  1. @LfcCharlie4 you know i have family. its not just about me. i strongly believe its possible to boost the immune system but a pathogenic germ or virus is outside of the vitality range you can achieve through these methods and people have issues like asthma or pollen allergy which could be problematic. in the case of covid there is not even a vaccine. but i guess if you can streangthen the body with WHM a vaccine should be a walk in the park for your body.
  2. @Michael569 thank you! i‘m also struggling on finding the data to prove how vaccines are less problematic than a lot of people want us to believe, but i found information on it for germany on the robert koch institute website, where they also say how a lot of cases turn out to be not because of the vaccine - millions are getting vaccinated and real problems exist during five years for less people than are dying of the flue in a year. although risks should not be dismissed. meds like anti malaria meds have higher risks than vaccinations and there have been skandals around vaccination in the past (like 30, 40 years ago) when they didn’t kill all living bacteria/viruses inside which then gave illness to the otherwise healthy. these are historical scandals like scandals of aids being spread because of using syringe material twice. of course we can lower the risk of being injured in a car accident by using a safety belt. or developing airbags - we could test people on allergies on vaccines first for example. and we can fill up magnesium levels to store less aluminium. (just thinking of it... that some people are feared about aluminium in vaccines but then use cosmetics without reading the ingredient list or eat non organic food)
  3. yes but its also important to point this out - maybe it even gets less irrational if understanding the background of this countries history.
  4. i also want to answer to this - its in a sense respectless to ask if he has a german passport? or maybe just provocative? if he says he is just living there but voting rightwing and justifies that by being harassed by racists (right wing) before? i would be respectful if he would have respect for himself, or respect for the country he profits of, being in many cases also very progressive. i guess if someone tries to skip out of responsibility for their political standpoint by saying: but hey i‘m from another culture i‘m not responsible for the culture i own a passport of, its not respectless to ask for what passport one owns. because if he has a german passport he is a german. and the notion of him being from another culture is not an argument voting for a party which is at the moment under constitutional surveillance because of their extreme rightwing propaganda. he has answered to the provocation accordingly.
  5. @DrewNows i sometimes realize how you fall into the trap of confirmation bias because of course the medical system is mostly operating on a clinical more pharmacological paradigm and alternative medicine is oftentimes banned into the shadows - but this is exactly because of some presumptuous and prejudiced practitioners who deny the advantage and progress clinical medicine has brought. if you would categorize medicine, in what categories would you classify medicine? this is not such an easy task, because you could find many different approaches. for me what makes it easier is to classify it into preventive, interventive and palliative. vaccination is somehow a mix of preventive and interventive what makes it difficult to grasp, nutrition and lymphatic system and microbiome is at the moment mostly preventive but will be in the future also more interventive - this classification makes it more easy to get out of the systematical loops of what is happening on the body level - i try to see it more from the healers pov, assuming preventive medicine as a legitimate part of medicine not as a shadow aspect. i also know how a lot of docs think but many don’t deny preventive measurements its just that they assume this to be everyone’s own business - what makes it strange that vaccination is not. i guess that‘s making up much of the irrationality.
  6. @LaucherJunge there is no leftist fascism - there is only fascism or antifascism. there is only black and white and gray and more black - but there is no colour in that question its just a matter of nuances.
  7. passport? you are just living there but i can imagine what you vote. and that’s actually not connected to where you originated from but about how you talk - its completely irrational. not that i‘m a rational person but you know irrational and rational are one and the same coin.
  8. @LaucherJunge and you are german... didn’t you want to say: „hail you big guider – for guiding us out of the labyrinth of our own stupidity“
  9. well there is a hint about tendencies of the yin and yang aspects – although there are strong differences in individuals. the archetypes still play a roll in individual and group development and identity. even though it would be nice if skippable but proper animus/anima work or better understanding the pattern/structure of our gender fallacies are crucial in developing respect, understanding and value for our light shadow – if not also understood that way, it might be difficult to even understand what lingers in the dark, not to talk about abysses.
  10. what am i not knowing? thought not knowing is always a way to understand. i just feel in a sense that even if some vaccines might be rather a game with a fourty to sixty chance some are important. if my autoimmune is because of vaccination - ok, but i‘d still do it again to protect some babies from dying. i understand a bunch, even though i do know nothing. aluminium in the vaccination, shit - still better than lead and maybe they‘ll find another solution. this is a fight about information rather than it is about actually people dying - no one has a monopoly on information. edit: after reading the news i guess i know what you are talking about. 9,3 percent.
  11. if they’ll let you in. maybe you are lucky and already have developed antigens, then you don’t need to be vaccinated.
  12. antivacciners really have some similarities to flat earthers – why are vaccines developed again? ah yes it was because you can die from these illnesses – ah yes in a vaccine is either living or dead material of the virus or bacteria – can i die if i have shellfish allergy if i eat a little bit? do i die if i eat a whole bunch of it? there is always a rest risq. what if we would expose everyone who is not vaccinated to all the illnesses which got eliminated by vaccines? ah yes i completely forgot. how was this again about flying – its actually a simulater if we really would leave the ground in a plane we would drop down at the end of the world because of the air turbulences. i also never fly because of thrombosis risk and because of high radiation.
  13. @The Don to me society starts everywhere where two people meet - it starts with simple interactions. toxic or non toxic it does not start with people who have something to offer, it mostly starts with those who don’t. but the definition for society i bet everyone has their own.
