In my case there were only 4 trips with ayahuasca and 2 with 5 meo dmt, divided into two intensive sessions, two days in a row. In my case it seems to have been enough. In the first day ayahuasca , the next day, at noon ,5 meo dmt and on the evening ayahuasca again. But between the first two-day ceremony and the second one, I let it go, two months. With ayahuasca I experienced everything as a dream full of vividly colored shapes that unfolded in a fractalic continuity without end accompanied by strong emotions.Subject duality was still present. And with 5 meo dmt, everything was non-dual, clear and without visions, just pure consciousness. But what I want to emphasize, is the importance of the integration process that follows the experience and not the trip itself. It differs from one character to another depending on the power of each assimilation and of course the level of each consciousness. In this process of assimilation practically the consciousness changes the way it vibrates.Pay attention to that. For me this process lasted two years, in which I oscillated between "madness" and pure consciousness, metaphorically speaking. Some may take longer for some less ,depending on the capacity of each assimilation. So do not give up, stay on the path, BUT manage everything with wisdom and compassion, listen and let your intuition guide you, and filter everything through the filter of spiritual discernment. And maybe, why not , you can introduce some meditation practice.I hope this motivates you and like someone said here , be ready for more mindfuck.?

Awakening / enlightenment occurs spontaneously, but due to the variety of methods that lead to its experimentation, it may have varying degrees of intensity, and the process of incorporating the experience thereafter appears as if it were gradual. -

It seems you want to have control over everything you do, trying to find the right solutions at all times. You make your plans, you come up with solutions and you are disappointed /satisfied if you do not get the desired results.Do not struggle to have control. You still operate from the cyclic plane of dualities, up -down, suffering -happiness, etc. What if you were trying to do as VeganAwake said: “just try allowing yourself to go with the flow and not resisting.” And I can suggest you try to keep your thoughts, emotions and feelings always under observation without attaching to them. What are the motivations? Who needs motivations to be present?? -
What you call a bad trip is actually a good trip, but because your mind is not mature enough, you have interpreted it as a bad trip.It was too much for your current level of understanding. You are Everyone, Everything and Nothing in the same tine , this is The Truth. Now there will be a process of integration of this realisation gained from these experiences.Stay vigilant and keep investigate everything. In the next trip you will see much more clearly from a different perspective.

Nothing can make you happy, because You are Happiness. Meditation is not a tool that will bring you happiness.Do not use it for this purpose, nor do you intend to achieve anything by using it, not even enlightenment.Otherwise you will be disappointed. To meditate means to sit still and observers the flow of thoughts without being attached to them, as if you were watching a movie but without identifying with any character.Stay still in this state of witness and become aware of it.Awareness that you are the consciousness behind the thoughts. The role of meditation is to make you remain aware of and in the present moment.? -

God has sex right now in this unique moment, and he has an uninterrupted cosmic orgasm. At the manifestation level, he has sex in an infinite number of positions and in an infinity of simultaneous combinations right now when you debate this topic.God has orgasm through any possible or impossible action that we perform.Through all the organs of sense, seen, hearing, touched, smelled , tasted he experiences orgasm moment by moment.Through the entirety of our thoughts he experiences an eternal orgasm.Simple awareness of One's own existence means orgasm.Do the same thing as God and you will experience divine orgasm at any time.Just Be present Here and Now, and that's enough.? -

You read mi mind Leo?.As much as you struggle to transcend it, you can instead be aware and mindfully.By being aware of what happens when you have an orgasm, you can sublimate that powerful energy into spiritual energy that you can use in meditative practice to obtain later states of samadhi. Samadhi = orgasm..? -

