Universities are full of a lot of young dumb immature people. Depends on your age I guess. But you can't rely on Uni for long.
In some sense it doesn't matter where or how, you just need to socialize a lot more. Could be bars, clubs, parties, events, whatever. You can bump into great people almost anywhere, you just gotta rank up the numbers for luck to be in your favor.
There's also online dating. But this requires large numbers too.

The fundamental problem here is that if you think you can outsource the marketing of your business (the most important part of all business) to someone else, you're fooling yourself. You need to take complete ownership of the marketing problem if you care about success.
You can find marketing courses that are way cheaper that will teach you the basics you need to know, which then you can apply yourself in creative ways. Don't be expecting some business-in-a-box solution to your biggest business challenges. You gotta build it yourself.
My bottomline principle in biz is this: If you can't figure out how to make the money come in, nobody else will do it for you.

And then all the clowns fall in line behind you. This is how leadership works. You don't ask anyone's permission or approval to lead.

You need to approach your fashion and look holistically. It's not about any one type of thing, it's about the whole package which must suit your body type and personality too.
Best advice is to hire a professional image consultant and follow her recommendations to buy a whole new wardrobe. She needs to help you develop a style which you will then shop in alignment with from now on.
It's hard to develop a style on your own unless you got a knack for that sort of thing. Invest some money in a consultant. It will pay dividends for the rest of your life.
Style matters a lot. You can increase your attractiveness several fold just by figuring out your style. Women are very keen to notice if you got style or not. It's all part of your whole vibe that she feels upon first impression. If you are dressed in ratty stuff you will be losing girls.

Being neutral and vanilla is not a good attraction strategy. The most attractive guys are polarizing. Women who love them really love them, and women who don't love them really hate them.
As a guy you don't want every woman to love you. You only want like 10-20% of them to love you, but REALLY love you. It's similar to business. You don't want a bunch of lukewarm tire-kickers, you want rabid fans who will buy your entire product line and tell all their friends about it.

Awakening requires intense desire. People get this point very wrong. All the most advanced spiritual masters had intense desire for spiritual work. Their mastery didn't just happen through laziness. Nothing happens through laziness.
You must be passionate about this work. You gotta love it more than your children. If you don't love it, you don't do it. You can't be great at something you don't care about.
I fucking love exploring metaphysics. That's fundamentally what drives all my work. I love it more than anything else in the world. And, YES! -- that's a bias! All passion is bias. Don't worry about that.

Obviously the desire to escape suffering is a bias and it comes from ego.
But even worse, the desire for Truth is also a bias and egoic!
But the kicker is, there's nothing wrong with pursuing Truth or awakening for egoic purposes. Of course you must have a bias towards Truth in order to awaken. That's not a mistake. That's the only way the ego will get hooked into it.
If you don't have a bias towards Truth you will basically never awaken. And there's nothing wrong with that! If you think awakening is better than non-awakening -- that too is a bias. God doesn't mind either way. God does not mind being asleep. Which explains how you got here as a human in the first place. If being asleep was bad or wrong then you would not have been born.

Notice that what you're doing here is allowing your mind to double-down on distorted and biased narratives because you are bitter about not getting the success with women you could be getting if you work on developing yourself.
Women are the problem. This is the illusion your mind is spinning. The problem is your attitude and biased perception of the situation.
Stop letting your mind blame others for deficiencies in your life. Take 100% responsibility for attracting quality women into your life. This is the way.
Blaming women will not get you good results. It will only make you stall and feel worse.
The #1 thing you must do is stop consuming all Red Pill, Black Pill, Incel ideology. Just stop looking at it. It is like drinking poison. It is not helping you fix your situation and no good woman will want to date you when you are so toxic.

You can just dial back the pace and go slower and softer in those social situation so as not to burn it to the ground. But if you see a girl you like you should be able to turn up the charm and get her hooked rather fast. Just be less aggressive than you would be in a club. It should never take long to get attraction. Of course not all girls will get attracted to you. You need to quickly see when attraction isn't happening and cut it off.
Developing a good eye of signs of attraction and hook-point is key. The biggest sign is when the girl can't stop locking eyes with you. Eye contact is like 50% of game. Another key sign is if she is willing to follow you physically around the room when you tell her to move with you. Another sign is if she's comfortable with you touching her body.

@BlackPhil You are correct that even though the ultimate destination is Infinite Love/Godhead, that does not necessarily mean that everyone will go there directly. There could be many longer paths. It really depends on how conscious one is.
At the highest level of consciousness death simply does not exist and it never even happens. But at lower levels of consciousness it seems to happen and it could be followed by other dreams. So in practice not everyone who "dies" goes to Absolute Infinity. They might go down some rabbit hole of consciousness. And the rabbit holes of consciousness could be infinite in number.

