Did some contemplating. I was born through Caesarean delivery and got my neck damaged. Now I have expressive dysphasia or a damage in my right brain due to Caesarean section. Appeareantly the birth process caused a lot of pain for me and my mother, she lost lot of blood and almost died. And I think the entity attached somewhere at that time, to feed of the pain. My core vasana is from this experience. My whole personality is built around avoiding this pain. But gradually I will face the pain and become free. Also will try that the method you advised, still not ready for it.

Can agree with you, the mind plays tricks more often than one can believe. Especially after a awakening, frickin strong and creative it is at doing that! I meant the Steven greer type of encounters. I think I had a similar experience in 2013. There was a energy flow that came from earth, went through my body and started to flood the pineal gland or middle of the brain. The pressure was huge and heavy. My theory is that the pineal gland needs stimulation and be infused with spiritual energy to have the spiritual sight unlocked. And the flood is still there, I can hear it vibrating inside my skull, think I got used to it to this day. I usually see a angel or let me say an advanced cousciousness. It manifest inside myself in my mind or the astral as a bird/human looking hybrid (I like birds) , the being shines with whiteness and feels very benevolent, she calls me her child/son. Remember I was joking with my family about seeing the number 666 (for me it means, focus on spiritual, less on the material) on licese plates. One day I said look 665, almost! Another day, there is 667, damn close! Then this day came. I helped my mother with different errands. There was a car with 666 in front of us while we drove to the city. Then we parked at a car store and there was another car with 666 that we walked by. Then we drove to a grocery store, 30m before arriving a flash of white light entered my mind and I saw a "bit of future" that we would park beside a car that has 666 on it. And of course we did. I think that there is a physical, astral and spiritual component to each chakra. Like for the third eye (6th chakra) the physical function is producing melatonin. The astral part is seeing the astral realm that is just above the physical as ghosts, elemental entities and psychic stuff. Is Absolute love transformative? I had a experience few years back of what some community call a hearth opening, it felt like a energetic flood of love going through my body. It was so powerful that it knocked down some defence mechanism like repression forever from my mind. I heard that the hearth is seat of atman and the higher kundalini. Does absolute love come more from a particular place, like the hearth? It feels like it comes both inside and outside. And most important. How does someone become more loving? I feel closed off from some persons and situations and don't seem to find the reason or "cure" for it.

In my experience the closest thing I can come to this is when a spiritual entity or spiritual force or energy is making itself more anthropomorphic looking to us so we humans can understand it. Like shiva appears to a Hindu worshipper. Although this I think happens only inside the mind. Or when a human dies in accident or suicide and was supposed to live let's say 78 years. It will then live in the astral realm as only the physical body has died but the other bodies (astral,kama Rupa etc. ) still alive. Until it turns 78 it won't leave the astral realm of the earths atmosphere. But it is usually asleep in a peaceful and helped out. They do try to contact other living family members. Is it a relative? The other is when a human dies its astral shell with thoughts can let itself loose from the soul and sort of lives its own life trying to contact other people while the soul or individual has departed to higher realms, but this astral shell lives only as long the flesh or muscle tissue has not decayed from the skelet. Then of course it can be an advanced living human on earth or an humanoid looking "extra terrestrial" that projects its astral double to talk to you. But this can only happen for very short time and they only do it between their group members Another is angels, or those who have advanced farther than the human realm. But they do not have a trace of personalty in them, but are loving and deeply peaceful. And it is almost impossible to see them as if looking in another dimension (I think) . Then an entity that is done with the physical experience thus without a physical body. Also rare to see. Or like the comment above, it can be a tulpa as thought forms are also living entities. Its practices however are of a mixed nature. As some practices are magical in their core. What is magic? It's the application of mental and spiritual forces. White magic: Definite use and application of spiritual force solely for the blessing and benefit of others. The law of attraction and repulsion theory works as if your inner state reflects the outer state and one has to respond by going inward and validating (healing) your emotions and finding limiting beliefs to change the reality and become more loving and caring. as one cannot run anywhere as the universe will always reflect ones inner state and it is better to take action about one's inner state. It is probably a good spiritual practice that can liberate your life. That is what real expansion is about for me, experiencing the unexplored gifts of life after a hard day "work" on oneself. Usually it happens when i am being and validating my emotional side. The mind sometimes needs healing and it will bring up a memory to get attention from the unconditional loving presence that one is exuding during meditation. A child subconscious mind is formed up to 8 years of age. We absorb our environment like a sponge and cannot rationalize about anything that is going on with us until the age of 8. So some memories will be suppressed until one "allowes" them to come up often until adulthood to reintegrate them back with the personality. I think your experiences are somewhat different than mine. A animal does not have a clear individuation or a firm thinking mind developed as a human has and is therefore not that self-couscious as a human. A soul experiencing itself as a pet is at the end of its reincarnating cycle in the animal kingdom. The pet is learning from its owner about the human realm before reincarnating there. Thus pets experience human like emotion that most wild animals do not experience. I have many dogs in the house and Mercedes stands out from the rest. She has kind of a aura of light about her and is behaving unusualy more affectionate than the rest. Her hearth maybe is open but she is probably not couscious of it!