I extracted this paragraph for you ,from Ramana Maharishi book. You may have read this before or maybe not, but if you still ask, that means you haven't understood it yet, and maybe it's time to pay more attention to what it says.He speaks in simple words for everyone's meaning. Maybe it's time to put aside all these explanations, which are more complicated and which in my opinion do nothing but deepen you through the depths of the maze mind.Pay attention to all the beliefs you build, even if they are spiritual .All that’s are constructed beliefs: I am Love, I am Conciousness, I am God, I am Enlightened, , etc. Everything you add after I am , you’re not.You are not this or that even you had have all insights which Leo spoke to us.You are so pure that not all languages in the world put it together can be explained. You cannot explain yourself .to yourself. The only way is through direct experience. “”Q: Is one nearer to pure consciousness in deep sleep than in the waking state? A: The sleep, dream and waking states are mere phenomena appearing on the Self which is itself stationary. It is also a state of simple awareness. Can anyone remain away from the Self at any moment ? This question can arise only if that were possible. Q: Is it not often said that one is nearer pure consciousness in deep sleep than in the waking state? A: The question may as well be `Am I nearer to myself in my sleep than in my waking state?' The Self is pure consciousness. No one can ever be away from the Self. The question is possible only if there is duality. But there is no duality in the state of pure consciousness. The same person sleeps, dreams and wakes up. The waking state is considered to be full of beautiful and interesting things. The absence of such experience makes one say that the sleep state is dull. Before we proceed further let us make this point clear. Do you not admit that you exist in your sleep? Q: Yes, I do. A: You are the same person that is now awake. Is it not so? Q: Yes. A: So there is a continuity in the sleep and the waking states. What is that continuity ? It is only the state of pure being. There is a difference in the two states. What is that difference? The incidents, namely, the body, the world and objects appear in the waking state but they disappear in sleep. Q: But I am not aware in my sleep. A: True, there is no awareness of the body or of the world. But you must exist in your sleep in order to say now `I was not aware in my sleep'. Who says so now ? It is the wakeful person. The sleeper cannot say so. That is to say, the individual who is now identifying the Self with the body says that such awareness did not exist in sleep. Because you identify yourself with the body, you see the world around you and say that the waking state is filled with beautiful and interesting things. The sleep state appears dull because you were not there as an individual and therefore these things were not. But what is the fact? There is the continuity of being in all the three states, but no continuity of the individual and the objects. Q: Yes. A: That which is continuous is also enduring, that is permanent. That which is discontinuous is transitory. Q: Yes. A: Therefore the state of being is permanent and the body and the world are not. They are fleeting phenomena passing on the screen of being-consciousness which is eternal and stationary. Q: Relatively speaking, is not the sleep state nearer to pure Consciousness than the waking state ? A: Yes, in this sense: when passing from sleep to waking the `I'thought [individual self] must start and the mind must come into play. Then thoughts arise and the functions of the body come into operation. All these together make us say that we are awake. The absence of all this evolution is the characteristic of sleep and therefore it is nearer to pure consciousness than the waking state. But one should not therefore desire to be always in sleep. In the first place it is impossible, for it will necessarily alternate with the other states. Secondly it cannot be the state of bliss in which the jnani is, for his state is permanent and not alternating. Moreover, the sleep state is not recognized to be one of awareness by people, but the sage is always aware. Thus the sleep state differs from the state in which the sage is established. Still more, the sleep state is free from thoughts and their impression on the individual. It cannot be altered by one's will because effort is impossible in that condition. Although nearer to pure consciousness, it is not fit for efforts to realize the Self. “”””? -

All these are part of the awakening process and I think everyone who are on a spiritual path have gone through this, I have not done any research on this, but I have also gone through this process. It was a time when I thought I was completely crazy, I had the impression that people were walking like zombies on the streets and they don't know where to go.I just wanted to go to each of them to shred them and to warn them that ,hey something awful is wrong with you.The fear of being insane and not being around the world ,is one of the powerful strategies that the ego applies. When you see that everything is breaking down around you and that everything in what you thought until now to be real is false and meaningless, does it sound crazy? You feel like you have no solid support point anymore, and whatever you try to support yourself, fall apart. All of your reference systems collapse. Then you wonder if all this is unreal, what is real? But all this is part of the process of collapsing duality into non-duality.This is a hard part to digest, followed by an even harder work but don't give up, and stay on the path.Pay even more attention to the one who fears, investigate it with courage, do not be afraid. The light of your attention will denounce his ephemeral identity. This is what Mooji refers to in his teachings when he says to “pay attention to the attack of the mind.” -

