I asked myself the same question when I went vagabonding in Asia for a couple of months. The problem is: habits are highly bound to context, e.g. an exact location may play a big role for a specific habit to occur. So, unfortunately, depending on the habits you cultivate, it's not possible to "take them with you". Rather, what you would have to do is to introduce them as a "new" habit while traveling (same execution bound to a different context, e.g. bound more to time than location). This might not be easy and take a lot of effort. If you travel only for a few weeks your habits at home will just be the same when you come back. Don't worry about that. In case of a few months or longer travel periods maybe pick your most important ones and try to establish them. But don't be too hard on yourself if you cannot keep all of them while traveling. Also in your first 2 weeks back home place a higher effort in ensuring that your old habits are reestablished. Then you should also be fine. Also consider: habits make daily life more effective, but they are not necessarily a good thing for exploration and creativity. Habits can constrain you; they are like a corset. So why not try to be a little bit more "free" on your travels. Let your intuition and chance guide you and listen to what feels best in the moment. It will feel quite liberating.

For me after supplementing D3 for 3 days: I feel way better with it But I guess I ran into a deficiency over the last months since I shifted to a vegan diet, where this is a more common theme. My point: I think neither "supplement with D during the corona crisis" nor "DON'T DO IT" is particularly helpful advice.

Seems like you didn't find your life purpose yet. Keep exploring new areas that you do like

Both! It gives you the necessary "mental space" to focus on your inner game. Here are 3 more specific things I do while traveling: Journal daily – with focus on your emotions, thoughts, and encounters Listen to music in nature – to foster feelings of oneness Connect music to events and places – so that you can "travel" back there when you listen to the same music back at home Visited locations, new acquaintances and nice memories are a nice side bonus of traveling Also, I completely second @Recursoinominado

@SQAAD still on it?

Today I successfully completed the fast. Refeeding went well. Electrolytes were not needed at all in my case. Of course, does not mean, that is it true for everyone

I did several water-only fasts (WOF) over the last years. For health reasons, mainly. My longest was 7 days. However, on 28th of August I will attempt a 10-day WOF. Does someone have experience with fasts this long? I took a blood test upfront to ensure that I am ready for this. For my previous fasts I never took any supplements. But I am still not sure whether to supplement sodium potassium and magnesium this time.

I recently did a review of the scientific data available about coffee and caffeine and it appears to be safe in moderation if not beneficial e.g.: I would suggest that you adopt a "caffein strategy", i.e. do your research and then determine when, how often, in which form you want to drink coffee and adhere to it. Additionally, reset your caffein resistance every once in a while e.g. by going coffee-free for a week or two.

Adapt a Whole-Food, Plant-Based Diet.

In the best case, you reserve a separate room (work room) in which you only work and do nothing else (no TV, no eating, ...). Like @universe said, it is all about habits and additionally about your environment. At work I have perfect working habits. But at home I am struggling to work in the room I am sleeping (unfortunately no dedicated office room available). That is why when working from home I rather sit at the kitchen table.

They measured about 20 markers including electrolytes. It does of course not necessarily indicate that I am "ready". But having totally healthy results at least shows me that I am not "not ready", if you know what I mean.
