  1. the interesting part is: it was actually what was a little bit british politics until two or three days ago - but they have relatively high death rates compared to relatively low infection rate. mhhh why is that? also the example of italy shows how the consequences are if everyone gets sick at the same time. just because we are young and healthy does not mean we can decide for the elderly on whose shoulders we stand. yesterday i even told some youngsters to keep a safety distance from an eighty year old woman who had to do her grocery shopping on her own - not for their safety but for hers, i think that’s the respect we owe them, not bringing them in the situation and not bringing anyone in the situation where we have to take a respiration mask from them because they are older than the next patient coming in, at least after we understood how far it can get. it‘s utterly barbaric and inhumane to treat people with less protection like second class humans as long as we can prevent it - how selfish can it actually get, to even think about it. also not letting these people in italy have died in vain, italians warning for some time now not repeat same mistakes. and by the way it’s not only older people who die from it - even if you think you‘ll make it its not said that you will, if you are lucky in that case maybe someone is willing to help who risks their own life for you. also the longer it takes the closer we get to some kind of cure which will prevent the at least the high death rate, maybe some kind of medication will work - time is everything in a situation like that - one or two weeks could safe thousands of lifes.
  2. wife, wifey, wifi whatever - its all you. ??
  3. i guess the numbers are not celsius - body temp is 36/37 celsius. usually bacteria die at 60 or better 90 degree (at least washing in the washing machine).
  4. i guess that’s something that should be provided not preventive - except for elderly (at the moment). i guess that’s what would be helpful for the people in intensive care. in europe you wouldn’t even find a doctor to do it at the moment, because that’s shi shi in comparison to hygienic measurements. and actually i wouldn’t want to go to the doctors office to get one of these at the moment, carrying home something else from there maybe? its half joke half serious.
  5. @unicity regarding the monolaurin - i don’t know but i had really good experiences with coconut oil for mouth hygiene. i started to do flushes of the respiratory tract with the neti pot again and i put in half a tea spoon of salt and half a tea spoon of coconut oil recently - i think it gives the nose a protective shield and also provides healing for a minor inflammation i have. also had a look about neem oil but unfortunately that is nothing to put on nasal tissue it would probably be hurtful.
  6. @Artaemis i was not criticizing the thread, just criticizing how onesided blind the issue of abuse mostly is. its on the side of the abuser usually. how much of a victim we signal to be or not to be does not really matter - if you scream loud you might get help, but only if someone cares about it. @Lento was humanly at a much higher spiral stage than others who get away with worse devilry - that’s all i wanted to say. if these decisions are made upon consciousness or non consciousness. (i did not mean imfao with that he was just jumping with rubber boots into a mud hole)
  7. @jimwell the problem with the shakeup theory is that it doesn‘t really do it anymore - the reason is sth called habituation. people get far too fast comfy with accepting sth as the norm rather than the exception. a shakeup is supposed to be a short term thing something like an impuls which is also noticeable as an impulse. if its going on its status quo not a shakeup - also consider that in the picture you are drawing.
  8. this was the best news ever he wanted to pay them to go to the us to research for the us exclusively while they said they research for a global solution. (what the heck) in some sense, what think about where that thing came from its completely irrelevant if no one has a solution on how to get rid of it, and its really also irrelevant where it will be found, although it is of course a problem if its going to be a superiority challenge - practical science has to work together for that incorruptible - in a sense it’s a cute attempt which shows that this is still the case.
  9. well the problem is that the health system can’t work on the same base as other economy - trade and such exists, we won’t be able to do without it, how should that go. what i actually wanted to write is „hyper capitalistic“ but then i realized, no, health must actually work without that or be freed as much of it as possible - because of a doctor or a nurse is expected to work under horrific circumstances without thinking in the orange field - they should also not have to think about where they get the material for treatment from.
  10. like the effortlessness of a 4 o‘clock morning meditation? or the effortlessness of one actualized.org video?
  11. maybe @lmfao has something to say to this? @Lento seems to have jumped on a critique train stemming of this thread - while the critique was not even thoroughly researched. in a thread that wanted to talk about abuse in the forum. i guess lento is fast to jump in for everyone, which is pretty cool on one hand, but really bad if it’s about some made up problematic regarding ideologies - which make real nonduality wars. it‘s not good or bad in the sense of good and evil - it’s just carrying on the devilry which was supposed to stop there. this is just an observation - maybe if talked through could change something about the situation. but its in a sense right, its ok to critique some things, but stirring up the whole forum and questioning leo while he’s on a retreat... seems somehow like something rather low spiritual. without any grudge - because lento and me had a talk out, i did not take it as something against me that he stood up for martin123. (just to avoid any ideas or interpretation about my intention of this post - in the end he is responsible for what he’s posting himself - its just sad that it seems like it happened because of a maybe even unintended stirr up) although i sometimes question the reasoning, too, if critique gets stronger punishment than abuse - it actually doesn’t matter how people are reasoning... the outcome somehow does not compute with the equation.
