i had varicocele surgery near my ball and have scar there so near there senses are quite tough with scar maybe because of this, after do kriya yoga , i felt ida came out from my root of spine and i dont know this is normal but came out outside of my whole body sense (behind of my whole back surface and made own empty place) this new chakra was easy to reach crown chakra and it continously went further, i became more intellect and more intuitive, top of head is cold i know it s kundalini but i dont feel good at all, and i dont think i went through whole my chakras(1~7th) i can feel them they are tilting to right side i think this is wrong way. i wanna know info of this and how was your experience?

Hi guys i wanna ask something about kriya supreme fire , In gamana s book he said before do this inhale up to 75% and lock abdomen but with that much air in body i cant do even little abdomen lock so i just doing it without any air in body but after doing like this i feel energetic also feels dry in my body i just wanna know am i doing right or not

i got some interesting topic, "why people die?" i consider it because if there is yoga ,and all chakra flows well (which is in yoga) muscle and organs are healthy then why cause us to die? well let s think about computer or car, if stuffs that makes run are clean well and care well old cars also run, and if problem happens we can just change organs are same, then why we die? it could be because of brain get age but is it all?

i believe if i meet a lot people who have low conscious then it s effects to me that become low conscious even instagram watching youtube are also same , so i always doing detox about this but i wonder about can love fix this problem? because sometimes i think fear of loosing mental muscle has made real problem

can i check your face is tilt in some direction or body tilt?

if it s hard then ur brain muscles could be just weak maybe that is problem do yoga . exercise and watch your body is balanced , do love on it love also include in yoga so learn it

ego death makes just make us reach conscious muscles that we can hardly touch but not everything , recently i found out conscious is from heart not in brain but it s related eachother

conscious people are altruistic and low conscious people are almost champanzees

i realized theseday mathetmatic brain part have been degeneration and i think i need to care these but books for going colledge are not helping for real brain develop efficiently. i figuring out for math problem for real develop. do someone have ideaS?
