  1. I have watched all 4 episodes. Here is Teal's response to episode 4, defending herself. I could see that the documentary makers are biased against Teal. For example, when Blake was burying his goldfish, they flashed a powerful, evil-looking image of Teal. That gave me an impression that Teal killed the fish or Teal cursed Blake for leaving her community. But the things I said in my earlier post (quoted above) were correct. After watching the documentary, the exact type of brokenness Teal has became clear to me. She hasn't embodied her own deep insights. She lacks integrity, self-honesty and self-awareness. She has the tendency to gaslight when cornered. She is also codependent, which means she relies too much on her core group for mental-emotional support and stability. I also saw a few "the dark triad" characteristics in her. And it is better if Teal develops her feminine side more. She needs to prioritize working on her brokenness instead of continuing what she has been doing if she wants to be a better healer and teacher (and of course, to further heal her damaged soul). To all mentally-emotionally damaged people who look up to Teal, planning to attend her workshops, or wanting to get close to her; do the things she says, not the things she does, and maintain a healthy emotional distance from her.
  2. Yes, the expansion is horizontal. The video demonstrates it. If you are not sure, lie on your back. Your abdomen should expand when inhaling and contract when exhaling.
  3. There's only one POV which is yours. That was why Leo said "from your POV". Leo is an illusion pretending to be real when he said "from my POV". That's how realistic this solipsistic dream is. You can be angry at God for deceiving you. But you can also admire and appreciate God's superior intelligence and grand design.
  4. Yes. Breathe deeply and slowly. It's the abdomen which expands, not the chest. I have been breathing this way for many years. I breathe in for at least 5 seconds and breathe out for more or less the same amount of time. It's good for your general health and gives you mental clarity.
  5. Inablity to take action because of poor integration of various perspectives Inability to experience, enjoy, and appreciate the "lower" beauty of existence (women, food, work, museums, coffee, technology, trees, rivers, etc.) because of desiring only deep awakenings being an evil-enabler as a result of weaponizing the spiritual insight "Evil doesn't exist." Forcefully converting other people from being normal into being spiritual Using spirituality to escape suffering instead of working on mental-emotional problems Inability to embody or implement deep insights as a result of teaching full-time, running a spiritual community, being satisfied with conceptual understanding, and other seemingly valid distractions Inability or delay in generating new deep insights, and spiritual growth as a result of teaching full-time, running a spiritual community, being satisfied with conceptual understanding, and other seemingly valid distractions
  6. No, it doesn't. You lack nuanced judgement. And no. I actually look the homeless person in the eye with compassion, give him (most of them are male) some money, and then hope God will eventually "love" him.
  7. Teal is not flawless. I see significant brokenness in her and some bullshit in her insights. But she is still one of a kind and deserves appreciation and respect. If you don't recognize this, it means that you have eyes but not see.
  8. Here's proof that just because somebody is a licensed psychologist, doesn't mean he is intelligent and aware of his self-bias. He obviously slanders Teal's character, ability, and intention to heal people. He assumed Teal is not capable of handling mental-emotional pain and diseases simply because she is not a licensed therapist. He also assumed licensed therapists automatically have a deep understanding of mental-emotional diseases and are capable of handling and healing any mental-emotional diseases, hence better than Teal. This guy's level of self-bias and lack of nuance are repulsive. Teal defended herself well here. It's important to emphasize that having a mentor is not needed to be an effective healer and teacher. When you reach a very high level of consciousness or intelligence, and self-love; you naturally have the capability to learn from your own experience, observation, and contemplation; and from others. Everything becomes your mentor.
  9. I have watched episode 1. That was interesting. At 19:05 mark of the documentary, the root cause of almost all forms of neuroses, psychoses, and suicidal desire is revealed. Repressed, neglected, deep childhood pain and anger is where the internal hell and torture begin. But it's also where heaven and significant healing begin. If you ask psychiatrists about the root cause of extreme mental-emotional diseases, they answer "unknown" or "chemical imbalance of the brain". Or they might not answer at all. They just give SSRI's and other prescription drugs to correct the "imbalance". That's absurd. The "chemical imbalance" is a correlation or result, not the cause. Correcting it might alleviate some symptoms but it will never heal the disease. If you suffer from anxiety, OCD, BDD, BPD, agoraphobia, depression, schizophrenia, etc. or suicidal, and you still need to take prescription drugs to feel "ok" or "normal", then it is a clear sign that you are still far from being healed. But these "official", "regulated", "licensed" mental-emotional health doctors earn a fortune. It's a perverted world.
  10. You didn't delete the link above. So, it didn't cross my mind that sharing free links is a violation. But I have no problem with that forum rule. This will not happen again.
  11. I decided to watch the documentary tonight (it's night time where I'm in). I found a good, free link. You can watch it in HD (1080p). Just give back to the website by turning off your ad block. [link removed for violating copyright]
  12. Internal brokenness manifests in many forms but more difficult to notice. But if you have a keen eye, you can see the subtle manifestations in the eyes, facial expression, tone of voice, speed of speaking, etc., and posture, and the energy which penetrates the person's face and body. The obvious manifestations are in a person's speech and actions which are probably featured in documentaries. I got a nastier thought. She's sexy. She gives me an impression of being a good dick "satisfier". It's not an insult. It's actually a big compliment.
