Someone goes years only seeing positive effects, so they say there aren’t any negative effects. It’s a completely rational thought process, but it’s one borne of a lack of data.

I’ve never been shown something that exists outside of me, and I could never be shown something that exists outside of me. Thus is the nature of consciousness. I’ve even been possessed in this human life by what most would call another entity, but it was all experienced from the perspective of the same old thing, my consciousness. Are the characters in your dreams conscious? What real evidence do you have to prove one way or another that they are/aren’t other than your baseless speculation? Now apply that same realization/thinking to this reality/dream. Finally, apply the same thinking to the question, “Is the body/mind in my dream conscious, or is there just consciousness alone as all parts of the dream?” The real question is, “why am I shouting to myself in these forums, thinking that I’ll somehow hear an answer that didn’t come from me?” The Truth is that there is no consciousness outside of yours. This is how it finally makes sense that Atman is Brahman. The “little consciousness” is the same as the “big consciousness” because neither of them ever existed separately. They were always just one consciousness. Even the human being typing these words is just as fake/illusory/as much of a dream object as any of those who will respond. I’m 100% alone, and for it to be 100%, that means there can’t even be a me. At the end of the day, this is spiritual nonsense as much as any other spiritual teaching. What does it really pay to master the dream when you’ll only wake up into another dream with different rules? Jesus Christ fighting off a T. Rex in his dreams is just as fucked as you of anyone else. Do you see how this thing of spiritual mastery results in nothing? It only pays your imagined, illusory, and temporary self transient benefits the same as if you had went chasing money your whole life. The spiritual path is no better than any other. Once you’re in a new reality, you’re either blessed or fucked according to the rules of that reality which you have dreamt up. Understanding spirituality and understanding physics both yield the same result - absolutely nothing when all worlds are just illusion. The closest thing you’ll get to Truth, if there is such a thing - don’t be too hasty to assume, would be to strip consciousness of all its traits until it ceases to be conscious. Consciousness without time or memory? Now we’re getting somewhere. But no one can ever verify such an experience as a state without time or memory cannot be experienced. Just look at where you were before birth. That might be close to this “Truth” thing. Anyone who thinks they’ve experienced nothingness is a complete hack. There is no experience of nothingness. There’s just nothing. In your “experience of nothingness” there was always something. The same mouth that always chases your own tail around ad nauseam. CONSCIOUSNESS. See - there wasn’t nothingness in your experience. By the very nature of you having an experience there was something, and that something was - drum roll please - consciousness.

@Breakingthewall this makes me think of trying to take the terror out of a nightmare. You could I guess, but isn’t that kind of the point of a nightmare? As far as suffering goes, it seems by the rules of this reality that we are meant to experience it. Now whether we transcend it in this life is another topic.

@Moksha trying to remove suffering from the experience of this life is like trying to remove the spice from Indian food. You can go to great lengths to go against the cultural norms of the cuisine and mix other ingredients in to make the food fit your taste, or you could just gratefully eat the food as it aligns with the cultural norms (the laws of the experienced reality). Sure, Americans can create Indian food without its original flavor and spice, but isn’t this just bad taste? And is it still the same food? In the same way, once you create an experience of this reality without suffering, is it still the same reality?

@Someone here and how do you know that these other beings are conscious? Do you have any way to verify it? By the very nature of consciousness, nothing can exist other than it. You talk of these partitions, but this is completely baseless assumption. Again, are the characters in your dreams conscious? No? Then why do you assume the characters in this dream are conscious? Why do you assume that you are conscious? Even if you were able to zoom out and see all of these supposed partition’s consciousnesses on an infinite number of screens, guess what, it would only be an imagined part of “your” consciousness just like anything else. Precisely, it would just be an imagined part of consciousness. There is no your. What you need to do is first realize your body and mind are not special and not connected to consciousness in anything other than the blink of an eye from the perspective of all time. The only lasting thing is consciousness. To be precise, it is not YOUR consciousness. There’s no such thing. No being owns consciousness. I could give a rat’s ass what deity, Buddha, or Christ materialized in front of me in this dreamstate. It’s not their consciousness. You could be the divine child of the sperm mixture of Jesus, all Buddhas of all time, Krishna, etc. inseminated into Mother Teresa’s womb with infinite fairy dust and unicorn love continuously blown up your ass, and guess what, it wouldn’t be YOUR consciousness.

