I am thinking of getting Start with Why by simon shirk. I got recommended it a few times. What is it about and is it worth it?

This is a great book, I read it once but I feel there are other books that put his concepts together better and more concise

I meditate about 10 mins a day and I could feel the benefits, But I also do 5 mins of prayer after as that helped me personally. Time actually flies when I meditate so I could see why meditating longer will be better. -

I believe there are 8 essential amino acids you will need. There are plant sources of protein but the levels of the essential amino acids are never ideal. It also depends on your goals. If you want to build muscle most would recommend 1g of protein per pound of ideal body weight. GL

Marriage to me has always been about raising a family. To raise a child with good values. I understand people who dont want children or cant have them also get married. But studies show the children do well when both parents are there for them.