@Serotoninluv Very well said, I agree with what you said and I like that you do not speak from books, but bring arguments from your own experience.I was about to write a response to this topic, which in my native language , Romanian, sounds quite similar to what you wrote.Thank you for exempting me from the translation work, however it does not look the same in the end, considering the basic of the English language I know?. I do not know how many hours of meditation have been in total 20 years of my practice, but when I started to use psychedelics, it was as if until now I had circled around the Earth and all of a sudden I circled the universe, if we can say so as a degree of comparison. In my case, it didn't take 500 +hours of psychedelics, only about 150 + hours in total, but when the time came for 5 meo dmt everything was so ,quote you. “One can observe the deconstruction of dualities to nonduality and the reconstruction back to duality. Deconstruction to Nothing and re-construction to Everything. Such that Nothing = Everything. Not in theory. In embodiment. Knowing. Permanent embodied knowing. Eternal. . . .. And not just the peaks, the embodiment. When I was shown Mu and infinity, that realization never left. I can’t unsee it.” In my case, I continued the meditation and after 5 meo dmt, another two years, because I wanted to convince myself that this continuous nondual state can be obtained through meditation, which also happened. In fact, I have removed the last doubt that there is a state to come and go.So I realized that there is no difference between, I quote you: “ There was no difference between 5-meo and no 5-meo. No difference between meditation vs non-meditation. There was continuous singular nonduality. “ And in the end I went through this too, because of course something was still missing, cherry was missing from top of the cake ?, madness as the last obstacle of Maya. I quote you : “ I went into an insanity zone because my mind couldn’t handle it. And then the duality between dual vs nondual collapsed. This has been embodied and permanently accessible Now. . .” So one must have experienced both sides , meditation and psychedelics .And after you have convinced yourself by both methods that what remains is identical, permanent and constant you are free to form an opinion which in its turn will be in the field of the relative as well. But when you are living from there effortlessly all the time and have permanent non-dual awareness in daily life which you don't have to do anything to maintain, then you can call it true liberation. From here on any explanation, any ancient spiritual books, as well as your entire spiritual practice loses its meaning .I will end with your quote: “ All constructs are relative, including the one I describe. And in the absolute, all the deep deepness I describe is no deeper than a butterfly pollinating a flower. Not in theory, in knowing that comes prior to theory. ? ? “. Thank you.? -

I do not know what mind you are talking about nor did he mention anything in his message about that. Please, when you find that mind, bring her here ,so that i can see it. Peace? -
If you still see a separation between yourself and others, then you didn't get there. You still have questions to ask and you still looking for answers, then you did not get there. You keep fooling yourself that you need time to get there, then you didn't get there. You still think you can change the world, to make a better world, then you didn't get there. If there's still a doer here, then you didn't get there. You still claim to be a thinker and a mind, then you didn't get there. You still think it's a place to get to, then you didn't get there. If you still put boundaries where there are none, then you didn't get there. You still think there is a separate God somewhere up there, then you didn't get there. If you still deceive yourself that you have control, then you didn't get there. If you continue to believe that everything has a meaning, then you didn't get there. You still need reasons to love, then you didn't get there. You still practice meditation or use psychedelics to get there, then you didn't get there. If you didn't die before you died, then you didn't get there. If you still think there is someone who needs to be released, then you didn't get there. If you think you got there, but you didn't renounce of all your beliefs, you didn't get there yet. And after all that when you got there and you find No-thing,don't worrys , smile and accept it was a simple game. ?

If everything is just a one consciousness how can it move from one object to another.Objects (animals, humans, places, planets, universes .) are only ephemeral forms through which consciousness manifests itsel. You think there are two consciousnesses, one yours which is limited and one universal and limitless? -

Very well and simply pointed.. Easy to understand for everyone. But even so it's too simple to be true, isnt it??. I will continue with a short story, because it’s related to this and people love stories. I remember when I had to say such a great revelation of "I am". At the end of an experience with LSD, after a peak of six hours, in that comeback which followed,I decided to do self-inquiry with the most intriguing question of my life "Who am I".It wasn't like I hadn't done this before, because I used to do this all the time during the day, even though I was involved in all kinds of activities. But it had become a bit automatic and now I wanted to integrate in the calm and peace that comes when returning from the trip. Everything went like this, I mentally asked the question and waited for an answer. He came up in the form of a deep and profound understanding that "I am this invisible ,constant, and perfectly still presence that has been the witness of my whole story life since then.I understood that I am the same silent and unchanging presence that witnessed all the changes that have taken place throughout my life.I was then bombarded by a wide range of questions such as: How could I look elsewhere when I was here all the time?Oh my God this is me? But I've known this forever, it's unbelievable. That's all ? It can't just be that much. Yes, That is me. I was laughing or I started to cry being filled with unlimited joy. Then I fell into a deep contemplative state, feeling an infinite love for the simple fact that I only exist. There were almost 5 hours lived at an indescribable intensity. " Everything is just about it, be present here and now. Infinite Love.? -