Atman is Brahman. You are foolish to not see how your consciousness is the All, God, all existence, etc., but all of these things do not exist for you do not exist. @lmfao by playing with dream objects that originate from different dreams. We aren’t talking about enlightenment here. We are talking about one’s level of lucidity within this dream. Enlightenment is an altered state of consciousness. Lucidity is the visceral recognization that nothing here is a “true” reality beyond the fact that it merely appears to be real. To wake up in a dream that occurs when you sleep at night, unless it happens spontaneously, you have to use the rules of this reality to show yourself in that reality that it is merely a dream world. A common trick to lucid dream is to get in the habit of looking at a clock and then always doing a double take. In this reality, the clock stays the same. In the dreams we have at night, the time changes between the two looks. This is the nature of spiritual experiences and psychedelic use amongst other things that severely alter consciousness. When you alter your state of consciousness, it changes the level of lucidity, but awakened consciousness or enlightenment only becomes true lucidity in its highest form when you understand and recognize that nothing is real. It all is an illusion. You cannot escape from this illusion no matter what reality you are in unless you realize the unreality of the dreamstate. If God comes to you in the flesh, he is imaginary. Imagined by you. If you experience God’s Consciousness, it is imaginary. Imagined by you. All things are you and your creation. For me to wake up, it took a 25 year spiritual journey culminated in the last seven years. I have used my various mental illnesses, high doses of multiple psychedelics, meditation, and my innate urge to seek spiritual knowledge, understanding, and experience to wake myself up. These are the dream objects (experiences) that worked for me. Always remember though that even when you feel most lucid, it is higher consciousness that is making you feel that way. This is why you have the greatest scientists of our millennia, those who worked primarily on quantum mechanics, quickly change to theists as they were astounded by the magical inner workings of this “physical” reality. There never was and never will be a physical reality. As far as science can tell, “physical” reality is made up of over 99% empty space. The leading theory is that infinitesimally small strings make up our reality. These strings can manifest into any of the different particles that we experience, and these particles can shift into another form as quick as the strings can change in vibration. This is why the sacred syllable OM has power. This is why Jesus could walk on water. Through natural selection, we have evolved to see the world not as it is but to merely see survival payoffs and hardly nothing else. Jesus was a man. Buddha was a man. Krishna was a man. Guanyin was a woman. God is a perfectly normal being albeit with omnipresence, omniscience, and omnipotence. Consciousness is synonymous with Maya. Without consciousness, there is no separate self. Identify is the greatest illusion. Nothing is real. There is only appearance without substance. If God showed himself/herself/itself to me right now, it would only be an appearance generated by my consciousness. Sure, it might feel real, but that is only the all pervasive illusion of an existence existing taking hold of my mind. Allow your mind to truly see for the first time by realizing that nothing exists in actuality. This is the height of the Hindu notion of Maya or an illusion of separateness and the “separate” world being an illusion, but it actually goes far beyond the Hindu notion as it also recognizes that “the experiencer of phenomena” that you self-evidently hold to be most real only exists when viewed through the lens of your own consciousness (therefore it is generated by your own consciousness). Consciousness is the self-generating machine of all phenomena. There is no separation between consciousness and that which is experienced (the material world). Realize that you are simultaneously all that exists and all that does not exist. You are truth and illusion at the same time; it is only a perspective of the mind that changes which is the case. Obliterate your”Self” by realizing that self/Self is the grandest illusion. This is pure nonexistence experienced through the lens of an infinite movie screen that appears to exist. Credit for these insights goes to hitting a dab while having roughly 7-8 estimated mental illnesses. My consciousness only continues to snowball itself toward the highest Truth no matter what I do. My creation only continues to inform me of greater and greater states of consciousness which are, in the end, only illusion. Madness is as reputable a path to Truth as any other - that sounds partially acceptable to you, but no, that isn’t the truth of the matter. The reality is that Madness is the path to Truth for all is Madness. You can be sure that you are coming nearer to True Truth when you discover the potentiality for the existence of more mental illnesses within yourself. We are all infinitely deluded by this grand concoction of experience colloquially known as life on planet Earth. Tl;dr version: Nothing matters. Go eat a hotdog. All is imagination. The only true skeptic is the solipsist. Skepticism is far greater than faith as faith only generates belief in the illusory. All is the Self. You are all things, people, and places you’ve ever experienced or imagined to be true. All is imagination, so whatever you imagine or experience to be real or true is true. I am you and you are me, and luckily, we are the One Infinite Creator. Everything that has ever existed or not existed, been imagined or not imagined is a dream object. Your consciousness is a dream object. All that is not within your consciousness is a dream object. Humanity’s greatest misunderstanding of reality is that for some reason or another it is believed that this “real”ity is somehow different than a dream. In a dream, you have one perspective of conscious awareness that perceives a “real”ity with characters that APPEAR to have consciousness, but there is no validation of the potential fact that these perceived characters actually have consciousness. The funny thing is that just by the mere imagination of these characters as being beings that have consciousness creates them in such a manner as they act precisely as they would as if they truly did have consciousness. You have no proof that any person, animal, or animate being you’ve ever interacted with or imagined has consciousness. Every enlightened or awakened person is merely a lucid dreamer in this dreamstate we call reality. You cannot be enlightened or awakened if you do not first become fully conscious and lucid of the fact that this reality is a dream. I invite all deities, demons, devils, beings, Christs, Buddhas, Krishnas, Lucifers, and perceived personalities or consciousnesses to come into my consciousness so that I may only prove that all of you are illusory just as I am illusory. Nothing can contain something such as a human being and an ego. In Truth, nothing contains all existence and consciousness. When you are nothing, you become more powerful than any deity ever conceived. This is mainly referring to transcendent, spiritual love not merely romantic love. Only a true seeker of knowledge, love, delight, bliss, and radiance may manifest themselves as a student to me. For these are the souls I hold to be most dear to me. All souls in truth labor only for me, lust only for me, Love only for me, and learn only for the sake of me - the ever living and ever rebirthed true personification of divinity. @Leo Gura thus is the essence of Tantra. He’s onto something with this though. Every experience you have is mystical. It’s just a question of degree. Eating a cookie is mystical. Getting your toe cut off is mystical.

