Yes it can be depending on your caloric needs, activity level, and when you consume it. I think its best kept in moderation because some negative effects can come from of the chemicals naturally produced by peanuts. I say listen to your body. If you live an active healthy life and you are craving it your body probably could use it.

Whats the other option? Be in denial about living? -
Lol

Lol, any movement can create a problem for certain people who arent ready for the movement. Regardless of how functional or beneficial it is if done correctly.

Thats not the point, you a prescribing an overhead squat to fix a shoulder problem, when so many other factors go into the mobility to get into position to do one, it is indirect and will most likely cause more problems if attempted by a person that isnt experienced in doing it.

For consciousness to discover itself while in limited form? Like a “natural” psychedelic that grew from the earth with no human interference lets say to make the question cleaner. When you, the self, deceive yourself to forget your true nature, its like you placed a safety net embedded out there in reality to give yourself a hint and make things more interesting. Or is this just a narrow, myopic human perspective? -

@Leo Gura Makes more sense, my mind just likes to imagine interesting stories around the origin/purpose of psychedelics since they are so captivating to me. @pluto Sounds like panspermia. I've heard a lot about that on Rogan, some of the "experts" say it couldn't have happened scientifically but I'm not so sure. I've heard so many accounts of people saying mushrooms are "not from this planet". You believe that what you got out of that trip was the truth? -
@Red-White-Light Careful about telling someone to do an overhead squat when the vast majority of non-athletes don't have the mobility or motor control to do one correctly without injuring themselves, will just make his shoulder related problem worse. You need maximal ankle hip shoulder and thoracic mobility to do one. @Peanut Look into shoulder external rotation exercises, scapular retraction and depression

@Knock Thanks for the response, like the bike analogy.

Its just the reality. 99% of people aren't even aware there is an alternative to being in a "physical reality" because thats how powerful the indoctrination of society is. Or how about realizing their separate self is just a belief. Its truly rare to get people thinking so existentially nowadays in an open minded way.

Great source of protein and the yokes contain valuable nutrients. They raise HDL (good cholesterol) in proportion to LDL (bad cholesterol). So they don't just spike your LDL like trans fats and other greasy foods. It comes down to how active is your lifestyle (will determine how many eggs are appropriate for you) meaning how often to you stress/work out your heart muscle and get global bloodflow through your system. If you are a high performance athlete you can eat a lot of eggs on a normal basis and its not going to give you heart problems. If you are sedentary eating lots of eggs is not a good idea. And comes down to how balanced your diet is around the eggs, how many plant sources of nutrition are you getting (plants help keep cholesterol in check). And getting the eggs from a quality source (organic, free range) is preferable to ones from unhealthy chickens.

An interesting option aside from pursuing sex in waking life is to learn how to lucid dream and have sex whenever you want in your dream with whatever partner(s) you imagine. This is totally doable and will feel very real, you can orgasm in your dream. -

To become lucid during sleeping dreams more is necessary, like critical state-testing during the day. I am currently practicing this. This topic is something that is really on my mind as I try to master lucid dreaming. There is a Tibetan Buddhist technique "The Power of Resolution technique" that involves continuity of consciousness (similar to what you are describing) realizing that the waking dream and the sleeping dream are made out of the same substance 'of the mind', and this is to make you more aware during your sleeping dreams. More is required though such as: 1) Having a proficient dream recall, meaning you can remember at least one dream upon waking every night. 2) It's recommended to get a dream journal when upon waking you immediately write down your dreams and identify your "dream signs" (meaning things your rational mind would use to discern that you are dreaming. Ex: I was with my friends from high school who I have not seen in years, or I was flying, ect) Do this for a couple weeks to when you identify your recurrent dream signs. One of mine is being in public places with people I don't normally interact with. 3) Practice critical state-testing every time you are in a situation similar to a dream sign or heightened emotional state. So for me when in public social situations I would test by state. A state test is not just saying "of course I am awake" but doing something such as looking at a piece of writing, looking away, and then looking back to see if the words are still arranged the same way. If you are dreaming the words are not likely to stay consistent. Another test is attempting to fly (jumping and seeing if you can float instead of coming back down) or trying to push your finger through your hand. 4) And then finally doing an induction technique in the middle of the night before your REM cycle, such as MILD (mnemonic induced lucid dreaming) which is basically making a resolution you will become conscious you are dreaming when you fall asleep and setting an intention about what you want to do in your lucid dream. For more on this I would check out the book "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" by Stephen Laberge. Its one of the most interesting and mind expanding books I have read. -
It's not that I disagree with you, but I want to state that while not everyone wants to put on muscle, there is a certain amount of healthy muscle and cardiovascular fitness that you need to keep naturally high testosterone and slow the decline. Doctors recommend TRT because that is their survival, how they bring home the bacon. Think big pharma. The vast majority of doctors are uneducated when it comes to integrative medicine and preventing hormonal issues in the first place relative to more holistic healthcare professionals.

What kind of spiritual techniques do you do? Meditation? Self-Inquiry? Maybe you need to give it a break for a while or try different things. You aren't a defective human being if you don't believe yourself to be so you are right, you need a shift in your attitude. This is easier said than done, I would look into more basic teachings about self esteem and explore new means of creative expression and enjoyment in life. Realize that you are worthy of love just as much as anyone else, and you deserve to be happy just as much as anyone else.

lol you get some good unintentional comedy from him even from listening to the videos -
The goal is not to build muscle but the goal is too decrease the decline of testosterone. Building muscle decreases the decline of testosterone. This has nothing to do with wanting to look like a bodybuilder or “get big”, it has to do with maintaining a healthy level of fitness and building a strong body that will improve your longevity and resilience as you age. If you make no natural effort to address your fitness first and go straight to TRT you are playing yourself. @roar You didnt even bother clicking the play button to watch the video, you just saw the title and made a false assumption. The title is totally satire and the opposite of the message.

Steroids are the exact opposite of longevity dude, they are short term gains long term hormone problems. Once your body gets the hormones like test in above normal levels it stops producing them naturally afterwards and your estrogen will increase, and this can have long term effects even when using post cycle therapy to minimize the negatives. Use the technology you already have in your body by keeping it strong and active. Maximize your fitness and your test will decline at a MUCH lesser rate than the average male in society.

Wow, that is powerful stuff right there.

I think most binaural beats and those types of frequencies are meant to be used only with headphones, because different frequencies are coming through each ear to create the effect, it doesnt work when you are listening to it in the background on a speaker. Plus the headphones help you block out the environmental noise. Im sure the nicer the pair of headphones the better, but I just use normal apple earpods and it works fine for me. Ralph Smart is awesome indeed!
