It feels uncomfortable exposing the imaginary illusory identity of LR like in "The Emperor's New Clothes". Nevertheless, it feels good to let this out of the system. Feeling > Knowing I asked one facilitator at a tantric event for how long he now knows a participant who supports the facilitator team. The context was that I was confronted with my repressed desire, the desire for her. I assumed the two knew each other before because he behaved like she was a friend of his. "How long do you know her?" "I don't know her, but I feel her."

YES. This is exacly what Green retreats and workshops tought me. It is a continuous coming back to speak from the heart when you always have used your mind. At times I feel like a baby doing its first steps in this realm. Easy to brake things in this environment if you are heavy on intellect. I am so grateful for the compassionate and patient guidance - I mean, the facilitators rewatch the same pattern of taking first steps over and over in different people. -
@Husseinisdoingfine "Most of them" You of course are special. You know how to tie your shoelaces

How is the water shaped? I am open yet hesitant to shaping water. Do you feel a difference between filtered & shaped water and filtered water without shaping?

Loving Radiance replied to StarStruck's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@StarStruck Do you really want to let go of loops? --> Can I easily let go in meditation? If that is the case, I can start with small dosages and let go of anything coming up that isn't "fun" anymore to entertain. I increase the dosages over time like I would hold my breath a bit longer every time I go diving. Or maybe surrender is a better word (connected to emotions): I surrender to this moment & to anything in my experience. Anything happening right now is good and I accept that I may can't see goodness right now. In fact I enjoy having the opportunity to experience this. I surrender to not know what the fuck is happening right know. I surrender to all thoughts that might come into awareness. I surrender to anything they might tell about me. I surrender to just rest here, to let this experience wash over me, leaving awareness unchanged. In fact I surrender to this experience potentionally leaving me changed forever. It is so true. And it hurts. What a relief. -
You are worthy and unconditionally loved no matter what you or other people think about yourself. You are free to do whatever you want. What do you want child?

@StarStruck I not yet have done LSD. That being said, I don't understand how you can get "stuck" in such loop. I mean, if you feel uncomfortable on the ride, just "jump off" and let go. How is a thought loop different from a thought that can be let go of? -

@acidgoofy Kriya is designed to accompany you & to flow seamlessly into your daily life. So, imo no more than 1h investment. The book lets you choose how many sets of a lesson you do. Feel into how many would be good for you. Just progress with the lessons. Master one after another. It naturally unfolds itself. Nice profile pic btw, where have you found it? -
@nistake Ah, feels good to finally see this guy Comfy interior design btw @fridjonk What a view! I'd love to explore & wander through Iceland someday. Writing that on my bucket list

Why question it when you can feel it?

Do you want to change that? I could tell you.

@Lyubov The statement "I'm not trying to talk down on people with Down's Syndrome. But that's what these people [elected officials] are." is a bit taken out of context. She is talking about elected officials while admitting that she looks down upon people with down syndrom. The fast food industry. Btw, how is your claim related to the thread? -

The Emperor's New Clothes A flaw is something that doesn't resonate and is self-deceptively being used to not introspect - anything that upholds the self-image of being clothed. No. 1 is distraction: Little work ethic that gets covered up through spiritual bypassing. Exploration of mind (w/ psychedelics) w/o foundation. Intellectual bypassing through mental masturbation: consuming information, believing these lenses to be designed by me, feeling good while having no foundation. No clear boundary when too much info is too much. Avoidance to having my constructs/lenses challenged especially those I haven't investigated much. Believing rationalizations. Fragile arrogance. Being on pedestal. Fear of being not on pedestal. Fear of greatness ("higher self" living). Delusionally believing to be brilliant & competent. Fragile. Avoidance of that being exposed. "Loving" everyone else except me. Regarding the forum: Skipping large blocks of text 80% of the time. At times just skipping to comments of those users I know who have an interesting perspective. Using it as distraction (see intellectual bypassing above). Not really knowing when too much is too much. Practice & theory unbalanced. -

Is it that you don't want your argument to be examined in its structure and reflected back to you? Sure, emotionally heavy words are used. Can you see that it makes you invested to defend yourself against this kind of allegation? Putting yourself in Leo's or Forestluv's shoes, how else would you elicit self-reflection from someone in your position? Btw, the election fraud claims have already gone through the judicial system and there was no large scale executed conspiracy to be found. -

Hitting someone back because they hit you first doesn't make it right. -

Connect to being. Recognize that these things you dislike are creations/forms. Their existence shows that they are Love. You don't have to love anything. You can however recognize that it is good because it is already here. Notice any judgement. If you are familiar with meditation, let go of judgemental thoughts and focus of the being/form that is in front of you. You can start to appreciate its existence and you can acknowledge that your understanding and perspective is limited. ime, I can start appreciating something that I dislike by recognizing its beauty, by filling my heart with gratitude that this thing is here in this existence, that it teaches me about this apparent human condition. Connect to being and see that you don't have to love anything. Spot on. -