  13. I also have not seen the documentaries. But regardless of what they expose, I still appreciate and respect Teal's trauma and childhood wounds Wisdom. She is still much better than all or almost all psychiatrists, therapists, and psychologists. But I detected a problem with Teal a few years ago. I could see she lacked embodiment or implementation of her own deep insights. She teaches full time and runs a community. Those alone restrict her from doing serious implementation work which requires much alone time, experimentation, introspection and contemplation. Having deep insights about childhood trauma and mental-emotional brokenness is good, but surely not enough for very significant healing. Implementation is the other half of the challenge. The documentaries must have some significant truths in them. Not my intention to sound pretentious, but Teal is still significantly broken. I can tell just by watching her speaking.

  16. Click on 'CC' to enable English subtitles. Humans need to do better than this. I acknowledge that this horror is God's will, otherwise it wouldn't have existed. And it is the best possible thing which can exist as of now. I don't have scientific evidence to support this claim. But I have my intuition, logic, and "awakening", which is that God is always in control of all things. God has the most superior intelligence, so it is sure that whatever exists, is the best and how it should be. But I can't ignore my limited, human perspective. I also need to acknowledge that slaughtering animals for survival is cruel and evil. "Evil is only in your head.", "Evil is relative.", "Evil, only because you are selfish and want to survive.", and all other "higher, spiritual phrases or insights" are empty to me. In the end, murdering animals for whatever reason is unacceptable and we need to do something about it. When I looked into the eye of that beautiful, black bear at 3:57 of the video, I cried! I saw beauty and intelligence, which was about to be destroyed and slaughtered. I also felt overwhelming compassion. And what really made the tears fall down my face, is that I am just as guilty as the bear farmers (butchers). I don't kill black bears. But I eat chicken, pigs, and cows. That automatically makes me an animal murderer. I would literally murder those animals if there were no butchers doing it on my behalf. Thankfully, there seems to be a good solution. Click on the link below to watch the video. Japan’s first lab-grown real beef (petri dish protein) I haven't contemplated just how much of a game-changer that can be because I don't have time to do so. I'm still too busy doing survival shit. I'm just squeezing this post in because it is very important. As of now, my gut feeling says that the petri dish protein is the way to go. And I hope that it really is.
  17. Yes, it starts there. But you also need to be practical and sensible.
  18. A beautiful place and picture (looks natural and not too enhanced). I see coconut trees. This must be a tropical place. I love the open space and the pine trees. It's peaceful. I'd love to have my spiritual walk here.

  22. It is fascinating. No spiritual mumbo jumbo there. It is spirituality in action (philosophy, science, and technology combined and implemented). As long as it's safe to eat and it tastes like real meat, that's the way to go. I'm glad that you're sane. Cheers! ? All your points are valid. But they also show that you have not transcended your humanity or animality. Yes, slaughtering animals to stay alive is normal. But just because it's normal, doesn't mean it is good or righteous. Evil is to inflict pain and death on other living things for your benefit. That's what butchering animals is all about. And that's what devils do. To transcend your humanity or "animality" (yes, humans are animals) means you are willing to bend the norm even if it causes inconvenience or it threatens your survival to honor the greater good. In this case, you show empathy, sympathy, and compassion to butchered animals and you take action to solve this horror even if it's inconvenient to do so. That's what separates spiritual humans from other animals. This reply has no substance. Correct. It's just a bad assumption. ?
  23. I have read the article. Thanks! I included it in the original post but it expired. Here's a functional one. Humans who seriously go on a hunger strike often end up dead. And why do you think all animals hunt other animals or eat plants? Did he mention how the "enlightened species" would survive?
  24. I'm glad that you at least hope for it. Are you sure that butchers end up having mental problems? How did you know this? I think psychopaths are naturally attracted to butchering jobs. They love it. They can't be traumatized. I'm not even sure whether normal humans get traumatized when butchering animals. It seems like a normal activity for them. I am too self-loving and mentally mature to be torn down by such an ugly truth. Yes, my soul gets wounded, but not destroyed. This will not work. Humans are too selfish to give up eating meat. And an omnivore diet probably is the healthiest diet. That's why providing a safe "meat alternative" is the way to go. With that, humans don't need to sacrifice much. I see your point. Zoos surely have benefits. I still need to contemplate the good and bad of zoos to have better insights. They chose to eat food again because the only alternative was death. Without food, there will be no life and no spirituality. There will only be death or nothingness.
  25. You should remember that the administrator of this forum is essentially the forum's dictator. Leo is not a flawless dictator, I have seen some flaws. But as a whole, he's a good forum dictator. And it's easy to see that the majority of society is dumb. That's why we are still in the dark ages. In theory, this is correct. But this can't manifest into reality because a good dictator needs to be an archangel (intelligent, integrous, strong, but can also be a devil at times to impose boundaries or achieve something very difficult). You can never encounter such a super human in person. All dictators in history have been devils, no exception. But suppose you encounter a super human in real life and he magically becomes a dictator, he still needs his ministers, generals, etc. to be as good or almost as good as him. Otherwise, they will conspire against him and he will end up in jail or dead. Imagine a very good dictator in North Korea. He would not last. The reason Kim Jong Un has been the dictator for many years is that his ministers and generals have the same mental development as him. Their souls are similar - dumb and devilish!