  14. argumenting like that would probably make her hold her breath for a second but it really depends on a person if that would make anyone reflect. most people would probably react rather hurt and it can lead to leashing out in both directions - its a soft trigger point, which would in the most cases end rather with a red reaction, if her son would tell that to her – from your perspective though if you would tell her that would probably be something different – even though i see a wisdom in that – although where does society start?
  15. the notion of it being a measurement against terrorism is interesting. i don’t want to say it is not a difficult topic and the problematic certainly shouldn’t go unnoticed, i also don’t want to derail the thread. so i try to just put it up as something to reflect upon and compare. i watched a small report about how isis is imprisoned in syria by people who lack space and food capacity but try to stay fair even though under difficult circumstances. the situation is much worse there, no one cares the method here is ignoring the people who did the work for the west by capturing these men. with not enough support to really manage the situation better and enforcing concentration camp like situations by ignorance. its not only there but what about the refugee camps? if we look at china then we might also want to discuss what are the solutions of the west to terrorism? ignorance? https://www.voanews.com/episode/trials-fighters-syria-suspended-indefinitely-4244031 not only that its inhumane - especially now that a lot will probably die because of the virus, but also because the longer they don’t get a trial by an international court the higher the probability that some might really then escape – and many are supposed to be still dangerous or have done horrible things. of course refugees first... but look at the whole situation and then let’s talk about humanity again.
  16. in the actual situation i would ask her about the systemic issues of the actual crisis in health system - how this weakens the health system and also threatens her health and not only that also her business and economy in general. if she can see how that weakens society maybe she would understand how it would support society if society would support themselves.
  17. with a simple reductionistic approach you will only matter less and less though you won’t really change anything - change is only happening if you really also change the choices you make and support that which is already making changes or a difference you could say.
  18. @Elton try to go raw vegan after the fast for a while and then only add one of the foods mentioned above always only one at a time and observe your body reaction. if the pain returns already eating raw vegan it might be fruitsugar. going raw vegan you will already have to think a lot about what you actually then can eat, you will start finding out where to get proteins from and what kind of fats are healthy - for me an almost vegan diet works best, i figured out its animal proteins, i still can eat butter and do regularly and eggs but only do that occasionally. i can almost guarantee, you will have some kind of betterment, if you start out with raw vegan and test slowly on everything which is not raw and has to be processed. i can also recommend you trying an ointment for your muscles called rhumalaya - it helps me against joint pain but can also maybe help you with the muscle pain. i can give you some tips that helped me with rheumathoid arthritis - because it’s both autoimmune and because its always also connected to digestion there might be similarities but of course not everything that works for me might work for you. also try doing wim hof breathing plus cold showering against the cold - carefully could worsen the symptoms. never do cold showers when your body is already cold. if it worsens you might need apply therapies which work with warmth, like warm oil massage etc.
  19. nothing does and does not matter. everything matters. not doing matters and doing also matters therefore all being matters in a certain way if that is or is not isness, it usually still matters in a certain way. everything that is will also somehow materialize in the future there is no thing which does not. even though nothing will materialize in everything in a certain way. not having done anything will matter and having done something will matter - in what way that’s what is depending on consciousness, because even ignorance matters.
  20. @bejapuskas stable side position is a good start if it hurts at the beginning.
  21. @electroBeam how nice – from a designer aspect i love all of these. its exactly what it is about to start understanding. i see some similarities, although for me it’s a fascination for simple tools and a fascination about how to make every day life more simple, also yes the use of body and mind energy instead of a complex electronic object - but i wouldn’t want to miss a washing machine, a refrigerator – the experiences of how life would feel different without all of that i think it’s worth an experience and help you settle in what you want and need and how you really want to live then afterwards - so if you feel like experiencing something like that, i’d plan a retreat, you will probably more gain from it than loose. don’t underestimate though the romantic illusion about this being even more easy - in some sense yes in my perception you are starting to experience purple with a strong drive going back to beige completely. purple and beige non ethnological materially experienced tends to have a romantisation about its idea more than about what it entails additionally. object consciously i have had similar experiences, already years ago – born out of wish to simplify objects in every day life not only for myself but especially for others. although this was more created out of a reflection about the nature of object. i didn’t go back that far into time - i think it might be a phase were you reconnect to simplicity of life but still deny life’s hardship in a rougher environment. the contrast is sometimes harsh. maybe you really would need to experience the harshness to find the will to help others assuming then you would find a way to do so. really grasping the subject object relationship - understanding that this solipsism thing sticks and stinks like your most basic needs. there is probably nothing better than gathering experiences - exposing yourself radically to aloneness and then maybe radically to a group experience.
  22. how did you manage to squeeze yourself in there? (thought maybe there is a hole in the floor) and is this cactus underneath the monstera flowering? its just a random (pretty) cactus isn’t it - its not a san pedro? maybe you could post a picture where yo only show your chin and you can get half of the thread? we make a serozero photocollage thread of this aaand it will also save the girls some time shuffling through several options... well if it fits - we can’t say that yet.
  23. found this on lithium orotate https://www.superfoodly.com/lithium-orotate/ it‘s def interesting but lithium as a supplement is very controversially discussed. and even if used in case of some psychological phenomenons as a mood stabilizer it has side effects like weight gain because it somehow interferes with other processes - in this article they say the orotate form may interfere with liver function.
  24. @Cepzeu talking about grandparents... i would not in general ask them for advice, even though yes they might have some answers, i’d rather ask them about the past. advice might come out of unforgotten ideology just be aware of that.
