  1. A few tips: Keep your emails below 250. Ideally write emails at around 50 words. Make the emails about the person you're speaking too and how you can help them. Use a lead magnet depending on the email type. Send personalised emails and send emails to a refined email list.
  2. Looks promising, I might have to try it out.
  3. The easiest method I know of marketing your business online is through podcasting. Sit down and write a few interesting stories about yourself that you can share on a podcast and start emailing as many people in your niche as possible. As more people learn about you and your brand they'll eventually check out your website and buy your courses. I'm an email marketer that specialises in cold outreach. I can share some tips on email marketing and even an email template if you want to know more (for free of course).
  4. Charge members something like $5 a month and create a membership service where you answer individual questions users have via livestream video calls. You can then record these videos calls and add them to a library for members to watch at a later date. After a while you should build up enough videos to build up a passive income from.
  5. I recommend that you create a "content pipeline" where you write notes on all the ideas in one place. Let's say for example a google doc or a OneNote page. From there you can take ideas and adapt your notes into a wide range of content. Let's say you take one idea and create a youtube video and you take another idea and turn it into a blog post and then you take another idea and create a tweet out of it.
  6. I guess this forum doesn't have any life coaches that can help then.
  7. I'm currently doing some email outreaching for a friend who is a copywriter in the personal development coaching niche. The problem is that my emails aren't getting replies. Due to this I want to send a batch of more personalised emails that empathise with the prospects situation. In order to do that I need to understand what it's like being a personal development coach. So if you're a personal development coach can you help me out here? Can you paint a picture of what it is like being a life coach? What are your aspirations and problems? What things hold you back in your business? What do you value in your business? What are the things that make your customers listen to you and buy more of your time? And so on...
  8. The name isn't important. Just pick a name that most accurately describes what you're going to talk about. I recommend you use medium.com. It's only $5 dollars a month and you should get loads of traffic to your posts if you post good content to the site.
  9. Lead with value. Post helpful content via blogs or videos which should draw people into you and your work.
  10. So if I drink lots of filtered water I should be good for the most part. I assume this strategy covers hormone disruptors. Am I correct?
  11. Cheers for the advice. I'll stick to naturally occuring forms of methylation since I've heard that pills can go rancid pretty easily. Also I've heard that celtic grey salt is pretty good at replenishing your mineral intake. I'll try adding some to my water after I take a hot shower.
  12. I've taken Huperzine-A for lucid dreaming before and I was unimpressed with the results. It left me with a pleasant feeling when I slept but it didn't really increase my dream quality.
  13. One thing I want to say about UK politics is that Brexit will be remembered as the great mistake. 620,000 UK lorry drivers are being self-isolate due to COVID-19 which is causing some food shortages in rural England and Scotland. UK produce is rotting the fields since Eastern Europeans are having their work visas declined due to Brexit. This is will cause a shortage fruit and vegetables in UK supermarkets if this continues. The Government doesn't seem to care about our already overworked farms since their new Australian-Anglo will see the UK import meat produce from the otherside of the world. Brexit is also making it extremely hard to export and import products in and out of the EU. I wonder where this export crisis will take us. COVID-19 has wrecked the UK economy. Inflation is waiting is sneak up on us. With Brexit, the UK has given up it's greatest weapon. Which is the ability to be the middleman of the world. TL;DR: The UK is one matchstick away from completely burning.
  14. The most damning thing about this theory is that it's so easy to reset the snowball of lies that we call the social matrix theory.
  15. Just as long as he is getting his blood work done it's not a big deal in my opinion.
  16. Just observe people in the mainstream society.
  17. Hey guys, I'm interested in discussing tools you use to help you learn. The tools I use are: Mercury Reader - A Chrome extension that simplifies pages into simple to read articles. Instant Preview - A Chrome extension that allows you to preview search results. Google Discussions - A Chrome extension that allows you to search on forums only. Google Data Search - Helps you find data around a certain keyword. Google Scholar - Helps you find Scholarly literature around a certain keyword. What tools do you use and how do they help you?
