This is probably a stupid question - But... If I am God/the universe experiencing itself, why should I awaken to that fact? Seems like Gods intention was to experience being a 27 year old scandinavian girl in 2019. -

Thank you so much guys - But I have to be honest with you and say I'm still confused lol. As long as I'm not doing anything wrong... I'll just continue the work, and maybe I'll get it one day. -

When you point at someone, three fingers point right back at yourself. -
It's only a disadvantage if you look at it that way, and it affects your confidence in a negative way. Girls are attracted to confidence, personality and humour - Not looks.

I eat vegan food and I do a high protein/low fat diet. I eat 1500kcal and 120g protein (keep in mind I'm a tiny girl and I'm shredding right now). I also do intermittent fasting, so I eat my first meal around 17:00 Before work I take my supplements: D-vitamin, Iron, B12 and multivitamins During work I have a 60g protein shake (peas / hemp protein) 17:00: grilled tofu or beans or lentils or chickpeas + 250g vegetables + bean pasta or rice or potato or avocado or sweet potato + 30kcal of dressing/hummus/sweet chili sauce/soy sauce ++ 20:00: grilled tofu or beans or lentils or chickpeas + 250g vegetables + bean pasta or rice or potato or avocado or sweet potato + 30kcal of dressing/hummus/sweet chili sauce/soy sauce ++ I use Lifesum to scan the food I eat and to keep track of the kcal and macros.

I don't know anyone who follows Actualized. I try to link here and there when people in my life have issues, but they think the videos are "too long" I tried to watch with my ex bf, but i think he managed to get jealous of Leo because I listened more to him

I'm considering to try it out for the first time. I've been curious about this for 10 years - I'm soon to be 27 now. I've waited to let my brain develop, and worked through panic attack and depression issues. I feel like I'm in a good place, with a strong psychology. I understand that I'm in a risky category because of my past with depression and anxiety, but I really feel like I've overcome this. I've been in a good place for a solid 3 years. I have no schizophrenia or other mental disorders in my family. In a way, panic attacks are simply a strong fear of death - And in my case I had to accept death to transcend these panic attacks. If I get a panic attack nowadays I just don't care, because I have this deep understanding of "this isn't dangerous" or "ok, guess i'll just die then". Then it fades away in like a minute. So I feel kind of confident that I'll be able to handle any trip induced anxiety/panic But, I would love to get some first hand experience or advice on this. The reason I want to try mushrooms is because I want to experience a different perspective. I've accepted intellectually (shame on me) that reality right now is simply a perspective as well - So I feel like experiencing a completely different perspective would help me to realize this truth first hand, through my body, not just in my thoughts. If that makes sense. I've done Vipassana meditation for 8 years, three 10day retreats and one 30 day retreat. I'm strong when it comes to observing sensations objectively. I feel prepared, but you never know? The plan was to take a small dose of a mushroom that we have here in Scandinavia (Psilocybe semilanceata) with a good friend of mine that's very experienced with psychedelics as a trip sitter. I want to do it at home in my apartment, on a saturday, with the whole sunday off to integrate. Do you have any advice for me? Do you think it's a good idea with my history? Any tips regarding the dose? I'm usually pretty sensitive to stuff

"Surrender" kinda became my mantra on my 30 day retreat. Thanks for your input! -
I write articles on topics I'm interested in, and then I learn the entire article by heart before I shoot the video for my channel. Recently I'm having a lot of resistance for shooting videos, because it feels like such a hassle to learn these 4000 word scripts by heart. Lately I've been shooting more casual videos where I just talk freely, but I really want to share my articles, it's just so tedious. It feels really good when I'm done, and I lovelovelove editing the videos, but all of the trying to remember, fucking up and having to shoot again is just a mood killer. I'm guessing there is a way to make this process more efficient, I just haven't been able to figure it out. Any ideas would be much appreciated!

I have several videos without any makeup, concern about looks is not the issue in my case. I simply asked how i can share my atricles in a more time efficient way. I'm doing this because it brings me joy, expands me and because it's my life purpose I don't want to be rude, but its very frustrating that people assume stuff like this because i'm a girl. You would never give a boy this kind of advice, right? I'm looking for practical solutions. And the one I got was to freestyle it more, which I'll try out. Then I can read out the most important parts while I edit in other images on top. ? Thank you for your time, though. I understand that you wish me well ❣️

I think it's like 3000, not completely sure,I don't have one. Don't need it Thank you for sharing about the situation in france, i learned a lot

I pay 40% of my salary in tax, and i don't really have insurance ? I only pay like 15usd a month just in case the apartment burns down, then i'll get all of my belongings replaced. I would probably pay more if i had a car, its really high taxation on cars in Oslo. They want the cars out of the city, to create a green city. They put a lot of money into roads for bikes, electric busses, electric rent a car and so on

You should come visit! It's really beautiful nature as well, perfect for vacation. If you travel to the north of norway/sweden/finland (or iceland) in winter you'll see the nothern lights as well if you haven't seen that before. Sososo beautiful

Wooow, i had no idea! How's the taxation situation in France?
-
Well, I wont lie. It's probably a good mix, I love hearing myself talk ? There's some narcissism there for sure, I'm not Jesus. But, I do really love making videos for the sake of making videos. It's what I concluded with after doing Leos life purpose course anyways.

Are you serious? ? Like, is it bad? Could you share a bit about how it is?
-
Yeah, we have poor people here as well. The difference is, because of high taxation, our poor people gets an appartment and money for food every month. They don't get enough in my opinion, but its better than living on the street and dying from lack of food/shelter or crime

This is just simply not true. I think you would benefit from studying socialist countries. I live in one up north in Scandinavia. I'm middle class and I tax 40% of everything i earn. I'm not sure how much the richest tax, but its a looooot. If you talk to them about how they feel about it, most of them will answer that they're happy to tax. Because we know that if something happens to us, or our loved ones, lets say... They need a complicated spinal surgery after an accident... The bill is going to be zero. If someone has a mental breakdown, they are going to be hospitalized and taken care of, for free. If you want to study, you'll get payed for it! That's where the tax money goes, and here everyone is proud of our society and the good it does. We love being a part of it. It doesn't backfire - it does the complete opposite. It gets everyone the same opportunity to have success in life. And if you're too ill to contribute, or have had a crippeling accident - We are happy to share our money to support you. Because that's what we do in a loving, just, society. We take care of eachother. If someone doesn't like the idea of high taxation here in Norway, they're going to be viewed as greedy and selfish. I hope this is the future for conservative countries as well. It would make your living standards so much higher.