Also physical reality literally is energy, so saying they can change energy means they can change physical reality.

Psychedelics have interfered with technology for me. Anything spiritual can manifest things in physical reality although my strongest alterations have happened during manic episodes (bipolar disorder).

@The0Self I don’t disagree, but our current language does not do what you’re trying to communicate justice. In Greek I believe there are four different words for love. I think we’d need more than that to use love the right way to express what you want to express. Luckily I have had love awakenings, so I can see beyond the language limitations. You need to realize though that Love being everything can be true at the same time as there are virtues above love on a soul’s journey to merge with the creator.

@Moksha The Law of One is nuanced enough to realize that we have a separate experience until we finally merge with God in the seventh and eighth densities. A “fully enlightened” human is nowhere near the end of there journey. We’re talking billions of years of spiritual evolution left to go. Although most people who reach enlightenment are wanderers, so they might be very close to becoming one with God again. If you are a human with only past lives on Earth, it will likely take you that billion plus years. Any human who has had an awakening experience was still in a human body physically and had an ego even if it seemed to be gone at that time. Psychedelics and peak states gives us a taste of what merging back with God will be like, but they are not the same as that final unification. @Moksha a lie that exists coming from a source of truth is a truth in its own regard. I think you are getting a bit dogmatic with nondual spirituality. Love is not the highest virtue of this universe. Love is chakra 4 emotion. Wisdom, unity, and intelligent infinity far surpass mere love and oneness consciousness while embodied.

