Inward- As we go inward we will find lower stages of “consciousness” and therefore intelligence, imagination, etc. This will extend down into and behind the “Before the Big Bang” of this universe.

In order to get humanity through stage orange and green, we needs to install rights into every city and open up government bureaucracy to fund countries to build China-like infrastructure. We also need free health care and all discrimination to be eliminated. When we get to Yellow we needs to get rid of Corporations and switch to a Workers-Economy system. Governments needs to also add a up and down on their political spectrum. Governments need to ensure people's basic survival too; i.e. build free housing, give free food, water, and many other things that cover the first two stages in the Maslow Hierarchy of Needs.