As Ken Wilber once put it, enlightenment means you feel deeper, it hurts more, and it matters less.
Doing the spiritual work will help your mind reconcile these things.
Realize that you're being biased, and that God/Love is the realization that all biases are imaginary and illusory.
In other words, realize that survival, corruption, suffering, death, destruction, and callousness are all a necessary part of Absolute Love.
Your love for animals is good, but it is biased and limited. Spirituality will teach you how to expand that love to include EVERYTHING that could exist. Don't just love animals, love the entire cycle of life. Don't just love the beautiful, love the ugly, love the selfish, love the corrupt. See it all as one thing. Love until it kills you (you = the ego, not physical harm to the body).
In short, realize that EVERYTHING is Love. Then you will look upon the whole world as you do that beautiful bird.
It's not enough to become one with the good parts of reality, you must become one with the bad too. That's where the work is really challenging.

There's lots of good advice in this thread.  Given that belief systems are just scaffolding to get to the truth, if Ra super charges you to embody love/light, go for it!  There’s certainly worse things than helping the planet evolve, being service to others and embodying 4th density.
I went down the RA-bbit hole over a year ago.  Even though most of it is stuff that can’t be proven, there’s some stuff in it that actually could be verified.  Law of One was written in the early 80 and made claims that weren't provable then, but a few bits have since been verified based on recent studies.
-Venus was actually habitable for 2 billion years, during a timeframe that fits the Law of One.  Nasa based this on research that was conducted after the Law of One was written. Nasa and Venus
-Ra said there’s a 9th planet in our solar system, but it’s too far away to be detected.  In 2016 that theory was validated. Caltech 9th planet
-All the stuff about the pyramids being created by aliens.  (Graham Hancock has interesting stuff about this)
-In 2018 the FBI released classified documents about Tesla in which he explicitly said he was an alien from Venus working on UFOs.  Those documents were classified until 2018.  Then again maybe there were rumours floating around about him like there are about Elon Musk 
I’m definitely, definitely, definitely not saying I totally believe The Law of One (A broken clock is right twice a day). There’s a lot of crazy stuff in it.  That big foot and lizard people are real and alive, that cattle mutilations are because of 2nd density thought forms.  Genghis Khan was reincarnated as a file clerk in the negatively polarized Orion system.  It's just fun to think about and I tried fact checking stuff that's potentially discoverable. Half the surface of Mars is supposedly different than the other half because it was damaged in a war or something (can't remember exactly).  Space debris in the Milky Way are remnants of a galactic war or explosion or something.  Couldn't find evidence for either, but I couldn't find any studies on that at all.  Then again I didn't do a ton of research.  Also, supposedly the Ark of the Covenant is still around but it was written on a scroll instead of tablets (or it was still around in the 80s).
Law of One is entertaining and reads like lore for a sci-fi universe, but it’s also a nice parable for the evolution of the universe.  Aaron Abke’s vids on it are great and practical (his Mindscience series is a must watch too).

This is the issue of being decisive.
Of course you can make mistakes and even disasterous choices in life. But life is all about making wise choices in the face of uncertainty, ambiguity, and imperfect knowledge.
The key thing to realize is that the biggest mistake is often simply being indecisive.
You should be more afraid of indecsiveness than making a bad choice. Most bad choices can be corrected for. Chronic indecisiveness will get you so stuck as to ruin your life.

There are so many ways to do a spirituality biz.
Start by doing a few months of research on what already exists and what other people have done. Search the web, you'll find tons of stuff. And think outside the box of being a guru.
Also think about the biggest obstacles you faced in your spiritual journey and what kind of problems people commonly face in spirituality. You can basically start a biz around any single common problem.
In general, in order to enter an industry you must first become an avid consumer of it. As you consume and explore the industry you will see what works, what doesn't, what's missing, and what niches are available. You need a lot of experience consuming the industry you work in to find opportunities and to learn from what has already been done.
I broke my way into self-help by consuming a ton of self-help and seeing gaps and opportunities. No one was doing self-help in the way I wanted it done, so I started my own channel.

You're missing this key: Attunement to her subjective reality.
Success in attraction is not just about not giving a shit and saying crazy things. It's about keen awareness of the woman's emotional state, situational awareness, and being able to attune yourself to the social environment.
This is what keeps you from coming off as a madman and freaking people out. Don't say things which don't fit the subjective reality of the woman you're talking to. You need to meet her where she's at rather than bombarding her with your I-don't-give-a-fuck attitude.
When a woman tells you you're being a creep, that's a clear sign you're not attuned to her subjective reality and you're acting weird. You are not respecting the rules of the social game.
