Use headphones. I would experiment with different frequencies. Personally I enjoy using alpha wave binaural beats for reading, and theta waves when I get closer to bedtime for reading/meditation. Sometimes use the 432hz frequencies for meditation too earlier in the day. Its not gonna be like taking adderall per say for productivity but it will calm/relax you on a subtle level and will help you especially if you believe its working on you. This ones a favorite:

I definitely feel more grounded and a lot less neurotic afterwards -

With datura you have to be aware and accept the possibility of a trip so intense and powerful you won’t even remember you have taken a substance. Its a delirium that can last several days and put your physical safety at risk since your environment is so warped for such a long period of time. I wouldnt do it simply because its easily accessible. I would identify the main things I want to get out of the psychedelic journey if I were you and see if other more user friendly substances can deliver that to you. And theres other psychedelics that can show you truths more “efficiently” than datura. Its more complicated than having reality distorted for a few hours on mushrooms or tripping on DMT that may seem like an eternity but only lasts 10-15 minutes in real time. Datura lasts much longer and is extremely confusing. Of course, if you do a bunch of research and realize the nature of what you’re getting into and dont have any life responsibilities or potential dangers that might get in the way then by all means. -
They can be useful but the #1 thing to watch out for is if they dogmatically insist that you absolutely need them or that their way is the only way. Any external guru is also you existentially, but you can more directly tap into your inner guru for guidance.

You can't see yourself in a sense because you are a formless shapeshifter, but everything you see and perceive is also yourself because there is no subject/object duality in the absolute sense. An analogy in one of Leos videos is: you are like a flashlight in a dark room projecting light, but cant see the source of the light. Theres a self reference problem because anything you point with to see yourself is also yourself. A good way to see in direct experience that your thoughts aren't you (in a sense) is to notice that they pop up out of nowhere whether you are consciously trying to control them or not. -
Yeah lifting weights can be a major cause for pain and creating imbalances if something about the training is off, intensity/frequency/technique. Most likely certain muscles are tight/overworked and some are weak and under utilized. But under the supervision of the therapist, they can make sure you are strengthening the right areas with the most appropriate exercises. A second pair of eyes is always useful. Yoga should help a lot too since its involving a lot of bodyweight strength, flexibility and stability. thats good that you have a foam roller, also consider a lacrosse ball for digging deep into pinpoint areas of tightness if you have any

Or in a deep meditative samadhi state or something like that? for whatever reason you set your trip intention to explore the animal kingdom, could you directly tap into the experience of an animal like a lion or a dog or even smaller creatures like insects? In order to be able to empathize/understand them better and spread your love more deeply to all life forms? -
What I would recommend, instead of every 3rd day is once a week. Because if you want it to be more psychedelic-like and hit you hard, doing every 3 days will start to diminish that effect, even if not so at the beginning of your usage, eventually its gonna happen. for now if you do it once a week, you can devote that one day to “tripping” set some intentions what you want out of it and its gonna hit you a lot harder

I would mobilize your T-Spine with a foam roller, try to get it in full extension and is meant to also freely rotate in the transverse plane. once its mobilized, strength work with structural balance for the upper body will make it more resilient to pain. Horizontal/vertical pulling movements as well as horizontal/vertical pushing movements, most effectively done by free weights to engage your abdominal muscles. If you dont know how to approach this I would go to a physical therapist that is also in the realm of strength coaching. beyond that it could be psychological as well. Just the belief that its going to go away is often times strong enough to heal things like that. Your mind alone has a stronger influence on pain than we think.

Willing to die, in the context of spiritual work, is not being attached to your identity, being willing to let it go for personal growth and/or the greater good. The thing thats dying here is not your physical body but who you think you are, your ego.

Remember, things go full circle, meaning he will probably return to the how to make your girl squirt topic, only from a more advanced non-dual perspective.

Hatred is a low consciousness form of love, including self hatred. If you hate yourself you are identified with the ego -
Try it and see if it resonates with you. Cannabis was a huge stepping stone for me in my journey of personal growth. Don't get in a habit of smoking it, but only do it once in a while. If your diet and exercise are on point smoking every once in a while, especially if its not a harsh pipe or a blunt, is going to have a negligible effect on your lungs. But I would recommend making a home made edible with the bud for the most spiritual effect. Don't listen to anyone who just automatically suggests its going to be addictive, it can be, but thats far from the case for everyone. You could be missing out on something that will open your mind up to new ideas and insights about yourself.