  12. at least for the next years to come - if the health systems were not weakened through corruption and capitalistic goals of big pharma so much, there would be no economic crisis but a crisis plan instead. i don’t think any country would want to reexperience what’s happening now in the next ten to twenty years - so there will be probably a lot of aftereffect. with factory farming and rising antibiotic resistant bacteria, this whole topic is far from being off the table with viruses alone.
  13. people in italy dying because there are not enough places for intensive care - they don’t have enough respirators. it‘s not insignificant they have to make decisions like in war situations. the virus itself might not be that serious in sense of having one person to treat - it’s serious because people don’t take it serious enough.
  14. what do you think you would need your body to do to get aligned with your awakening? if you already somehow are in an awakened awareness. it is ok to start with orange here - inhabiting the body also means first owning yourself. how do you treat yourself - how much do you allow your limbs to move? how often do you allow the blood running through your veins with a heightened oxigen uptake. wim hoff for example is really good to grasp a little bit of that but aside from that finding your favorite kind of sports is one of the keys to inhabit the body. can be even dancing - but finger skateboarding does not really count as sports.
  15. no not only - but a lot of wanting and willing and also impulsive emotions rise from there to the head as energy because its also connected to instincts. emotions like anger arise from there. i would not describe it in any ways i would say try to explore it deeper in these aspects.
  16. you probably wanted to say: the solar plexus is pandora’s box does not have a lot to do with thinking. its one of the more complex parts of the whole system. of course it has an intelligence, like other chakras also have quite their own intelligence, and like your mind you can train it - but not without training the third eye. so calling it the thinking box is either an ego mechanism which keeps you from clear view, or an attempt to trigger interest. the over emphasis on solarplexus is exactly what’s making up a lot of contemporary times problems. in a sense it’s by far usually not trained enough to be compared to the upper chakras. we use to give mind stuff much too much importance that’s why we call that area then a thinking entity instead of calling the third eye our emotional/sensual filter.
  17. a little bit, i read a book which was about how special collective moments create divergent behavior in random generators. so collective emotions are actually measurable. and if they are measurable they are probably also sensable. i had this once with feeling fear of the past at a place. some places speak of weird past - but you can also sense something coming up sometimes like a preview of the big unknown. we never had to really handle situations like this. there might be a bit more fear in the air than what the next day might bring.
  18. @unicity just checked, too high a vit-d dose will lead to vit-d intoxication and can also lead to kidney stones. i would be careful with that then. it’s like with the vit-c, too much is counterproductive. general advice is 100 microgram is a tolerable dose per day, its 4000 iu. of course at the beginning it’s possible to take more but its not recommended daily in a high dose for a longer period of time.
  19. i guess that would go as orange independent of any time string in probably any country, don’t tell me that could be interpreted as green...
  20. relative to a historical development, it is also about time. we would need to assume that time would exist as a linear aspect of reality, which it does not. true relativity would only be measurable in spiral colours then. but bringing in cultural development also brings in historically important events and consciousness leaps, or spiral backlashes.
  21. @Lento yes, that’s what i’ll do from this onward. i did not ask for submission nor am i submitting. i understand that he was hurt, he also explained what’s happening to him. i won’t start talking about my own heartbeat to not further complicate the situation, although in a sense i’m even thankful he brought the whole topic up in a more holistic sense than how people meet alone. i hope he can find some rest with that.
  22. @Lento it was a question for peace to him - he can answer or not, i don’t think anyone else can do that for him. that’s what respect means. respect is a form of love, just not the all accepting one. if he wants to answer to that or not is his own choice. i just wanted to convey that to him. no harm intended.
  23. to then get stabbed in the next moment, no thanks. i’ll try to respect him.
  24. @Lento so this is ok then to lash out against me? i was addressed in the thread, trying to talk it out with him either he accepts that or not. i’m sure he would probably calm down more if he would understand that i did not mean to harm him. if it’s without intention he might understand that we both came from different directions and we both are people who swing swords if we encounter a fight. all i’m asking is to stop the fight now because here is no one who wants to do harm intentionally. this is not an apology, it’s a question for peace.
  25. @Martin123 i see now how you have already been affected when you were posting in that thread where we collided, it was not my intention to play into this. non the less i would also like to ask you to be less harsh now to others. not everyone who goes into conflict with your healing being is a perpetrator. maybe you could accept that it’s not only your intention to heal but everyone’s intention to heal. i tried to show you that you lock yourself out from others if you constantly lock them out - this was not to be mean, it was because you use it as a threat. for me this was not much hurting, because i don’t know you, still it is very trumpish and unreflected. so how would it hurt your friends i wonder. you seem like a person swinging a sword, but you don’t make a difference anymore, you swing the sword against everyone who approaches you. its time to stop with that now. respect is something bilateral, don’t expect to get it if you lash out against everyone. try to see that help is an attempt with a good intention. if so many people want to help maybe there is a reason you have not become yet aware of. if someone offers help, most people are rather thankful even if they decline - imagine you wouldn’t get any help at all. calm that rage now, if you swing a sword against everyone someone finally will silence you.
