  1. @Antor8188 A thought is an identification which brings you further from true knowledge.
  2. @Astra Imagination is your mind hallucinating.
  3. @Mvrs I think I have the same thing. It’s because you’re used to the paradigm shift. The satoris you’re looking for are from self-inquiry, which peel those final layers of the onion. The initial layers are peeled when you meditate on objects or your hand. It’s only when you put awareness on awareness itself, that you realise there is no more onion, just the bulb. That will be the enlightenment.
  4. Could the third eye just be a reference point for self-inquiry? Gurus say the third is located in-between the eyes and in third-eye meditation, mediators focus on pulling awareness inwards towards the "third eye". I saw some blog ages ago how the third eye goes both ways. To me it kind of seems like a metaphor. Like, you look outwards on actuality with awareness, or you pull awareness inwards to you face/eye area onto awareness itself.
  5. @PurpleTree Lol, I hope you like my profile pic. It's ceo of actuality.
  6. @PurpleTree No, you're entirely mother earth, that's what sourced your physicality.
  7. @PurpleTree That massive ball of hydrogen and helium is not your planet, you're team Earth, lol.
  8. @Kalki Avatar This guy sleep af.
  9. Method Meditator places awareness on Actuality. The meditator may choose to first focus on their hand or local surroundings. The meditator then proceeds to pull their awareness back towards their face/eyes area onto awareness itself. This process is repeated until an awakening experience occurs. During the self-inquiry thoughts, concepts and imagination may arise, which distract the meditator from the present moment.
  10. @Tim Ho Too much concept, do the practical work. All mental models have to collapse.
  11. @Byun Sean Relative and Absolute is duality in your mind.
  12. @Byun Sean We only exist as an absolute, that is all that ever exists. You can be taking a shit on the toilet seat and that will be the absolute.
  13. @Byun Sean Even the most unconscious person, from an absolute perspective is fully awake.
  14. @Rilles Nobody is awake, we are all collective consciousness realising itself. To say this guy is awake or this guy isn’t is just pointless.
  15. @Byun Sean A bad workman blames his tools.
  16. @Tim Ho There is no truth to a method, there can only be Truth from what is direct. The whole point of the method is to have an organised approach to awakening, realising how precise and accurate you need to be.
  17. @Rilles You’re not going to get results from fluff methods is what I’m trying to explain to you. My implied meaning wasn’t to say you’re a conspiracy theorist.
  18. @Rilles If you don’t like a rational and logical approach to spirituality go listen to some hippie that tells you 5g is mind control and other conspiracies which are ungrounded from reality. Learn how to contribute meaningful debate, instead of dogma.
  19. @Rilles Sad to dismiss things which have value.
  20. Why does the ego also dismiss its awakenings. You literally can have an awakening yesterday and the next day your ego will have doubt. Can anyone else relate?
  21. @pandaeyes Create a page, whether it be digital or on paper, you can do this however you like. On that page design, with your inner vision, how you want your life to be. Create another page, either digital or paper, as a daily checklist. This checklist brings you clarity of what you can do everyday to improve your life. Your basic chores and responsibilities should be on here also. You need to organise eating, schedule productive breaks, where in-between work or study, you do the laundry or clean a room etc. I organise my chores into, daily chores, weekly chores, and monthly chores. Write down your hobbies, no unproductive hobbies or time-sink. Write down a bedtime and wake-up time for yourself. Add a fitness routine. Get a phycologist to help you also, if your mood is that low. Lastly, have fun with the process I've given you some guidelines, not to overwhelm you, but to inspire you. Look up to some kind of influencer or figure that motivative you in whatever field of interest. Create that safety net for your lower self as you climb the ladder of consciousness to higher and higher states. You'll reach a point where your higher-self starts to take over your life and you'll see the beauty of your hard work. The pay-off is an internal satisfaction that nobody can ever take away from you. Also, check out Notion.
  22. @JayG84 There a line, but you don't cross it. The ego is too lazy to even try to realise its true nature, it will avoid the most difficult work to breakthrough. When you do break-through it will show you that everything you experience is this. It can't be anything other, because that's how you focus on actuality.
  23. @Moksha That makes some sense. It might be that being a dark environment makes it hard for the mind to put labels on things, preventing solidity in a grounded reality.