Before we let cultural conditioning do the talking, lets take a moment to realize theres no such thing as an "external" substance The thing is, microdosing doesn't suppress emotions, if we are talking psilocybin, it magnifies them, and gives you an opportunity to do some real serious emotional work if you are up to the challenge. Emotions pop up that might not show themselves or be harder to conquer without it. People just group psilocybin in with other "drugs" and assume its suppressing things or just covering up the problem, when in fact its the opposite.

Listen to your authentic self to tell you if the joke is appropriate to the situation/person or not. And don't dish it if you can't take it. Jokes only hurt others when they take it personally or tugs at an emotional string that the joke teller should have used discretion not to tug at, at least at that point in time or in a certain way. Theres a boundary sometimes. And I'm a big fan of dark humor.

@kieranperez I don't take them daily or anything, maybe once a week or as desired. Its just useful as a creative boost sometimes. When you feel an inner calling to do it. Doesn't affect anything negatively when I dont microdose.

"Solipsism is the philosophical idea that only one's mind is sure to exist. As an epistemological position, solipsism holds that knowledge of anything outside one's own mind is unsure; the external world and other minds cannot be known and might not exist outside the mind" Leo, in his videos, in line with non-duality, states over and over again that our own mind (ego) is not our true self. Our higher self transcends our own mind as well as everyone else's. Solipsism is just an ideology, a conceptual position by ones own mind. The higher self can never be understood conceptually, it is pure nothingness. Its funny to me how people can't distinguish the clear difference between that and solipsism. -
If you are struggling with self-esteem issues I recommend you read The Six Pillars of Self Esteem by Nathaniel Branden. Pop a microdose before you start reading hehe. I've only microdosed with psilocybin mushroom powder in pill capsule form, roughly 0.4g is the microdose I like. Its amazing for emotions.. it feels like it balances me out, meaning im more connected to big picture thinking, and almost as if emotional blockages are eased or brought to the surface. Be willing to feel into your negative emotions to deal with them. With this dose I can still drive, in fact I go to work on it and communicating with others is deeply enhanced. Feel like all insecurities vanish and I can establish the connection I want with others.

I’ve been reading “exploring the world of lucid dreaming” by stephen laberge for a few weeks now and last night I attained my first lucid dream in years. wondering if anyone here is practicing trying to have lucidity as a skill in order to have lucid dreams at will? There are so many interesting personal development possibilities with lucid dreams, such as gaining a better understanding of yourself, fulfilling desires, facing fears, rehearsing events for waking life/improvement of waking life performance in a specific area, ect. Would appreciate if anyone here is experienced in this, what techniques work best for you, whether it be MILD, WILD, or state testing throughout the day (one that calls me the most) and any tips/tricks you have. -

@Matt8800 What are the main ways average people unconsciously perform magick? Is this similar to the law of attraction? -

Its not unethical, because there is still a difference between the asleep dream and the waking dream (life). Just like if you daydream violence and suffering, its not unethical. Dreams can be a release for doing stuff you cant do in waking life. But, I dont know why you would want to dream of violence and suffering, if it is unappealing just don’t. On the other hand if it gives you a release or something do it, so you dont get the “thought crime” guilt creep into your life. Your dreams are your own personal freedom, just keep them in line with your core values. -
If you're dancing at the club and can get down to the lyrics of this song you have hope of changing your ways haha.

Thats like saying waking life gets boring because you've experienced it all your life. Unless you are depressed it never gets boring, there are always exciting things to do. The possibilities you can utilize your lucidity in a dream for are endless. You just aren't aware or haven't put in the effort to take full advantage of it. Use it to face your greatest fears (dont tell me you dont have fears), use it to rehearse events for waking life, use it to practice or perfect a skill or technique. Use it to fulfill any egoic desires that distract you in your waking life. If you already have the valuable skill/gift of becoming lucid when you want, don't waste it. Other people would kill for that. -
While you are asleep dreaming, pick a magic mushroom, eat it and notice you will also start tripping in your dream. That dream mushroom changed your perception in the dream.

@seeking_brilliance got you, If I were to deem one supp (or supp combo) as the most likely to induce lucid dreaming, or making the dream as vivid as possible (in your experience and what you perceive from others) would you recommend galantamine? Or something else
