@Wizardking Imo, just got to see taking meds for ADHD like taking insulin for diabetes. Its just a part of life now. Key thing with ADHD is to make sure its actually ADHD. And if it is, then i think meds are definitely the way to go.

@Yeah Yeah Hey mate, You can work on your dating but, imo, you gotta prioritize sorting out your psychology. That said, can work on both. Depth psychotherapy and meditation are my recommendations for sorting out your psychology.

Yep Think level 1 is more generalized, then higher levels get more into specifics. I.e. using IFS with dissociative clients.

Here's my take. The focusing on the question of meaning is sort of besides the point. The question of why you are focusing on that question in the way you are is much more important to your present issues. The reason you are focusing in this way is because of your mental health issues. If they were solved you would simply not focus on the question of meaning in the same way. In terms of fixing your mental health issues, I'd get a trauma therapist who is at least level 2 trained in IFS therapy. And, make it a priority.
