are so criminally organized that they were able to get away with interfering in our election while hiding evidence. And Trump has to do their bidding because they have leverage on him. I have some questions about that: In the end isn't this just speculation though? And even if Russia and/or Putin did get away with hiding evidence, associating Trump with them has shown that it increases Trump's approval ratings. Wouldn't it be more productive to stick to more important issues that can actually hurt him rather than focusing on something that lacks substantial evidence and isn't hurting him even after years of investigation? If they have leverage over Trump, why has he acted out against Putin's geopolitical interests more often than not? And if they have the ability to kill or expose Trump if he doesn't do their bidding, how could Putin's minions infiltrate the secret service, CIA, and the FBI to get to him? How come they didn't do this when Trump acted out against them multiple times? Why has Trump, who is so bad and incompetent at keeping secrets, not leaked any information about this?
  20. @Serotoninluv I remremember saying I'm open to hearing about it. I still am.
  21. @Serotoninluv I acknowledge that there is a possibility that my subjective speculation can be wrong. What I said was objective was the observations that I listed about what has transpired and is transpiring, which again is that Trump's approval ratings aren't going down, support for impeachment has gone down after more evidence was presented, and Pelosi is withholding the articles from the senate.
  22. @Serotoninluv It's an objective fact that the approval for impeachment among all US parties went down after all evidence was presented, no Republicans in congress voted for impeachment, Nancy Pelosi is blocking the articles from reaching the senate, and Trump's approval ratings aren't going down. So this isn't helping democrats and it isn't hurting Trump. Now here is my subjective speculation: Trump's approval ratings also went up after the Mueller Report, so it's likely that they we'll see a similar trend happen as this impeachment process proceeds since a lot of evidence of Trump committing a crime in this instance is lacking, there's evidence showing Joe Biden and the Obama administration abusing their power to restrict military aid to Ukraine so that they can get a lawyer to stop investigating Hunter Biden's energy company, and the majority of the senate is Republican.
  23. @Leo Gura My unconscious perspective which is noticing the ultimate consequences of this impeachment which is that it's benefiting Trump and hurting the Democrats? What am I being biased towards? This is objectively what is happening, Leo.
  24. @Apparition of Jack You're judging this based on one opinion piece article while ignoring all other facts like how not a single Republican in congress voted against it (even the supposive "never Trumpers"), his approval ratings not going down, and all the other points I've made in prior posts. The simple fact that Pelosi is blocking the articles from the senate can be used by Trump to say he's a victim of another witch hunt. The last video I shared goes into detail about how support for impeachment among all political parties dropped after all evidence was introduced. Check to see if your biases are blinding you.
