@Never_give_up Completing cybersecurity certificate recently brought some positive emotion for me. Getting to my goal rank on siege 6 (FPS shooter). Getting better responses with women. Playing piano is a non goal oriented activity that helps me feel emotions too.

Setting and achieving goals has helped me with this. Emotional intimacy with people too. But that is unpredictable for me.