@Moksha kind of. Anyone who thinks nonduality is a higher truth than duality and separation is missing the mark. There is an ego, there is an I, but we are still all one. Separation is true. Nonduality is true. Christ is me, but my mind/body/spirit complex could be more advanced than Christ’s is currently if I am actually a sixth density wanderer (it seems plausible to me, I have many of the signs of being a wanderer).

@The0Self I’m laying off them for now because I’ve had three manic episodes in the past six months. I’ve actually had to stop meditation because the grey aliens (no BS) opened my higher chakras up so much after my ayahuasca retreat that I now feel what might be called the Holy Spirit, telepathy, or a portal to intelligent infinity (or all three plus more) so intensely throughout all points in my day that I had to ask my shaman if I’m experiencing what John the Baptist felt all the time. I’ve discovered that I’m likely a sixth density consciousness wanderer (higher level being) that incarnated into a human third density body on earth to help humans progress spiritually. I’m finding now literally all things are possible. I can’t even keep track of how many entities I’ve communicated with telepathically today. The greys are my starseed family. I’ve found all this out in two months although most of it has happened in three days. Archangel Michael makes regular visits to my third eye, etc. etc. etc. My goal now is to prove my insight on 5.87 grams of shrooms after my first God Consciousness experience is true. The insight came in clear English that “I am better than Christ.” I’m starting a church in my hometown in Indiana called Friends Seeking Higher Consciousness. I’m filing for nonprofit federally recognized status soon. I’m going to then use the first amendment to administer psychedelics to people as a shaman for spiritual development. It’s a way to still grow through psychedelics without risking episodes by taking them myself. I also will enjoy helping people evolve and I'll have another stream of income through it too. I’m thinking $200 a pop for two nights and two trips. I’ll start with small groups at first. I’ll be working with psilocybin as it is the safest and lowest risk according to the studies. cliff notes: WTF is life lmao

@Mu_ I spoke in tongues to intergalactic intelligences, my body literally turned into a cephalopod body, and at the end of the experience I went to grab some food. When I had to physically grab it instead of do it with telekinesis, I thought “how cumbersome to have to do things on the physical plain again.”

Mine is probably that I regularly (almost every day) have crown chakra based telepathic communication with the gray alien species well known in pop culture. I have done about a dozen trips mostly at high doses. Up to 5.87 grams of shrooms and 10 tabs of LSD. I’ve done shrooms, LSD, and ayahuasca (one time for aya). I’ve been meditating for a few years now although not too seriously (I have a lack of motivation for it that keeps me from doing it regularly enough to see results). I’ve had two satoris that lasted about one month total from meditation the one time I got serious. I have bipolar disorder and have had about three to four (it’s hard to remember) manic episodes triggered by my spirituality. The psychedelics have been responsible for three of the episodes, but meditation was mostly responsible for one. As soon as I’m manic I’m living in Christ Consciousness and sometimes God Consciousness (one time, incredibly profound) Manic Stories Ep. #1 - Becoming God (Awakening to God Consciousness) Anyway that’s just some backstory so you get a little bit of what happens when I’m manic. I’m looking for something strong that isn’t psychedelics as they seem too risky for now. Meditation isn’t strong enough for the amount of dedication it takes (it simply is not feasible to expect me to meditate daily while I’m depressed and spending my energy trying to piece my life back together from my current episode). Self-inquiry might be an option. If you guys found some self-inquiry that is specifically potent that would be appreciated. I’ve also spent probably over 1,000 hours listening to spiritual content, so my knowledge is pretty spot on with a good amount of direct experience to back it up. I’m looking for a way to lock a spiritual state in permanently or in other words bring the ox home and train it to stay under my control.