  18. Endocrine disruptors are everywhere nowadays. The biggest things you should avoid are: Processed foods. Microwavable plastic containers. Factory farmed milk and plastic milk jugs. Tap water. Washing products. Perfumes and deodorants. Receipt papers. Plastic cutlery. Plastic water bottles. GMOs and certain fish Basically if it has plastic, try to avoid it.
  19. Why do we dream? Why are dreams created in the first place?
  20. Take a life coach course and ask on the psychonaut forums like shroomery.com
  21. Interesting. I'm planning on becoming a copywriter too. Focus more on picking a niche and learning about the customers of that niche. Businesses will come to you if you know how to persuade their customers how to buy things. I would recommend an exercise where you "stereotype" your market audience into one character and create a detailed profile around it. Try and deeply understand your character when you do this. Ask yourself questions like: What is their age? What is their gender? What are their political beliefs? What website do they use? What is their health like? What countries do they live in? Do they have any cultural or religious practices? What is their income bracket? What historical events have they been through? What do they spend most of their time doing? Where do they spend most of their time? Where and what reviews do they leave on Amazon? Where and what reviews do they leave on TrustPilot? What do they even shop for? What Facebook groups can I join to understand their niche? Do they communicate in any unique language? What languages(s) do they speak?' And so forth. Makes sure you continue this list on and on until you've described your character so well you could almost have a conversion with them in your head. BUT this doesn't mean that you completely neglect to research the seller side of things. You can get a sense of who they are by looking at their: Social media pages (FB, IG, LinkedIn, Facebook) Their Website Blog Posts Email Newsletter Conventions Youtube videos Etc... Just spend more time learning about the customers more than the business if that makes sense. Hope this helps.
  22. Does anyone have any relevant information they can contribute to about how I can develop a methodology to organise, receive, create, analyse, relate and analyse my own thoughts? After watching Elon Musk on the Joe Rogan podcast I couldn't help but relate to how Elon's mind works. Constant new ideas racing in one's mind. It can get really frustrating at times not being able to analyse deeply enough the implications a certain idea can have. I have found this dilemma is something that stops me from self-actualising. And I do realise that If you watch Leo's videos then you start to realise that reality is infinite. Which makes it practically impossible to know any given thing. But... What if there's a way to go meta on infinity? What if I'm just one insight away from really really getting it? Instead of relying on Inutition, what if I could fully know a given thing? Is this even possible? I understand what I'm saying is "how many levels of God do I have to awaken to in order to gift my self complete acceptance of my nature" But what I want is to be able to do it now. I'm asking this question want to become a copywriter and instead of doing what everyone else does I want to literally be the best. Now It's may seem over the top to intertwine Non-Duality and Enlightenment into my question but I want to write copy so good it takes my readers to God and back. I understand that Copywriting requires a lot of creativity which is a hidden point to my question! So to rephrase what I'm saying is "How do I understand and organise my thoughts effectively in order to increase my creativity and productivity as the greatest copywriter of all time". When I try to push myself to off by heart. I find that my focus is extremely bad and I'm memory is God awful, like 1000x worse than a goldfish. In order to add to this answer, I'm going to have to work on these two issues which I'm sure deep long meditation can fix for me! Not only that but I can use a commonplace book to organise my notes even though they take time to make ( I realise that I have messed up my attention span to not commit enough to my commonplace book). Any ways how? Or do you need me to explain all of that waffle?
  23. Was it your first time?
  24. It's probably bullshit. With a lot of the ingredients listed, you could probably get from a natural and healthy diet. Which is favourable since it's in a bioavailable form.
  25. Taller men are perceived as more dominant. Evolution has ingrained into humans the belief that taller men are more able to protect their offspring and partner and are more capable to gather resources. The contradiction is a battle between millions of years of evolution vs an ideology that's only been around for like 100 years. Not only that but feminism, from the information and experiences I have seen from it, isn't predicated on truth rather than the need for women to validate themselves. Some feminists actually help women but others just post KAM on tik-tok all day.