“The appreciation of objects and subjects Is the same for an enlightened. As for an unenlightened person. The former has one greatness:He remains in the subjective mood,Not lost in things.”-Vijnana Bairava Tantra When I look around, I find myself in everything and I realize that being enlightened or not being enlightened is the same thing. You can say that everyone is enlightened or that there is no one here to be enlightened. Like you said “It's actually quite mundane, which is why it's overlooked”.It's like you're the invisible man and no one can see you, no matter how you shake hands, no matter how hard you try to make yourself heard, no one can hear you.?.But who wants to be invisible, who really wants to have no identity? Now it is enough to look at random anywhere or to meet the gaze of anyone and I only see myself. Everything is so simple. There is nothing important, nothing special here .Is only a change of observation point from the outside to the inside, to realize that there is neither interior nor exterior. There is only one Being.? -
“A mantra is a sacred utterance, a numinous sound, a syllable, word or phonemes or group of words usually in Sanskrit, which is believed to have a spiritual and psychological power. Meaning “tool of thought” in Sanskrit, a mantra is often used in meditation as a way to harness and focus the mind. Mantra yoga uses repetition and chanting of mantras to encourage the mind to enter into a meditative state, A mantra is used in many religions and schools of thought, including Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, Sikhism and Transcendental Meditation. The word mantra can be broken down into two parts: “man,” which means mind, and “tra,” which means transport or vehicle. In other words, a mantra is an instrument of the mind—a powerful sound or vibration that you can use to enter a deep state of meditation. “ Through this simple scheme I will show you how we must work with a mantra to deep dive in your conciousness. Stage I By maintaining constant vigilance and by focusing attention on a single point, In our case, mentally uttering the mantra ,we can reach the last stage where, the mantra itself must be excluded from our practice. T = thoughts M = mantra 1.-T T T M T T T M T T T M 2.-T T M M T T M M T T M.M 3.-T M M M T M M M T M M M 4.-M M M M M T M M M M M 5.-M M M M M M M M M M M Stage II In this advance stage only the mantra itself remains. At this moment, because your attention has always been focused only on the mantra, you will have to make a radical shifting .From being focused only on the mantra, now you must focusing only on the pause/ gap/ , that exists between two mental utterances of the mantra. In this phase we can introduce the use of psychedelics,If we want to advance quickly in our practice, and for a better stabilization in this inner peace. From now on , what you are going to do is a immersion and deep absorption in the mental void/ silence, by removing the mantra. Now your meditation will look like this: S = silence M = mantra 1.-M M M S M M M S M M M 2.-M M S S M M S S M M SS 3.-M S S S M S S S M S S S 4.-S S S S S S M S S S S S S S 5.-S S S S S S S S S S S S S S When we reach the final level of mental tranquility, consciousness will mirror itself perfectly on the still surface of the mind. Thus, by its reflection back, you will be able to realize that you are that reflection. In this way you become aware of your own consciousness, and the great achievement comes spontaneously, You are that Pure Consciousness.

The answer to the question "Who am I" is silence itself. Ask the mental question and then pay attention to the silence that precedes it. Whenever this peace is disturbed by the occurrence of any thought, notice the thought, do not attach yourself to it and let it go, then return to the quiet before. Stay in this peace as long as you can without forcing yourself and return to it after the appearance of each thought.Note that when you pay attention to this quiet you do not think. You are aware, but you do not think! With time after a consistent practice, you will pay attention just to the inner quiet even if thoughts are still running in the background and you will understand that in fact this peace, this Nothing are You. That way you will become aware that you are the consciousness behind the mind.Learn to practice this. even in the dead times between daily activities. , I tell you this from my spiritual practice of over 20 yearsI . It worked for me, I hope it helps you and it may work for you too.? -

