Yeah, my body does those symmetrical momvents sometimes too. Especially when taking high doses of LSD, I have found it very helpful when I have a heavy bodyload. Often a movement happens and then I stay in the pose for about 10 minutes, it feels very healing.

It's a real game changer for students. I will try to write my papers with it. Also if I don't understand something from my studies I just ask chatgpt and usually get very clear explanations.

Even 50mg is to much for me...

@SQAAD I can take it at 5am and still not sleep all night.

I don't think brute force is the way to go here. You should get help imo, there are different forms of therapy, you don't necessarily have to take pills. Maybe look into IFS therapy as recommended by Leo: https://www.actualized.org/insights/ifs-therapy-for-trauma-healing

Inspirational post, thank you! I see now that there is so much I could improve on. I will now focus on using this forum for my growth, as a training ground to act consciously, among other things.

I'm not an anti-wax at all, but this podcast is quite shocking to me. Apparently, since the vaccinations, many people have died suddenly. I'm not sure anymore if the vaccination was the right decision. No kidding, my neighbor died suddenly a week after the vaccination...

https://www.storz-bickel.com/en-us/mighty-plus You can get cheaper ones, it doesn't have to be this exact one.

What I mean is that it's easier to take more if you want. So you can slowly take more until you can't

I think it's better to have an electric device so you don't have to fiddle with the lighter. However, I have never used the Eclipse vape

Good! As an upgrade, I recommend using a dry herb vaporizer. I use the Mighty, it's much better to dose it that way.

Interesting article. I was skeptical from the start, but I'm also biased because of my neighbor. The podcast has only been out for 8 days, but with 1 million views it is already one of the most watched on the channel. Thats wild... -

I don't know his medical history but as far as I know he never had any serious health problems. He was in his 50 and was a smoker but had stopped for over a decade. Also according to the podcast, the vaccine is significantly more dangerous for young people. He also said that Denmark has banned the vaccine for people under the age of 50 and from my Google research I found that this is misinformation. So I don't know how much of what he says here is valid. -

I thought I did until I missed that flight a few months ago. I literally threw my hat on the floor lol I was so angry The plane was still there but they wouldn't let me in anymore and they even told me ahead of time that they would wait as it was a connecting flight. Also, a beautiful girl was waiting at my place. It was a test and I failed miserably... -
@ardacigin Okay nice. I think I heard on a Michael Taft podcast that he slept with students who were at his retreat center. That didn't sound good...
-
Didn't he sleep with his students?

@Lyubov I did my Spanish course at a public university and it was very cheap but eventually they started protesting there and we couldn't get in for a couple of weeks lol. 4 months in Bogota and 2 in Bucaramanga. I didn't feel that way in Bogota, but everyone there told me that I didn't look like a gringo at all. So I can fit in there easily (probably different if you have blonde hair) and when I told someone I'm from Germany they were very impressed lol... they love Germany over there. I've never been anywhere else in South America, but in Colombia everyone said Peru is the place to be.

Video about shadow work would be cool!

@herghly According to this podcast, even once a week is too much.

I lived in Colombia for 6 months and had a Colombian girlfriend for about 3 years. Highly recommended, the people there are so kind and loving. Lots of hot women and they literally approached me on the street. Also the spanish they speak there is very clear, it is the best place to learn spanish imo. With German passport you can stay 6 months and if you want to stay longer you just have to pay them. I think I would move there if it was financially possible.

Same here brother. I think it has a lot to do with childhood trauma but it's a really complex topic for me.

I can. Still got hooked when I tried again.

Stanislav Grof had incredible success in healing mentally ill people with LSD. Ketamine is not optimal for this work unless you have taken psychedelics before imo. There are many factors that go into whether it works or not. Most people with depression or other mental health issues can't even work to change their minds because they can't see what's wrong. Of course, a few psychedelics trips will not solve your depression or other mental health problems, no reputable therapist would claim that. But they can give you a new perspective, and they do so very effectively when the dose is high enough for a breaktrough experience, and from there, those people can start seriously transforming their lifes.
