  1. Just deep nasal breathing in between sets will put you in a more meditative state. And having a more internal focus on your body mechanics during the lift, instead of just externally focusing on moving weight from point A to point B.
  2. Humans are animals, just a different species. Considered that way because human species bias of course.
  3. This video addresses this quite nicely:
  4. I think this is a little intense on the ankles if done for long periods of time doing kriya, even though I think in shorter periods this is a really good position(in terms of pure mobility/flexibility of your body).
  5. To prevent the dream breaking down/losing lucidity look up the "spinning" technique. You literally spin in circles in the dream which activates part of the brain regulating motor control which prevents you from waking up, although you could spin yourself into another dream scene and just trick yourself into thinking you've awoken, but haven't, and lose your lucidity. Happened to me before. But to prevent this while you are spinning you keep repeating "I'm dreaming" over and over again till it stabilizes and you are under control again.
  6. This myth about coconut being bad for the heart is because since its a saturated fat, people think it is the same as an animal saturated fat, but it isn't. Coconut raises healthy HDL cholesterol, not LDL. Given a healthy diet/lifestyle coconut is not bad for your heart at all.

  8. From what I've researched syncing your circadian rhythm to sunlight/darkness improves sleep quality. So getting 9 hours of sleep from going to bed at 3am might not be as beneficial as going to bed at 10/11pm. Usually earlier in the night is when you get your most restful/deep restorative sleep. Later in the night you hit your REM cycles. Personally I have found I feel more rested when I go to bed and wake up earlier, even though I am a night person and often resist the idea. Waking up rested at an earlier hour of the day and getting sunlight exposure earlier is good for the circadian rhythm and helps you naturally wind down again later in the evening. I don't think theres a "best time" and the hectic demands of life sometimes will leave us no choice to go to sleep at odd hours at times, but I think 10/11pm is optimal for most people.
  9. I think its just okay in terms of taste. Definitely a better option for preventing mucus buildup than dairy milk. I mainly buy almond milk but if you drink a lot of it the taste can get too boring/almondy. So sometimes I would switch it up with coconut milk. I also have experimented with oat milk and flax milk. Oat milk is okay in taste, kind of similar to almond milk. Flax milk imo tastes the best and I like it because the omegas. However I think it tastes the best because the brand that is available to me is sweetened while the almond, coconut and oat are unsweetened. I would just experiment with different types. If they taste too bland you can add a little honey in there.
  10. Left you hanging? Like came first and then stopped it then?
  11. What are the best tips you can think of -from a Male POV or Female POV Stagnation meaning the sexuality between the two partners is depolarized. Doesnt mean you stop having sex but the level of attraction is hard to keep up. This is something as a male I struggle with, when your sex drive is still on high and you feel really attracted to other women and even though you love and find your partner attractive the calling isnt as strong.
  12. This is a sign of growth, a paradigm shift. It means you really felt deeply these existential insights and of course your ego is going to battle against these things. These raw emotional energies being released is you processing what you know and beginning to integrate it. Beyond the fear of difficult experiences like these is bliss and the next chapter of your life beginning to unfold.
  13. Thats interesting, I would suggest try doing some sexual exploration to find out what turns you on and what you want in a partner. Not going out and having sex with people but being intimate with yourself. Maybe you will discover a few things about yourself. And as far as the emotional connection, take it as a good thing, it means you have depth about you and you value a serious relationship.
  14. How attracted were you to the guy that you kissed? Its not likely you were with a guy that you thought was extremely handsome and turned you on, because if you were you probably would feel a little something when you started kissing. Don't misinterpret this as saying looks are the most important thing, but they are really important if you want to find someone you are really passionate about and drives you wild. Others don't have to find him attractive per say, just someone that you find attractive and turns you on.
  15. Maybe you are just hyper-sexual. Do you want to have sex with a man in real life? Like your gut instinct: yes or no snap decision. Not overthinking it or basing your choice on what others would think or who you think you are. If you don't feel a strong pull towards sex with a man like you do with sex with a woman, imo you probably aren't gay. But if you have urges deep down you might be, and thats okay. I would think deeply about it.
  16. Yes. The one you are throwing the object at is also you. The higher self. You can't see this because you don't realize there is a point of view beyond your ego.
  17. Umm okay. Take a video of you levitating with this technique and share it with us please.
  18. If youre throwing a sandwich and hitting someone else it doesnt mean there is a separation from you just because your body doesnt feel it. All appearances of the sandwich being launched and hitting another person are all part of your sensations, whether it be sight, sound, smell, ect. Just because your body doesn’t feel the “touch” sensation when the sandwich hits the other person doesn’t mean its separate. Thats ranking the importance of certain sensations based on your own ego and social conditioning, not the actuality of the matter, where all sensations are equal. The same way you cant make objects materialize at will, there are rules. If you cant make a unicorn appear in front of you, you will say “See i cant make a unicorn materialize at will” but the image of the unicorn is still appearing in your mind. The whole thing was nothing more than thought which does exist.
  19. @Michael569 Thanks for the response. I agree that its BS propaganda, I also hear the argument that the flu virus is “constantly changing” from year to year.
  20. And what is "physical" death? a concept
  21. @DrewNows We are taught in anatomy and physiology classes about antigens, antibodies, and the validity of the flu shot. And of course its all promoting it. The majority of online sources will promote the shot. So its hard to research from legitimate unbiased sources. Do you have any of these sources? @Shiva Yes it just some american shit don't worry lol
  22. This could pose problems to people with a slow metabolism but there are other factors that will determine whether too many omega 6s are bad.
  23. Not always the case
  24. Thats an awesome design makes it seem kinda culty though