You already know the answer, but you still think there is someone out there who will give you the final answer. @kieranperez “If it helps though... notice that wherever you put your attention, there’s a very subtle sensation/thought that there is one that is experiencing. Put your attention on that and wonder.” Let me fill in a bit. Pay attention to your attention.Be the witness who observes the observer.? -

Of course, because most people have their minds scattered in several directions at once, they must educate or train them to remain calm and focused in one direction. Then you will need to train your mind daily through different methods such as: concentration, maouna (listening to inner peace), meditation, mindfulness, self-inquiry, pranayama (yoga breathing techniques).A high concentration is a relative thing. What for me means high for you may not mean anything, and vice versa. So you find your own height level.Follow your inner guru and make sure you will reach the right height.? -

Do not trust what you see on the outside or inside of you, do not believe in everything that others tell you and don’t believe in anything that says yourself, don’t trust your own mind. Just listen, giving them space to exist and let them go. If you still want to convince yourself of something, experiment it and then let it go, don't believe it. Don't believe anything and don't cling to anything. When there is nothing to believe, pay attention to what remains, and there you will find yourself.? -

Congratulations and thank you for sharing this story with us and thank you also to Leo for this wonderful place he created and for the teachings he shares with us. I apologize for leaving a few rows of my own story in your topic, but I just want to confirm what you said. I know you don't need any confirmation from anyone to authenticate your achievement. When one get his liberation only himself know that.As I related in my story from the forum, when i was child 4 -5 years old, I experienced directly the absorption in the Absolute Etenal without any meditation and without the help of any psychedelic substance. Was a pure samadhi. Then was came the spiritual awakening that led later in my life to the final liberation. From then on, this feeling, that I am this silent and impenetrable presence accompanied me all my life, but because the mind was not sufficiently mature, I could not understand what that really meant, until two years ago.All my life I have lived with this feeling that everyone is the same as me, that there is no difference between us, and yet I was surprised why no one talks about this silent presence. After 43 years I finally became aware that I was liberated all the time. Indeed the words "realisation ", "enlightenment" or "liberation" sound so great and high, but it does not mean anything at all. The only great thing who matter ,is to be present in this moment right now. Everything is so simple and clear.I'm still having fun on this: How can someone who already got liberation, live 40 years, without being completely aware of it??Unbelievable ,this is a paradox. It was like I ran in a circle following my own shadow.I don't need anyone to believe me and I don't have to prove it to anyone, because I'm the living proof that I exist. When you are aware of each and every thought that arises, the mind merge in Consciousness, and between them don’t exist any difference now.Practically so said mind disappears, remaining only pure Consciousness. From this moment even if you are aware of every thought, even if you are not, you remain conscious of your own consciousness. It is as like mind descends into the silence of the heart. Someone has asked you if you can be aware of your own thoughts continuously. Its possible .Yes I am aware of every thought that comes up and any emotion that accompanies it, but I think this is due to the listening techniques I have practiced. Basically I learned to listen as if I wanted to hear the noise of the steps ,an ant makes when she walks. It’s possible but this is not a necessary condition for ones spiritual practice, nor does it make any difference between the methods by which you can recognize yourself. You just have to be, that's enough. Now there is only this constant feeling of presence that radiates continuously everywhere,as a heart from where everything is felt without any explanation needed. When you are established in this silence nothing can touch you. Now you know without a doubt ,That you are.Everything around you is the same and now you notice how your presence impregnates everything and never mixes with anything.A little advice for everyone involved in this spiritual path, don’t make any idea what a samadhi, awakening or final liberation should be.I made this mistake and I can tell you that it is a big obstacle ,that it will be difficult for you to remove later. Thank you everyone . Pace ? -

When you have reached liberation, you realize that here is only one reality and that you are. And you as the ultimate reality can manifest yourself in an infinity of other appearent realities that rise simultaneously. From the perspective of a character / ego mind, your question is limited as is the character / ego, and can only have a limited and half-true answer. From the perspective of a liberated one ,then you do not ask this question anymore because you know that ,no matter how many characters / ego mind you will be born or die, you will always remain their creator and you know this is True .You are the creator of your dream, you are the infinite possibilities of the scenarios in which the dream takes place, you are the infinite totality of the characters who experience the dream, you are the seer who sees this dream and you are Nothing of all this. You are the reality that divides itself into creation in infinite forms and which at the same time cannot be divided into any form.?
